This lovely well appointed beach house is a wonderful place for easy access to the beach, a short drive into Charleston and other points of interests. Every detail was thought through...full stocked kitchen with the essentials, beach gear, multiple levels to spread out, private pool, screened in porch and the southern hospitality by the hosts was above and beyond. Highly recommend!

House was just as listed. Nancy was very responsive any time we had a question.

Beautiful house, well decorated, everything you need is there. The pool is a huge plus, just a few steps to the beach, short drive to downtown. Loved our stay.

This house is in a quiet neighborhood and is a quick walk to the beach. The owners have thought of everything and it has all of the conveniences you could ask for. The lined pool is large and partially shaded and the screened porch is wonderful! Any questions we asked were answered in minutes. Great property!

My family had an excellent week at this house. The pool was fantastic, and the beach was a very short walk away. The location is away from beach crowds - we had plenty of space for our young kids to play. The house was well stocked with supplies (chairs, toys, etc.) for both the beach and pool. We also loved relaxing on the porches after spending time in the sun. The fans and shade made it possible to sit outside at all times. Isle of Palms is a great- and we were able to make easy drives to explore the surrounding area as well (Sullivan’s island, Mount Pleasant and downtown Charleston). We highly recommend IOP and this house.

This is a great property for a family with kids. We stayed at the property over the Thanksgiving break and celebrated my MILs bday. The property is Super close to the beach, and there is attention to safety (regarding the pool). I’m always nervous about booking a house with a pool bc I have two busy toddler boys. There was no need to worry with this property the fence enclosed the entire pool, this is a key safety feature. The house has all of the amenities to make your beach stay a great one. I would recommend.

We had an amazing time! The property was as described. Beautifully decorated! Very clean. Close to everything without being in the super busy section of the island. We loved our stay and hopefully will be able to stay again.

The house is very cozy and was perfect for our girlfriend getaway for 5 days. The location is fantastic, just down from the restaurants of Isle of Palm & 4 doors from beautiful beach access. It is equipped with everything you need to relax in the beach…chairs, bocce, wheealable cooler & a cart. The back screened in porch was our favorite cozy hangout. The beds are very comfortable & great A/C for hot days. Nancy was great at communication. Highly recommend it!

We spent a week in this lovely house. It was so clean and inviting. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook several dinners, the beds were comfortable, the large dining table was perfect for good conversations. A short walk to the gorgeous beach and the pool was so relaxing as well. Thank you, Nancy!!

This property really undersells itself! It is amazing! Perfect location to downtown IOP, fish market, butcher shop, IOP french coffee shop, and bakery and still close to Sullivans for even more food and shopping! We rented a golf cart (ahead of time) and were able to travel to the marina to rent SUPs and a motorboat. We were all over the Island(s) and had a wonderful time for two families of 4. Eight people total. The beds were very comfortable, sheets high quality, towels soft and absorbent. The kitchen had all we needed, Plenty of outdoor living space with a screened-in porch. Pool toys and beach toys were there and ample! Beach chairs and towels! A very short and convenient walk to the beach. Carolina street at 5th is quiet at night, not too many cars parking for beach access during the day. It gets crazy closer to downtown. The location of this lovely home is PERFECT! We will stay here again!!

This house is exactly as shown in the pictures! We had an amazing time at this house! One block from the beach and right at the beach access. We loved the pool and screened in porch! Tons of beach toys and supplies. The house was very clean and we had zero issues with anything. Thank you Nancy for opening up your home to our families this past week!

Our family enjoyed a wonderful week on the IOP! This home was perfect for our family of 8 and we enjoyed every part of it. The floor plan was a great set up and the pool - amazing fun! A quick walk to the beach. The owners were easy to contact and answered all our questions - which were not many. We are looking forward to being their guests in the future!
