Summer Wind is a 3 Bedroom, 3 Bath Home With a Private Pool, Located On The Beautiful St. George Island. Beach access is directly across the street with a boardwalk leading to The beach. It Has Everything You Need. Private Pool with a waterfall and pergola for those who want some shade. Pool is heated to 84 degrees in March, April, May, September, October. The pool is NOT heated in November, December, January and February. The waterfall feature does not work while pool is being heated. It has unobstructed exceptional Beach Views, Large Living Area With Open Kitchen.. Plenty Of Parking Space. Tile Floors In All Rooms, Open Floor Plan And Much Much More. Sorry! No Smoking, No Pets! This home has a maximum occupancy of eight, please do not email inquiries that exceed the maximum occupancy! Smart TV's and Internet are provided in the bedrooms and living room. Cable TV is no longer provided. You will need your own streaming account.

Our family had a wonderful relaxing week in this home. Across the street from beach access was perfect! House was clean, pool was nice, and we had no problems.

We had a great stay at Summerwind! This home was across the street from the easy beach access! SGI never disappoints and we love coming to the island. We couldn’t figure out the TV but who cares about watching TV at the beach?! I would have loved more towels for showers but not a deal breaker. We ate out and didn’t do much cooking. Communication with host was simple and I would stay here again!

My family and I had a wonderful time at Summer Wind. The location, the pool, and size of the house was perfect for our family of 5. We spent most of our time outdoors, but when we were inside we loved cooking, playing games, and watching movies. We love the size of the front porch and loved being able to sit on the massive rockers even on the rainy moments of the day. My older kiddos (6&5) loved the bunk beds. Thank you for the wonderful memories.

We enjoyed our stay so much. It was beyond expectations. Loved the Island, the house, the proximity to beach, the pool. It was much needed chill for us (two working grandparents), daughter and spouse (Teacher and consultant), and two kids (3 and 1) . Just wish our son and his girlfriend could have joined us but next time! Thank you for sharing your home!

This was our third spring break staying at Summer Wind. We love the house, the pool, the proximity to the beach, and how relaxing SGI continues to be for our family. We would definitely stay for a fourth year in a row!

Loved, loved, loved the location of this home. It was perfect for my husband who is an avid fisherman. The beach access was right in front of us, so he was able to simply walk his fishing cart and supplies right across the street to the beach. The location of this home also has an awesome view of the ocean. With the bike trail so close to the house it was easy to walk and get exercise. We liked it so much we're coming back.

Wonderful home with a beautiful view. House was beautifully decorated . Only thing We have to say negative is the beds was hard as a rock and not comfortable at all. Home that beautiful needs to get new mattresses. Other than that it was perfect.

Another Great Visit
This was our second time staying at Summer Wind. We had just as lovely a time on the property as the previous year! My kids keep asking when we are heading back. The home is spotless and inviting and the pool, given the great weather during our visit, was perfect for our school-aged children.

We have been to many VRBO beach houses over the years. Summer Wind, is now our new favorite. Steps from the beach, seclusion and laid back. This house has everything you could ask for. It's time to change the mattresses on all the beds, but I would not let that stand in the way of coming back. Amazing place.

We have been to many VRBO beach houses over the years. Summer Wind, is now our new favorite. Steps from the beach, seclusion and laid back. This house has everything you could ask for. It's time to change the mattresses on all the beds, but I would not let that stand in the way of coming back. Amazing place.

We can't say enough good things about Summer Wind. One thought is that there could be a few more platters, cooking pans, etc. in kitchen, and decor is dated, but overall an excellent experience!
