The home can accommodate sleeping up to 22 people in beds. It is located at 63 Webber Rd. York Maine. Only 3/10ths of a mile from Long Sands Beach, 5 min. stroll. At the end of the street is long sands beach which is one of the most beautiful beaches around. At this point you have an incredible view of the famous Nubble Light House to the left. Enjoy hot summer days sitting on the sand or riding the waves. The trolley stops at the end of the street to pick you up and take you to several destinations in York. This beautiful home has an open living concept. You enter the home to a large kitchen family room combo. The large kitchen has all of the amenities you would want for a home including stainless steel appliances, dishwasher and separate beverage refrigerator in a island that seats 4. The large kitchen table accommodates 8-10. Overflow eating is located at the granite pub table which holds up to 8. Connected to the kitchen is a spacious living area with leather sectional and 55' flat screen television. The house has 6 large bedrooms plus a loft. All of the bedrooms have a queen bed in them. The first floor has two bedrooms and a full bath off of the living area. Both bedrooms are very spacious and have plenty of room for a pack and play if needed. The 2nd floor has 3 bedrooms, sitting room and bath with washer/dryer. One of the bedrooms not only has a queen bed but also a set of bunkbeds. That room is plenty big enough for a family of 4 to spend your vacation in. Plenty of room for luggage. The 2nd floor also has a small sitting room that has a couch and overstuffed chair to relax and read or watch tv in. The sitting room leads out to an open deck. The 2nd floor also has a screened in porch that can be accessed by either the open deck or an attached bedroom. The sitting room has a small mini fridge for easy access to beverages while being on the 2nd floor. The 3rd floor has a large bedroom with a queen-sized bed and 2 sets of bunk beds. The other third floor loft room has a queen bed and a full-size futon couch, tv, DVD player. The 3rd story also has a large bathroom. Other amenities include: Central air conditioning, gas grill, blender, washer/dryer, lobster pot, lobster crackers and pokers, coffee maker, Keurig, full size fridge, mini bar fridge in the kitchen and 2nd floor sitting room. full kitchen set up. We are located across the street from the tennis courts, bike park and track at the high school so there are plenty of activities to enjoy but we are separated by woods so you don't see any of it. We had a large family group here for Thanksgiving. We had 16 overnight. The house worked out great, the furniture was comfortable. It was very clean, and had just about everything we needed to put on a feast. (We did bring a bunch of serving things just in case) The insides of the kitchen cabinets were labeled so everyone knew where to put things back! The bedrooms were good size, as the description says, enough room in several of them for a pack and play/air mattress. The three full baths were great, no issues with hot water or water pressure. We did not use the screen porch as it was kind of chilly while we were there. The guys used the upstairs sitting room to watch football (we used chairs from the porch, as the sofa was replaced with a long shuffleboard type table), which left the downstairs living are free for others to watch the parade and cook! The location is great, and would be fantastic in the summer. We took a group of the grandkids for a walk to the beach (less than 5 minutes) and collected rocks. We squeezed five cars in the driveway, and parked the other two at the end of the road along the beach. (I'm sure in the summer you wouldn't be able to do this). One thing not mentioned in the listing that could be important, the first bedroom on the third floor is a pass through to get to the other bedroom with two sets of bunk beds. We were all family, so we made it work. All in all, a great house, we would rent here again.

The house was spectacular. Everyone had their own space and we lived in the kitchen…there was 15 people in all and everyone had a place. We walked to the beach every day. And we enjoyed day trips throughout the week.

Our family gathered together for an early Thanksgiving. We had plenty of space to cook, gather, and play games. The kitchen was pretty well stocked. All the bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and comfortable. We had fun and would return!

Overall, nice house, long table that sat our group of 10 comfortably. Unfortunately, no back or front deck/porch for those that have trouble navigating stairs to second floor porch. Plenty of beds, could use at least another bathroom, or half bath. But again, nice comfortable house in a great location. You will not be disappointed.

We loved the home, clean, modern and well kept. Manager was immediately responsive to us. The proximity to the beach was, as stated in the listing, a five minute walk away. I have absolutely no complaints and believe this is our first rental that was as described being clean and modern with everything supplied and working as it should. WiFi was great, we are a family of 11 and there was still room to spare. We had four small kids with us and we pretty much spent every day at the beach. I highly recommend this home.

Comfortable house, beautiful beach
The house was very comfortable for our group of university students on a professional development retreat. We really liked the open floor plan on the first floor, and the ease of congregating around the flat screen monitor on the wall (which we used for professional presentations during the day, and video games at night). The host was very responsive.

The house was great. Plenty of space for the 14 of us, including 8 kids. A little bit of a walk to the beach depending on where you want to be on the beach but it was really easy. We even drove to short sands and spent a day there too. Kitchen was huge and perfect for our group. Overall a wonderful stay for us.

What a lovely stay we had this holiday season at 63 Willow. Although our family group was half sized due to Covid concerns, the 12 of us who stayed were comfortable with social distancing offered given the apt living and sleeping accommodations.As you enter on the main level one finds a large spacious great room with two large dining areas, a well-stocked kitchen and a comfortable sitting TV area..this is where we enjoyed our traditional full family gift exchange via zoom.Sleeping quarters included two bedrooms with a full bath on the main level, three bedrooms with full bath/laundry on the second floor and a loft bedroom/large bunk room/full bath on the third floor. Also on the second floor was a sitting room, an outdoor deck and screened sunporch.The home is located in a quiet residential area, with a short walk to Long Sands Beach.. we were grateful for the opportunity each day to enjoy a crisp, sunny, seaside leisurely stroll.As many arrived to York from various locations at a distance, we wish to extend our heartfelt appreciation to Bill for allowing us early check-in and late checkout. Thanks Bill—this really allowed us to fully enjoy a holiday experience this year!!

Amazing House and Weekend!
What an incredible location and house! My friends and I had a wonderful time at Bill's spot in York. It was a short, short walk to the beach. Was equipped with everything you could need, including all the items for a lobster bake. The house was spacious, cool (air conditioning was a huge perk), and just plain gorgeous with the two patios (indoor and outdoor). I highly recommend Bill's house for any type of get together. Would 100% stay again.
