About this house rental
We invite you to enjoy our home away from home in central Florida. Our 3 bedroom (plus office) 2 bath home in North Lakeland is only 40 minutes from Disney and about 30 minutes from Tampa. We are close enough to enjoy all the fun things to do in central Florida but out of the traffic and chaos of the larger cities. We are located close to shopping and less than 10 minutes from Interstate 4. Lakeland has a quaint downtown with a large weekly farmer’s market and a central square with great shops and restaurants. The Master bedroom has a queen sized bed and private bath with walk in shower and large jetted tub. Bedroom two has a queen sized bed. Bedroom three has a twin daybed with a trundle. There is also a new pull out couch in the family room. Bedrooms two and three share a bath. The family room has an over-sized sliding glass door that opens to a large screened in porch overlooking the fully fenced backyard. Enjoy a cup of coffee on the screened porch while the sunrises every morning. Our home is pet friendly, we just ask that you clean up after your pets.

We stayed at this home for two weeks. Great quiet neighborhood and a great location for anything you would need. The property owner is very accommodating and promptly answers all calls and texts. The home was a perfect place to stay. We enjoyed the stay.

The house had everything we needed and more. It was so nice to have a nice selection of spices available, dishes, etc. in the kitchen. The house was clean and well maintained. Close to everything we needed. Could not have asked for anything more.

We had a very enjoyable stay, it was exactly the type of property we were hoping for. We stayed for an extended period of time, 11 days with our 2 dogs. The backyard is securely fenced with a nice screened in area that we enjoyed our evenings on. The property owner was very responsive and there were no surprises. The whole experience happened exactly how we hoped, drama free and the house was as described. We will be back in town in the spring and we hope the house will be available again.

Perfect Size, Perfect Location
Perfect place for us to stay with easy access to Orlando and Tampa. Plenty of space in a nice neighborhood. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook a meal. Enjoyed our vacation in Centeal Florida!

Relax in Beautiful North Lakeland
This spacious vacation home in North Lakeland had all of the amenities anyone could ask for and more! The neighborhood was quiet and the location was perfect and close to shopping, beaches, and theme parks. The back porch was exceptionally nice and we spent most mornings having our coffee there. The owners were extremely accommodating and were more than willing to go the extra mile to meet our needs. We really enjoyed our stay in North Lakeland and would definitely recommend this vacation home to everyone!

Had a few housekeeping issues but Lisa quickly addressed them. Would definitely stay again. It was immensely helpful to have an office.

Great Place that Felt Like Home
Great house that is central to lot's of things to do. I was in Lakeland for a work commitment and my family came for the area attractions. I really enjoyed having an office to use and the patio was nice.

4th year we have rented this house for the same event. Works perfectly for us. Only wish it was closer to the airport and the show we are in town for. Couldn't ask for a more comfortable place to stay and hospitable hosts. Always clean upon arrival.

Very nice house and neighborhood.
My wife and I vacationed there for two weeks. We like to play golf and there were many courses in the area, including a very nice course very nearby (Huntington Hills). The house was clean and well furnished. We enjoyed our time there.

Excellent Home Away from Home for Easter
Finally reached FL after road tripping down from CT with a toddler and 2 dogs. The house is spacious with a nice screened in porch for enjoying morning coffee. The dogs enjoyed being able to run around off lead in the fenced backyard and we couldn't ask for a better location for visiting family in Lakeland. Whirlpool tub in the master bath was also great for relaxing at the end of a busy day. Highly recommend for families looking for a fun getaway. Conveniently located near Dinosaur World and a reasonable drive to Tampa or Orlando.
