Situated in Lake Anna, this lovely house for $702 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. Sunsets by the Lake Lake Anna Waterfront, 6 BR/3 BA, No-Smoking, Pet Friendly, Public Side, Family Friendly, Quite neighborhood, Game Room, Fire Pit, Kayaks, Paddle Boards, 3 Private Docks, Boat Slip, Multiple hangout areas both inside and out. Waterfront --Come enjoy fishing & boating at our beautiful pet friendly No Smoking Lake Anna home. We take great pride in keeping our 6-bedroom/3-bath waterfront home well-kept and well-stocked. Special features include a full entertainment center with a 52-inch Smart TV. Free high speed wireless internet that is perfect for those guests needing reliable internet for a working vacation. The open concept kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, dishes, and eating utensils for larger groups. Additional kitchen amenities include a toaster oven, blender, Drip coffee maker, Large Crock Pot, Air fryer and waffle iron (the cook will not be disappointed). The screened porch is ideal for eating & watching the sunsets over the lake. There's a pool table that converts to a ping pong table in the basement. Outdoor amenities include gas grill (propane provided). Large Stone fire pit with plenty of firewood provided. Guests have use of 2 kayaks and paddleboards (please bring your own lifejackets). There is ample on property/off road parking for tenants and an area to park boat trailers. Free and easy access to a community boat ramp. Our newest amenity is a roof over a portion of the top dock. It has a comfortable seating area. It is equipped with 2 ceiling fans for those hot days that you need shade and airflow but want to stay close to your group. Additionally ample room for the sunbathers soaking up the rays on the chaise lounges. Then complete your evening by turning on the Edison string lights that gives a soft hew as you relax and wind down, or laying out under stars. As you walk into the front door you walk into an open concept kitchen and Great room. This is your main level with 3 of the 6 bedrooms. The kitchen has an adjustable table accommodating 6-10 seats depending on how many of the leaves you have in. There is also a breakfast bar for additional diners. The great room is a favorite gathering space for watching tv or reminiscing about the day's favorite events down at the dock or on the water. It has a beautiful view of the lake and easy access to the back deck and screened in porch which has a large table for up to 10 (comfortable)-12 (tight) people. The stunning master bedroom is next to the great room and overlooks the lake with a walk out sliding door into the screen porch. It is nicely decorated with a king size bedroom set and with an on-suite bathroom. On the opposite side of the great room/kitchen are the other 2 bedrooms separated by a hall entry full bathroom. The Queen bedroom has a sliding glass door to open to the back deck overlooking the lake. On the other side of the bathroom is a bedroom with 2 sets of bunk beds facing the front yard. The lay out of the lower level (basement) is very similar to the main level with the entertainment room in the middle and bedrooms on either side. The entertainment room has a pool table that converts to a ping pong table, TV surrounded by sofa and love seat and easy lake access with the 2 walk out sliding glass doors. As you walk down the steps and enter the main room on the left is a utility room with the washer and drier, hot water heater, electric panel, etc. The 2nd door leads to a queen bedroom with windows overlooking the lake. On the other side of the main room are 2 bedrooms separated by the newly renovated (Spring 2022) hall bathroom. To the left of the bathroom is the King bedroom with 2 windows overlooking the lake. The bedroom to the right is another bunk bedroom with 2 sets of twin over full beds…this is the favorite room of the kids! As you make your way down the hill to the lake you will find a beautiful land and hard scaping surrounding a stone fire pit and patio (ample firewood included at no charge to you)...a great place for hanging out in the shade and still feel like you are part of the dock activities. Continue your way down the steps to 3 boat docks where swimming and watching the boaters go by is prime! Our newest improvement is our large dock now has a roof over a portion of the deck to allow for shade as desired, yet still allowing plenty of sun for the sun bathers. And the added bonus is the magnificent sunsets you will experience with our west facing house. If you have a boat you will appreciate the 4 point tie up area between the 2 docks. By the lay of the land the depth of the water drops off steeply but with the steps at the water’s edge makes for an easier entry and exit point for both humans and our 4 legged friends…just please be careful not to slip on the steps as algae does build up naturally. Our Lake house is perfectly designed for families and friends that are looking for a quiet getaway that is still close enough to some metropolitan cities. Please keep in mind that the hill to the lake is not suitable for the lesser mobile people. Come and enjoy a wonderful lake vacation anytime of the year! Due to full time neighbors we must be very strict…Families only (no partiers and no events) please! If you are partiers please do not request to book. Additionally due to septic system and curtesy of our full time neighbors please do not exceed occupancy limit.

We have stayed at many properties over the years and this one ranks at the top of our list. Great location, quiet cove, plenty of parking, very cozy - we felt at home as soon as we walked in the door! Well supplied kitchen, comfy beds, clean and well kept bathrooms. With kayaks, paddle boards, three docks to fish and lounge on, pool table, ping pong, fire pit, big gas grill, games, tvs there was no reason to leave the property. The back yard being fully fenced in was a real treat for our 4-legged family members and the string lights a real treat. The host was on top of communicating during the whole process! I would not hesitate to recommend this property you’ll have a blast!

This is a lovely and very spacious lakeside house with everything we needed except bath towels. Once we figured out how to heat the downstairs, everyone was cozy. Our host was very attentive and responsive.

Lovely sunsets by the lake
What an amazing location to enjoy time by the water. With an outdoor, screened dining area, fire pit, and multiple seating areas right on the water, this house is a great place to spend time in the open air. The house is large and comfy enough for a large group - we had 8 and had two bedrooms to spare. Shopping and activities are close, but the proximity of the water was enough for us!

Great place for a winter getaway
We had a lovely time at the Lake House. The house had everything! While it was cold outside, the house was warm and cozy with a great wood-burning stove, fun times playing pool and ping pong and watching the sunset. We even had three bald eagles perch along the lake ice.
We had a family emergency arise on our original dates and Karen allowed us to adjust our dates. We were so grateful!
Would definitely go for another stay!

Many hosts share a house, this host shares a home! Great layout, space, and amenities for our family. With cooler nights we enjoyed the fire pit. Lakeside docks are great for activities and socializing. Cooking was easy with the well stocked kitchen. Can't think of anything that we needed or would ask to change.

Wonderful location on lake
Beautiful house and lake dock/boathouse. Owners were wonderful and provided us above and beyond expectation. Kids will not stop talking about how much fun they had. Great time was had by all.

Love staying at the Lake
We are large family and the house was situated perfectly. We all had enough room and didnt feel like we were on top of each other. The piers (3) were enough for us to bring our boat and 3 jet skis. We were able to tie up all at the piers very easily. Kids and dogs had such a great time jumping from pier into the water! Great fun!
My only call out would be to maybe change cleaning service. The house was clean but you could tell it really needed a deeper cleaning. Example would be bathrooms (shower glass doors) and just average build up in corners. Dont get me wrong the house was comfortable and we did enjoy our time!

Had everything we need.
Lovely home. Well stocked kitchen. Sheets were provided—very helpful, but it was a bit confusing figuring out which sheets went where and putting each set together before checkout was an ordeal because the kids didn’t keep everything separated. Beautiful sunsets from the dock. Wonderful outdoor spaces. Loved it!!

great getaway
Overall the location is amazing, the amenities are great, th eease of entry is as explained. My only issue is th ebeds aren't terribly comfortable. But had so much fun that I'll forgive it. Might be something to consider if you have back problems though.

Lovely stay over Easter
We really enjoyed our stay! Property was clean and well suited for our large family (5 kids, 8 adults). The dock was wonderful for fishing, relaxing and water gun fights. We would absolutely stay here again!!

NOT NICE! and stay out one morning while they cleaned. It would have been nice to get some refund or at least late checkout, which the owner refused. Enjoyable Fall Getaway
Two families stayed for a long fall weekend. The weather was coolish, but we were still able to enjoy the outdoor space (sundeck and screened in porch), the available kayaks, and the firepit.
The house was spacious and clean. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, cooking implements, etc.
Helpful binder in the kitchen provided info about the rental as well as info on local restaurants, grocery stores, and attractions.

The property was awesome. First lets start with the amazing views of the lake from the house and deck. Sitting on the upper deck of the boat house having your morning coffee and watching the fish jump in the lake, and the best was the gigantic fire pit between the house and lake was awesome. The property was awesome. First lets start with the amazing views of the lake from the house and deck. Sitting on the upper deck of the boat house having your morning coffee and watching the fish jump in the lake, and the best was the gigantic fire pit between the house and lake was awesome. What fun it was at night. Boating ,fishing, and just relaxing - you have it all here.

Thanksgiving Fun
Lots of room in this comfortable home. There were plenty of beds for our party of 11 with good linens and bedding. Our kids, ages 6, 7, 8, 12 and 14 found plenty to do and we all loved hiking in Lake Anna State Park, a short drive away.. We especially enjoyed the fire pit and the dock, even in chilly November weather. Our dogs were happy to roam the fenced in back yard and exploring the waterfront area and docks. Would certainly book it again in warm weather so we could be out on the lake!

Relaxing Vacation
We had a wonderful stay here. The views/sunset were amazing. The house was perfect for our family. The fire pit was a family favorite as we ended each evening. The dogs loved the freedom to run outside in the fenced yard. The owners were wonderful to work with and we look forward to returning someday. 5 stars in our book.
