About this house rental
Located in Bradenton, this charming house for $423 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. A beautiful 4 bedroom 2 bath home situated in an extremely quiet neighborhood in NW Bradenton. No parties/events. All music and conversations must be kept very low. This ideal location is minutes away from IMG and the beautiful beaches of Anna Maria Island. The world famous Siesta key beach is just a short, beautiful gulf drive away. Less than one mile from grocery stores, restaurants and shopping. Close to Pirate city and spring training baseball at Lecom park (formerly McKechnie field) which is only five miles away. If you enjoy hiking and observing nature then this is the place for you. Just 2 miles from Robinson Preserve where you can hike miles of trails or Kayak through the mangroves. This newly furnished house comes complete with WIFI and cable TV. There is a 65" 4K TV in the family room and a 4K TV in each bedroom. There is a King bed in the master bedroom, queen beds in two of the bedrooms and two twin beds in the fourth bedroom. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need: Pots and pans, utensils, new stainless steel appliances, coffee maker, Keurig coffee maker and more. Enjoy the warm Florida sunshine by the pool in the full privacy fenced in back yard. The saltwater pool is newly installed and heated. All beach gear (towels, beach umbrella, coolers, beach chairs) is also included for hours of fun on Florida's beautiful tropical beaches! This home has everything you need so just bring your suitcase and swim suit! If you ever find there is something you need, please let us know. Check-in is 4:00pm and check-out is 11:00am but we are as flexible as possible.

Everything was good, pool was heated. plenty of room for everyone. The lanai was a great additional space to hang out. TV's in all the rooms was a benefit for everyone. Had a small issue with heat but Chris was there in minutes to address it. Had a big dinning table to celebrate the holiday together. And the green and red party lights was a big hit and the small christmas tree was a nice touch.

Our stay in Bradenton was a truly great experience. Chris was over the top quick to welcome us and answer any questions. The house was very clean and up to date. The pool is terrific and the proximity to beaches and things to do was very convenient.
If I come back to the area I will not hesitate to stay at this home. Thank you Chris!

We came for a lacrosse tournament in Bradenton and this was perfect! We had instacart delivered when we arrived and cooked the first night. Close to Anna Maria Island for dinners out. It had chairs for the tournament and for the beach! Quiet neighborhood so our girls were able to go to sleep early. We had a great stay!

The property was very nice. The house was clean and well kept. The pool was amazing for pur grandchildren. The air went off the first night we were there. However, after calling the owner, it was fixed withina half hour. She texted back later to make sure it was working and everything was okay. I would stay there again.

We had an amazing stay! The house was wonderful, super clean, and well supplied! The pool was clean and nice! Beds were comfortable and we loved that there were beach chairs, a large cooler, rafts, an umbrella, and other beach items to use! This location is super close to shopping, dining, and gorgeous beaches. The owners communicated and checked in with us wonderfully. Not one complaint. We’ll definitely be staying here again when in Bradenton! Thanks for an amazing getaway from Pennsylvania!

Our stay was short but definitely great. We where there for my daughter's Track & Field State Championships at IMG Academy and the location of this home was ideal. It made for a short ride to and from which was great.

We loved our stay in this property. It was super clean and well equipped, the pool was just amazing. The house was well stocked with all the essentials - from toilet paper to sunscreen and any beach gear you might need. Communication with Chris was excellent before and during our stay. Our vacation stay was EXCELLENT! Chris and Sherry have a clean, organized, spacious, comfortable and beautiful house overall. The location was great: 15 min to the closest beach, 3 min to Fresh Market and restaurants were very close. The house had everything we could’ve asked for. It had a fresh smell when we walked in and everything was sparkling. The hosts were very welcoming and extremely responsive. Our family of 6 people and the dog will definitely be back!! We STRONGLY recommend this AMAZING place to anybody. Thank you again for opening your home to us and we look forward to next year!

Myself and 3 of my golfing buddies enjoyed a great stay at this home! Extremely clean and well stocked with everything we needed. We also enjoyed the pool after a day on the links. Chris also provided great communication before and during our stay.

We loved our stay in this house. It was clean and well maintained, the fenced in backyard and pool was just wonderful. There was plenty of room for everyone and the house was well stocked with all the essentials - paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, soap, beach towels and any beach gear you might need, there was even shampoo and conditioner! The washer and dryer was also a huge plus. We will definitely stay here again!

Stayed here while visiting family in Bradenton. The house was just as advertised and the perfect place for everyone to hang out and relax. It was very clean when we arrived. Plenty of seating areas inside and out, and we all enjoyed the heated pool. As other reviews have mentioned, the house was stocked with everything we needed. Communication from our hosts was excellent, before and during our stay. I would definitely book again next time I am in town!

Wonderful property - owners really consider the needs of their guests. Everything you’ll need and more was available at the property - beach chairs, a cooler and toys, seasoning, lots of pots and pans, trash bags, coffee, pool towels - we loved it and will definitely stay again.

We were without water/power after Hurricane Ian devastated our town. The owners were very quick to responding and accommodating my family. We were able to stay a few days and let our kids relax after experiencing such a traumatic event. There are no words to explain how much we appreciate the owners and everything they did. The home was very clean, stocked exceptionally well in all areas and the pool area was heaven!! Thanks for everything!!

I would highly recommend this house for your family vacation. Chris and Sherry are the ideal hosts, easy to communicate with and provided a clean and well stocked property. Our daughters loved the pool and it was a very short drive to the local beaches. We had an amazing vacation and would absolutely stay here again!

The house was equipped with everything we needed. All the essentials for cooking, for a trip to the beach and even toiletries. The neighborhood is quiet, we had stores close by, the beach was ten minutes away and the house is very spacious. My communication with our hosts was minimal but I had all the information I needed. I let them know we would be arriving late and they even left the porch light on for us. The details matter. Overall it was a wonderful stay and we plan to come back.

Plenty of paper towels and coffee products in the kitchen for the Keurig and regular coffee pot … We were pleasantly pleased and will definitely be regulars at this property!!

This property was perfect for us! We loved everything about it! The pool was great! House is awesome! Plenty of beach towels, floaties. Plenty of patio chairs and tables. This is the first place we ever stayed that provided toiletries for all week. Usually, you just have starter items. Tile throughout which was great, especially if you had a pet. I highly recommend this rental!

We were extremely happy with everything. We are a family of 5 with the kids ages of 17,19, and 21. The check-in process was smooth. The pool area was clean and well maintained. The house was clean. Towels, utensils, pots, etc was everything we needed for our week stay. The location of this house was ideal for us. It was close to the beach, grocery stores, restaurants but not in a big hustle bustle area. The beach gear that was provided is a huge plus. The hosts communicated very well with us. We would stay again at a property owned by Chris 7 Sherry.

We absolutely loved staying here! The location is excellent, we were able to beach hop and hit up 5 different beaches! They also have beach supplies, so we used those. The pool in the back was the kid’s favorite thing! The house is easy to stay in and easy to keep clean. When we come back, we definitely plan on staying here again!

Great spot!
Loved the location and the pool was perfect for our family and parents. Got to do Riverwalk, 2 beaches and Robinson preserve. Great stay and Chris was wonderful.

Second time staying ! We love the location close to beaches, restaurants and Publix. The heated pool is an added bonus. Chris was quick to respond with any issues. Great house to unwind and relax.

Nice home, great location, wonderful pool!
Our family really enjoyed this home. They had beach toys, beach wagon, umbrellas, beach towels, etc. for us to use. The backyard was perfect for relaxing and the kids loved the pool! We wish there was an umbrella or canopy to use in backyard to escape full sunshine a couple afternoons while sitting pool side.

Awesome and Relaxing Stay!
We really enjoyed the size and cleanliness of Chris and Sherri's home. Before booking, I reached out with some questions and Chris was very responsive. After booking, communication continued. On the day of arrival, Chris provided the necessary check-in information and inquired about our arrival time to ensure the porch lights would be on since we got in late. Upon arriving and entering the house, the welcoming aroma was a winner. The house was spotless and had almost everything you needed in the kitchen to cook family meals. The only thing we didn't have was a griddle. In the bathrooms and bedrooms were extra towels, different shampoos, and body washes. There were extra blankets also. There was no shortage of paper towels or toilet paper either. There was even Lysol spray, disinfecting wipes, and sanitizer at the front entrance. The pool was clean and there were pool floats for all ages. They even provided pool towels, beach toys, beach umbrellas, and a wagon for use. It's a very quiet neighborhood. There's a Winn Dixie about 4 minutes from the house and a Publix about 7 minutes away. During our stay, Chris even checked in to ensure everything was going well. There is a Thai restaurant (Thai Cafe) that we tried that was like 5 minutes away and the food was very yummy. Also Jeremiah's Italian Ice was worth the trip. When in this area again, we will definitely stay at this home. We tried to rebook for Thanksgiving but this property and their other properties were unavailable. Thank you Chris and Sherri!

Great quiet neighborhood, a great place for an early morning walk to get the blood pumping. Convenient location for the beach, shopping, and dining. Great pool for relaxing and tanning if you didn't feel like going to the beach or just a quick swim. House was clean and spacious with plenty of room to move around. The house was equipped with everything needed for our trip and even all the goodies for the beach trips. Chris was on point with communication from before we arrived, checking on things during our stay to the time we left to return home. We will be staying here again in the future.
