Situated in Fraser, this attractive condo for $297 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. Winter Park Short-Term Rental Registration #004722 Relax and enjoy this 2nd floor condo (top floor) with unobstructed, 180 degree views of the Continental Divide. Arapahoe Forest Townhomes is conveniently located within walking distance of charming downtown Winter Park, where most restaurants, retail, night-life, and child-friendly parks are located. The world class Winter Park Resort base village is less than 10 minutes from Arapahoe Forest Townhomes. The condo is located on the Winter Park free shuttle route that will take you to the ski resort, and also transport you to Fraser (Safeway and tubing hill), downtown Winter Park, and the Ski Base (Old Town) all day and evening. This Arapahoe Forest Townhome condo contains all the comforts and conveniences of home including ski racks right inside the door for convenient storage of your skis or other play equipment. After depositing your equipment, you will proceed up the stairs to the well-appointed home that offers guests a fully-equipped kitchen with granite counter tops and slate-tile flooring, washer/dryer, and living room, with new LED flat screen cable TV, hi-speed WiFi, next to a warm gas fireplace. The master bedroom is equipped with a queen-sized bed. Sink into this comfortable bed at night and enjoy your favorite program on the Smart TV. The full bathroom is located just outside the master bedroom door. The second bedroom is on the other side of the unit, is spacious, featuring a full size bed in addition to a set of bunk beds, a dresser, and also has a Smart TV. The second full bathroom is attached to this bedroom. And if you have more than 6 in your party, we offer a queen sleeper sofa in the living room that will sleep 2 more. Initially we booked the trip till april, but had to cut it short for my wife's pregnancy. Sarah and Dave were perfectly accommodating! Additionally the property is clean, beautiful, and made our stay magical. We even saw a family of deer once pass outside! The place is also quite modern, and we love the open floor plan! Super close to the slopes and downtown winter park!

We had a wonderful time staying here! It is so close to town we were able to easily walk thee. It is also really close to a couple of trailheads for hiking. The property was very clean and nicely updated. The furnishings were very comfortable and had everything we needed to cook meals.
We loved spending the morning drinking coffee on the balcony and watching the sun rise over the mountains. We would definitely stay here again!

This well taken care of condo is one of my favorite places to stay! It's cozy with plenty of room for 5 of us. It had everything we needed for our extended weekend getaway. Very clean! I particularly enjoyed my morning coffee on the balcony watching the sunrise over the mountains. It's tucked away just a short walk from town. We have an electric car that we could charge just down the hill within walking distance for free! Perfect place to stay for skiing, shopping, relaxing. Highly recommend!

Great location!
We had a fun weekend at Winter Park. The location of the house had easy access to trails and was also within walking distance of numerous restaurants. Great views of the Continental Divide from the deck. Owners are very responsive to any questions or issues that need to be addressed.

Great condo
We make several trips tot he Winter Park area every year. This location is great, the condo comfortably accommodates our family of 4 and has all the amenities we need. The owner is very communicative and easy to work with. Highly recommend.

Property was as listed. Convenient and met our needs. Mattress on double bed in bunk room needs to be replaced. Water jets in jacuzzi spewed black particles which was not pleasant and tub drained slowly. Lighting at night is very dim.

Nice townhouse in a great location with beautiful views
Very quiet, clean, and well located in back of the town of Winter Park, right on the shuttle line. We were two adults with a 7 year old and it was a perfect size. Kitchen is well stocked. Beautiful views from the living room!

It was the best place to wake up in the morning with the sunrise coming up over the mountains and sitting on the deck watching it. Great location, good value!
We just had a quick weekend getaway. The place was excellent. Easy to find, very close to town .. but still quiet ... well equipped. Close to a lot of hiking and super easy to rent. I would stay here again as soon as I can.

Great WP Condo
Condo was clean, kitchen was fully equipped, and living space was open, with great mountain views. The owners were super helpful getting us checked in and even managed to send me a pair of shorts I'd accidentally left in the condo. We had a nice stay and would definitely recommend this condo to others.

Winter Park Weekend Getaway
Our family has rented several properties in Winter Park and this is one of our favorites! The condo is tucked away in a quiet townhome community. There are fabulous views from the deck; I highly recommend watching the sun rise in the winter. The walk to downtown Winter Park is only 0.4 miles and a short 5 minute drive to the resort. With the vaulted ceilings and open floor plan, our family of 4 had plenty of room after a long day of skiing. And, the kitchen provided all of the amenities that we needed to cook breakfast and dinner for the weekend.

This was an amazing condo. This was our first family ski trip to Winter Park. The home was very comfortable with more than what we needed. Perfect for our family with three teenage boys. Plenty of room, great space to play games with all of us. Easy access to the free shuttle. Sarah was great to communicate with. I recommend this place to anyone who plans on stating at Winter Park! We will definitely rebook:)

Beautiful views!
I really liked the condo! It was very clean. Beds were super comfy. Bathtub had jets perfect for post snowboarding. The kitchen had snacks and everything you need to make a meal (pots, pans, and basic spices) The nrighbors were super friendly. There is a shuttle at the end if tue driveway that takes you to the resort. Cute balcony with a grill. I would stay here again!

Very clean, well appointed property. Wifi and TV service was excellent. Traveling with kids that is a must these days. We were very comfortable with two couples and two young children. Very convenient to shuttles and close to everything. We had a great stay. Thank you!!

This property was a perfect fit for our group. We dined in every night after a fun day of boarding, skiing. Close to everything, beautiful views. Couldn't ask for a better townhouse.

4 Cs: Cozy, Comfortable, Clean and Convenient
Really lovely "home away" so close to town and Winter Park skiing. Very comfortable with nice furniture, TV and wireless. Kitchen is stocked if you want to cook (we did not!). Sarah and Dave are very nice responsive. The view is beautiful.
Would give this spot a 5-star review except we had an issue w/hot water (Dave & Sarah tried to resolve very quickly), the master mattress was not comfortable, and there is nighttime noise from the heating system and a nearby train. Not major, but enough to bother a light sleeper.
Overall, I would definitely recommend this spot to friends. I have no doubt Sarah & Dave have already addressed the water issue. If you go—try Pepe Osaka's restaurant (one of a kind). Smokehouse was also delicious, and Perk is great place for coffee and to just sit and mingle w/nice folks. This condo is an ideal location to enjoy Winter Park area (you can get everywhere you want to go and get back home in minutes).
