Old Town features numerous restaurants, wine tasting bars, coffee shop, tap room, unique boutique shopping, and a fabulous Sunday farmers market open Oct-May. 1650 sq/ft open floor plan concept with 4 bedrooms & 2 full baths, cooling blue pool & spa! Just a short walk from the house is the start of the beautiful "Bear Creek" & "Fred Wolf Preserve" trail which offers hiking, biking, walking with gorgeous views of the Santa Rosa mountains. You will also find two parks, tennis courts & fitness facility within a 5 min walk. Minutes away from over 100 world-class golf courses including Silver Rock, La Quinta Country Club, and PGA West, these are the courses that also host the "American Express" PGA tournament in January. Indian Wells Tennis Gardens just 10 minutes away. We celebrated the 4th of July, and it was awesome! The home had everything needed. Had some problems with the pool as the waterfall was not working but Olympia was on it. We texted her and she sent the pool guy right away! Thank you, Olympia! Grocery Outlet was nearby so we were able to buy ice to refill the ice chest and the ice was only 99 cents! When we left we had lunch at Casa Mendoza, and it was perfect to finish our stay at La Quinta. Highly recommend!

This is a very nice home literally across the street from Lavender Bistro, arguably the best restaurant in La Quinta. Lavender is so good, and so convenient, we ate there 3 times in just 5 days! Just a few more blocks to the north is the center of Old Town La Quinta where there are many more excellent shops and restaurants to enjoy. You really won't need your car once you park at this home! Everything is within walking distance.
The home is just as advertised. It is comfortable, clean and updated. It has everything you will need for a relaxing stay in the heart of Old Town. There are also many pool toys located in the garage for those that want to play in the pool. Unfortunately we were a bit too busy on this trip to enjoy the pool. Next time for sure.

We really loved the property and the pool. Great outdoor space and very comfortable beds/linens/TV's/internet. Perfect location - Just some advice - Make dinner reservations the week of Thanksgiving early at the nicer restaurants. Hard to get in at the last minute. We enjoyed ourselves and nice neighbors.

This was a perfect location! Easy to get to everything we wanted to do, easy walking distance to Old Town LaQuinta, plenty of space for the bigger kids to sprawl out while the little ones napped. Everything was easy to find, everything clean. Thank you Olympia!

The house was perfect for our short trip, very clean, wifi was provided, perfect sized home altogether. The pool was a huge plus! Pretty unique also as it’s located in the front of the home. Loved the stay, would definitely stay again!

This home definitely lives up to its name, Rancho Relaxo. It was well furnished and very clean. The pool and jacuzzi was so much fun to play in. Having an umbrella mount in the pool was a genius idea! Overall, a very modern yet cozy home to relax and unwind in.

Had a girls weekend trip at this amazing house and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. There were 7 of us and there was plenty of space in the 4 bedrooms. For some reason we thought the pool would be situated in the back of the house but realized upon arrival that the pool is situated in the front yard of the house. There are privacy walls and thoughtful landscaping that quickly allowed us to fully enjoy the pool, equipped with pool accessories, Adirondack chairs that sit in the shallow area of the pool, sun umbrellas and chaise lounge chairs. The house is clean! I mean very clean and this was the first thing that struck all of us. It’s honestly the most important thing for me and if the cleanliness factor is not there or up to par with expectations the whole experience kinda goes down from there. Not so with this house. Olympia’s cleaning crew must be amazing. Appreciated clean sheets, comfy beds and the tasteful furniture and plentiful seating areas. Loved that the house is complete with smart tv with all the major streaming services so movie viewing was a cinch. The kitchen was well stocked with all the items you would normally find in your own home. Olympia was great and very responsive and we appreciated the option for a late check out which is pretty rare these days. We loved this place and I would totally return. Thanks Olympia! We all appreciated the cleanliness and overall quality of the house, furniture, decor, and well appointed kitchen (and private pool!).

Our time here at Rancho Relaxo was just that.
The home, pool, area, Olympia were all wonderful. Six days was not long enough, and we will return for another stay as long as we can.
I’ve rented homes in PS, P. Desert and now La Quinta. I felt more at easy here. The beautiful surrounding mountains, Palm trees and blue skies are always so welcoming.
Olympia is a delight and so very prompt when asking questions and met every need. The pool guy was cool as well!

This home was perfect for our trip. There was seven of us. Two kids and five adults and there was plenty of space for all of us. The pool was fab! Olympia, the owner was great too. Answered all my questions quickly and thoroughly. We loved it!! It was a super fab family trip that we will never forget.

The location was excellent to walk to Old Town which has lots of restaurants and little shops. The weather also helped being able to walk everywhere ☀️☀️Olympia was so easy to work with and accommodating and her response time to questions was excellent.My only criticism would be that I did not feel the bathroom rugs had been washed from the previous guests but that is based on observation as I did not ask. I did throw them all in the washer (on site and handy)and felt much better afterwards so an easy fix.

The place was wonderful! Very clean and well kept. We first walked in and noticed the pool was in the front yard, Different at first but loved it over the weekend and was all controlled by a remote. We got into the house and it was very nice and modern. The AC was wonderful. It was very open, the kitchen had a nice big counter top overlooking the living room and dining room. The master bedroom was wonderful. Big bathroom and walk in closet made it easy to walk around and not feel crowded. The other bedrooms we also roomie with queen beds. Everything seemed set up perfectly and every place in the house was comfortable and welcoming. The best part of it all was that it was only about 5 mins away from stage coach. Making taxi rides if necessary very cheap and convenient. The owner was very pleasant and answered all my inquiries. I'd recommend this place to all my friends and I personally hope we can continue to use this wonderful place every year.

We had 7 adults staying in this house. I was concerned because, in the pictures, the living area didn't seem very big, but it is actually one big great room and it was very spacious. The beds were comfortable and the place was clean. The pool was also clean and in good shape, though potential renters should know that it is located on the front of the house. It is private, but you get some street noise. It was nice to be able to walk to Old Town. I also appreciated my interaction with the owner. She was very friendly. I only have 2 complaints about this house and they might not matter to others: All the dishes are plastic. And the neighbors played really loud music the whole time we were there. (maybe they were renters also.) The kitchen is really nice and spacious and has most of what you need though we did have to buy a vegetable peeler, salt/pepper and paper products. I would recommend this house to others, though I think it is probably more suited to 2 families than it is to 7 adults.

I just loved this home. It is perfect for 8 people. The interior of the home is very clean, smells great, all the beds were nicely made and very very clean. Bathrooms were fully stocked with soaps and towels. Showers work great! Water runs well. Bathrooms never got backed up. The pool area is also very nice and the jacuzzi is perfect for relaxing after a long day/night at Coachella. More than enough room to sit around the jacuzzi and chill with your friends. There was also a lot of room in the kitchen to maneuver around during cooking and the fridge also had lots of room to store all of our food and drinks. The washer and dryer worked great and let's not forget about that dishwasher which came in very handy.
The garage also has room for 2 cars and you can also fit another 2 in the driveway. There is also parking available on the street if needed.
The TV in the living room and in the master bedroom are awesome! Alot of channels to choose from, including HD, and I was very surprised to see the Lakers channel as most areas do not have it available.
The drive to Coachella was only 5-10 minutes. Perfect! Never had to worry about traffic. Will definitely stay at his home again for that reason.

This was the perfect home for our family during the holidays! The home beat my expecatations - it was extremely clean and very well decorated, well kept up with pool service, lawn manicured, wi-fi, cable tv, nice and safe neighborhood and had everything we needed without having to purchase it all (minus the food).
With a large family, we all fit in this home comfortably and the open kitchen and family room worked out great for us. The kitchen is spacious for multiple people cooking/prepping at the same time. Great size pool and hot tub that can be heated aswell fully equipped with outside furniture.
The house is within walking distance to the La Quinta center with little shops, boutiques, and restaurants. The grocery store and Starbucks are about a 10 minute walk and El Pasea is a 20 min or little less drive away. There are great walking and biking trails nearyby too. For the guys out there, golf courses are all around as well.
This will be a home our family will definately go back to :)
