About this house rental

Located in Marstons Mills, this charming house for $849 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. Beautiful, clean and modern, four bedroom, three bath house located on two acres in a peaceful setting along a small lake. During the day, enjoy relaxing on the 1000 square foot deck, enjoy the lake or spend time at any of the nearby town beaches. The backyard offers a great setting for a reunion or simply to catch a nap in the hammock. In the evening, take a dip in the 4 person jacuzzi/hot tub, relax in the sauna room enjoy dinner off the grill. The house features a dining room with seating for ten, an eat-in kitchen table with seating for four, and a large living room with a fireplace and a beautiful view of the lake. The Master suite includes it's own large bathroom, balcony overlooking the lake and a fireplace for those cool evenings. Downstairs on the ground level we have a game room complete with 9' pool table, dart board, chess/checkers table, assorted boardgames. For those interested in fishing, our lake is fully stocked (some of the best fishing is right off our dock!). The house is in an area full of wildlife. Surrounded by acres of forest and facing a small lake. You will see deer, turkeys, birds, foxes, chayotes, turtles, frogs, ducks, guise and swans among other critters. As in any rural area the presence of insects in the outdoors such as mosquitoes, ticks, or flies is inevitable. While this is an esthetically pleasing house with plenty of amenities, it is still a home, not a commercial venue, and far from perfect like most homes are. I prefer to host guests who have a positive attitude, who are uncomplicated and focus on the beauty this property can offer. Thank you for your interest in my vacation home! Keywords: House

Really the best location ever! On a lovely quiet private lake , near walking and biking trails, close to beaches and ports and a beautiful town. The house was spacious and comfy and so well equipped, better than the write-up. We paddled, boated, rented Foils, biked, hiked, dined, shopped, had great seafood, played games. Thankyou for a fabulous perfect vacation.

We had a thoroughly rainy week on Cape Cod, but this outstanding property made it enjoyable anyway. That is despite the fact that we we have three small children - ages 2, 3 and 4, but the house allowed us to be together inside and still be a happy family. The lake access is particularly ideal for a family. Roxanna is an attentive hostess and couldn't have been more helpful.

This house was perfect for our family of eight adults. The property is very well cared for and the amenities are very generous. We spent lots of time at the dock and in the warm lake making use of the equipment at our disposal. The house is filled with everything we needed for our stay. Roxana was very easy to communicate with and was so gracious to us. We would absolutely stay here again.

My family had a wonderful vacation on this property. The kids loved the game room and enjoyed fishing on the waterfront. It was a perfect location...close to stores, beaches, and restaurants. Lots of room!

This is a beautiful property that is perfect for kids and teens. There was so much to do and our kids loved every minute. Roxana did a great job communicating with us and she had everything you could need in this house. The pond was so much fun and we enjoyed using the kayaks, canoe, and paddleboat. It was such a great house. I would highly recommend it!

We slept comfortably with a group of 6, but could have easily brought a few more people. The house is filled with things to do which was great since we just wanted to relax together after the rush of the holidays. The view of the massive backyard and water was amazing. An indoor hot tub and sauna is pretty unique! Some of the utensils weren't washed too well and had food on them, and one of the bedrooms had a crumpled tissue under the sheets. Didn't bother us too much and we're still thinking of coming back in the spring since we liked the house so much!

You feel at home in this lovely Cape Cod property. The house has something for everyone. A fully-fitted kitchen, a game room in the basement, a hot tub, a sauna, and of course, the lakefront. I'd visit this place any time of year.

We absolutely love this home! There was no need for us to leave the house. We enjoyed playing games in the game room, movies and a fire in the living room, hangout in the hot tub and sauna, dinner in the dining room and even spent some time on the deck in December (the sun was so warm in the mornings). Hoping to be back again for a third stay!

Beautiful, spacious home with incredible views and a resort feel with indoor sauna and hot tub. A perfect get away for our women's weekend on the Cape. Close to many excellent restaurants and shopping at Mashpee Commons. I highly recommend this lovely home.

Beautiful waterfront home with nice outdoor living area - would love to return when the weather is nicer to enjoy it! Lovely enclosed hot tub/sauna area, which was nice in the pouring down rain. Thank you again!

The house is spacious and the grounds are lovely! Our small kids enjoyed fishing in the lake and didn't really have to leave the dock to get lots of nibbles, which kept them excited. The house itself is well-maintained though probably in need of an update soon. I will say that our group found the basement to be quite musty and damp so we didn't spend as much time down there as we would have liked. Also, there are lots of leftover kids toys out in the open but very dusty so be aware if traveling with the 5 and under kiddos. All in all, good value, esp considering you don't really spend much time inside the house anyway.

We had a great time at this beautiful house. There are plenty of places for a group to gather to dine and to hang out. The patio is lovely, and the fire pit and large yard were tons of fun. The bedrooms are nice and 3 full bathrooms was really useful. The hot tub was a ton of fun. We loved the lake access and had a great time paddling around (so amazing to have kayaks and canoes!). The bonus was the huge amount of toys both inside and outside of the house-- my kids (6 and 3) were in heaven! Everything we would need: beach chairs, towels, etc. were also well-stocked. We also felt we were in a good spot on the Cape--easy access to Falmouth and other cute towns. We won't forget this wonderful stay at this well-equipped house.
