About this house rental
Situated in Marineland, this charming house for $775 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. Our house is located on one of Florida's most unique beaches. You'll feel like you've arrived in Hawaii when you step onto our property. This beach is very quiet with beautiful rocks and tidal pools to explore. We love sitting on the rocks in morning with our coffee or in the evening to enjoy a glass of wine! Dancin' Dolphin is the perfect place to spend your vacation with family or friends. This is the home you'll want to select for your family vacation. Our upgraded ocean front luxury home offers just about everything you may require. There is complete ocean frontage with an extremely large balcony that allows seating for the entire family. We allow up to 12 guest (including children). However, if you are bringing a large group please check the sleeping arrangement carefully to confirm that our home will be adequate for you. Two of four bedrooms offer king-sized beds, one has a queen and one has twin beds. We also have 2 twin foldaway beds and sleeping on the sofa. All the beds have new memory-foam mattresses and the highest quality linens. Every bedroom has its own flat screen TV with cable access. Our large, fully stocked kitchen has been upgraded with marble counter tops and stainless steel appliances. Although the supermarkets are close (and the weekly farmer’s market is excellent), you’ll only have to shop if you feel like it. The side-by-side fridge/freezer should easily hold a family's groceries for the week. Our home also features a super capacity washer and dryer in a separate laundry room. We have a great selection of toys, puzzles and board games for all ages. We provide beach toys, umbrellas and an assortment of chairs for the beach. Nearby there is an abundance of state parks for boating, kayaking, biking or hiking. The area hosts great boutique shopping adventures or there is a large outlet mall just north of us in historic St. Augustine. We are centrally located in the state giving guests easy access to most of Florida's famous attractions. There is something here for everyone! For the safety of our guests and property we provide outdoor security cameras.

Great property, perfect for mid-large size families! Very clean and owners were very responsive and easy to deal with. Amazing to have a private beach as a backyard. We only saw two other people on it, in the distance, our entire stay!

My family loved our time at the beach house. Everything was clean and well prepared, amenities in the kitchen were perfect, weather was fantastic, deck and boardwalk are incredibly welcoming, and our time there was wonderful.

We loved this property for our family of 9. It had plenty of room for us to spread out and have our own space. Everything was so well thought out, organized perfectly, and we had everything we needed and more. The kids loved looking for shells, climbing on the rocks and playing in the water. We all loved sitting at the end of the walkway listening to the waves crash and talking as the sun went down. We have never been to the East coast and we all agreed we definitely want to come back.

The home is beautiful and clean. The location is quite and private. There wasn’t too many other people walking across the back of the property which made it very private to enjoy with the family. It was a more rocky part of the beach, which personally I think kept most out of the area. Even with the rocks and structure, we enjoyed it very much. You can walk a bit north or south to a public beach with less rocks or drive nearby to other public beaches. Not having the sandy beach behind the house was not a negative for us. The view and privacy made the experience. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

This was perfect for our family. Plenty of space for the six of us to spread out. Loved exploring the rocks and tide pools. Very well equipped and Heidi was quick to respond!

Beautiful home, well-kept. Beautiful property with rocks all along beach property. We easily drove a mile down the beach for a morning to skim board and play in the ocean. We would love to come back!

From the communication months prior to actually being able to stay and enjoy an amply supplied home, Heidi went above and beyond to make our stay superb. A short walk down a pier to the beach and beautiful views from within the home were complimented by plenty of space to relax, play games, and enjoy time with family. Thank you. The house was so clean, well decorated, comfy beds, walkway connecting the deck to the beach. Fresh linens and towels (bath and beach). No complaints at all! This house was perfect.

Lovely however
We absolutely loved the property! Clean, spacious, amazing views and up to date. However, we were unaware of the boulders along the beach. This was very disappointing. We could not just walk out onto the beach and go for a swim without doing some rock climbing. The kids enjoyed their bike ride to an accessible beach but would have loved to have been informed with pictures of the house beach access.

Perfect for our family getaway where we had everyone from grandparents to 7 year olds at the house.
The beach was lovely and we saw maybe 4 people walk by all day.
It's like you have a private beach for miles since it's so uncrowded.
The only thing I would advise for folks would be to check the tide tables if you plan to swim at the house. At high tide, the water comes up to the area where there's large rocks, eliminating the nice sandy area by the water. We got lucky as low tide was right in the middle of the day, perfect for spending the main hours of the day on the nice sandy beach and playing in the water.
Of course, it's a really short drive or bike ride (bikes were available at the house) up to the public beach area, which is very accommodating.

Vrbo states That it sleeps 12 (?) with 4 rooms (that is correct) and states there are 9 beds (incorrect, there are only 5 plus two Single roll-always). There is a king bed in two rooms, a queen in another and two twin beds in another. There are two fold up roll-always in a closet To be used, but where? There is only room for one Roll away in one bedroom. It further states that one king can be made into single beds. No it was not made as such. We “made” it work but having rented many beach homes it was The first to have to have two sleep on the couch which was not a fold out. Additionally I was charged $140 for an additional guest. ? It states it accomadates 12 (??) why the additional fee. I should be paid back fees for not being accomadated for, as advertised, for the guest it stated it would. To these contentions I would appreciated a response. If there is a good explanation I will consider however if not I will also consider. I will not hesitate to tell my constituents and clients the great home but also will not hesitate to indicate what they will have as stated!!!

At the end of the private boardwalk to the beach we had plenty of room to set up an area to play in the sand and have cover from the sun. The kids had fun playing in the pools of water captured by the coquina rock formations. We really enjoyed this experience and will plan to return in future years. I understand that formations are modified by the various times of year so you should research the changes depending on the time of year you are planning on staying. Regardless, we are certain you will enjoy this location.

I too rent a summer home on Vrbo and feel 1 am much more accommodating with our guest.
The location, home and layout was great. Only two observations that held me back from giving it a full thumb's up... First: They claims to have 5 five bathrooms for such a large home. Actually it is a two and half bath room and two shower stalls outside to wash off the sand from the beach. Not good for a group of 10. Second, I requested a 2pm late checkout, something very common that we always work with our guest. Their check out is 10am and check-in 4pm. Another somewhat tough for a Vrbo home - they are not a hotel. However I was politely told the best they can do is 11am late checkout or pay an extra day.... Ouch! Tuff Cookies.

This was a perfect place for our family reunion. It is a beautiful location right on the ocean and the sunrises were specular!! The house is beautiful and perfectly equipped. We are cooks and loved the fact that the kitchen was so well equipped. Everyone was happy with the incredible comfort and beauty of the place.

Our family reunion
This was a perfect place for our family reunion. It is a beautiful location right on the ocean and the sunrises were specular!! The house is beautiful and perfectly equipped. We are cooks and loved the fact that the kitchen was so well equipped. Everyone was happy with the incredible comfort and beauty of the place.

Wonderful view and home
We really enjoyed the stay here, wish we had more time. The home was clean beautiful and a super easy stay. Love the boardwalk to the beach access. The rock formations were super cool just wish it was easier to access the water for me (I am not as agile). The boys on the other hand just loved it! Although it was quite cool the boys (teens) did swim a bit , if they were any younger I would have taken them further down to the beach access areas to swim. Either way there were many close options to choose. Loved that a Publix was within five minutes, A great boat ramp, fishing pier, restaurants, even a rose/flower garden park all within minutes. The master bedroom upstairs with the view was just beautiful! Appreciated the family time even though it was a quick trip!
