Located in San Jose del Cabo, this attractive condo for $267 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. This spacious, ocean view condo is in the beautiful luxury, gated beachfront resort of Las Mananitas (#1 by Trip Advisor), which is right on the beach of the sparkling clear blue Sea of Cortez. It is an extremely peaceful and quiet, comfortable, well-stocked unit with a semi-private pool about 10 steps from back sliding door. Spectacular, vast, white sand beach is about 100 steps from unit. Views of beautiful Sea of Cortez from living room, kitchen, dining room and bathroom. This condo was completely rennovated in August 2018....new furniture, granite countertops, tile and paint--it's brand new! Enjoy satellite TV (2 LCD flat screen TVs - living room, bedroom) and free wi-fi in this unit which is also fully air-conditioned and equipped with a UV water purification system as well as all amenities consistent with a luxury resort. Spacious master bedroom with huge closet, 2 large dressers, flat screen TV and safe box. Tiled bathroom with very large shower and extra large water heater. Sofa bed in living room can accommodate 2 very small children-not an adult. Large kitchen with long granite countertops, large stainless sinks and full-sized self-clean oven with Ceran glass cooktop, OTR microwave, dishwasher and full-sized refrigerator with ice-maker. Our condo is very well-stocked with plates, cookware, pots and pans, glassware, silverware, cooking utensils, placemats. Washer/Dryer in condo. Very cozy but spacious - over 1000 sq feet. Maid service available on request. Handicapped accessible. Gated community with 24-hour security. The lovely pool and ocean view patio have chairs for reading and a table for outdoor dining where ocean can be easily seen. Located in a very quiet area, the condo has a wonderful terrace overlooking a lovely garden, private pool and sparkling blue water views. Beautiful place to enjoy the Baja sun and watch the moon rise at dusk. Very peaceful and quiet--perfect place for a relaxing, fun-filled vacation! Direct walk-in/out access to entire property including vast white sand beach, 4 pools, hot tub, swim up bar and 3 poolside barbecue areas with high end commercial, immaculate BBQs always available for use (one about 50 steps from condo). Complete state-of-the-art, fully equipped gym, tennis courts and putting green all free for guests. Lots of free parking right outside condo. This 5-star resort, a gated community with 24 hour security guards, also has a fully equipped, state-of-the art air-conditioned fitness center, tennis courts and putting green (putters supplied), all on-site and complimentary for guests. Las Mananitas has 4 beautiful pools with waterfalls and poolside jacuzzi spa as well as swim-up bar and refrigerator for your in-pool use. Professionally landscaped and grounds are always beautiful and immaculate. Activities close by are: golfing, sightseeing, sailing, jet skiing, surfing, fishing, tennis, swimming, windsurfing, kayaking, parasailing, snorkeling/diving, biking, ATV riding, horseback riding and shopping (information in condo to help you plan activities). Located walking distance from large shopping center with premier grocery store (Soriano) which is like a Walmart Superstore, Starbucks, Walmart and new Pescador corridor (great restaurants and shops). Also walking distance from beautiful, quaint San Jose for excellent local dining, night clubs and shopping. $5 bus ride to Cabo San Lucas (20 minutes away) so no need to even rent a car here if you don't want to! If you do rent a car, there is plenty of free parking available right in front of our condo. This condo is perfect for anyone who desires the ease of first floor access as well as families where children can be seen in the pool from inside the unit. Perfect vacation home for anyone! Las Mananitas is the only non-timeshare, non-hotel resort in the area so, unlike at other properties, our guests aren't hassled by vendors of any kind. Long term or short term rentals. Great stay in a quiet and well maintained unit and complex. Some highlights from the unit are drinkable tap water, great blender, sharp knives and a view of the sunrise from the patio. There are several restaurants within a short walk as well as major grocery and an ice cream shop. The clean beach is fantastic for daily walks.

Meredith is an outstanding hostess for a Very Nice property. Everything you need is already here except food and pajamas. Enjoy total relaxation with the pool and ocean right outside your door. A five minute walk gets you to a huge grocery store and restaurants. I wouldn’t change a thing and we will be back!

We just returned from a fantastic stay at this Las Mananitas condo. We had everything we needed. The condo is so well appointed and has plenty of towels, bedding and everything you could possibly need in the kitchen. Meredith was prompt with all communications and I will definitely rent this condo again on our next trip to Cabo.

We really enjoyed our stay at Las Mañanitas in Meredith’s condo. The condo was clean, well furnished, and very safe feeling. Security was present on the grounds at all time with answers to any question and always a friendly greeting. The grounds were beautifully maintained. The grill area was cleaned daily and bathrooms at the pool area were spotless. We also really enjoyed the semi-private pool right outside the condo for late afternoon drinks and a quick dip. Many restaurants within walking distance. We visited Cynthia’s, Tap Room, District MX, La Forchetta and Sardina Cantina and enjoyed them all. We also went to Mass Sunday morning at the town square and enjoyed breakfast at the French Riviera. We took and Uber down and walked back and felt safe and enjoyed the walk. Weather was perfect everyday. The La Comer grocery store is a 5 minute walk with a McDonald’s and a Starbucks in the same area. We took Meredith’s suggestion for airport transportation and it was convenient and punctual both ways. We hope to go back soon and extend our stay, we loved it. Thank you to our gracious hosts for extending their beautiful home to us.

The condo is very well furnished and clean. The kitchen has every cooking accessory you will ever need. There is a small semi private pool just outside the room plus the main pool is just a 1 minute walk from there. Had a very enjoyable 5 day stay.

This condo exceeded our expectations. It is spotless and oh so convenient having a pool right outside the door. We came in June and the complex was very empty. Our five day trip seemed to go by very slowly because we were so relaxed in this beautiful ground floor unit. The hostess is amazing and so accommodating— we are going to bring our kids here next. Anyone considering this listing, book it now, you won’t be sorry!

We had an amazing weekend at Las Mananitas. It’s like a resort but at a fraction of the price. Visiting in the off season, there were very few other people and it felt as if we had the entire property to ourselves. There were a lot of good food options in walking distance and downtown was a short Uber ride. The condo was very comfortable and it was great to have access to the beach chairs and towels. Highly recommend!

Las Mañanitas is the perfect spot in San Jose del Cabo! The condo is comfortable, cozy, and well appointed. The complex is beautiful and we used the (almost private) pool as well as the huge one in the middle. Steps from a gorgeous beach! Meredith is a lovely and responsive host. 5+ 🌠

Hidden Gem of Vacation Perfection
Family of three from California visiting San Jose del Cabo. We couldn't be more pleased with our experience. Five stars all around!
- Location relative to the surrounding area is perfect. Steps away from an incredible grocery store, services, and fantastic restaurants. Easy onramp to the highway that leads to all the great beaches in the west, and direct frontage road access to the hotel strip and shopping in town to the east. Nothing is more than 10 minutes away.
- Condominium complex property is built like a hotel resort with multiple massive swimming pools/hot tubs, BBQ areas, and a putting green with paths that connect them all, but no crowds! It felt like we had the place to ourselves at times. - Don't forget...you are ON a huge, pristine and low traffic stretch of beach with ultra soft sand that connects to the surrounding community.
-The BEST attribute is your "private" pool just steps from your large outdoor patio. You can see the beach, ocean, and pool in one amazing line of sight while sitting at the table.
- The condo is situated in a protected area, so when the afternoon winds pick up and make the main pool area condos less desirable, you are completely unaffected.
- World class sunrise views from the amazing beach, just a few steps from your sliding glass doors.
- Fully functional kitchen with everything you need.
- Comfortable and user friendly bathroom and shower with great water pressure.
- Tommy Bahama beach backpack chairs with built in coolers, storage, drink and phone holder.
- Washer and dryer in unit! Easy to use safe for cash/passports in unit!
- Open and plentiful free parking right outside your front door.
- Friendly and reliable security team that is present yet unobtrusive. VERY safe and secure area.

There are three very large pools with tons of loungers and tables around the bbq areas. The condo was well equipped and we loved having a walk out to the semi-private pools.

Overall very pleasant - the furniture needs a few updates -mainly the sofa it appeared to be worn out and a few stains on it. and mattress is a bit worn and brighter lighting in the bathroom and bedrooms. All easy fixes

A return visit to Las Manamitas
This unit lived up to the reputation of Las Mananitas an elegant, beautiful manicured resort. The beach on the Sea of Cotez is broad and with few people. There are several pools for those disinclined to tempt the salt water.
San Jose is safe. Restaurants are close and cater many tastes. Staff is quick to respond to needs and request. Our only regret is that we could only stay two weeks.

The condo is perfect for two people. Las Mananitas is perfectly located next to the beach, shopping and Tap Deck for pizza. Buses and taxis to downtown San Jose are close by. The property staff is very respectful and helpful. The owner is super responsive.
