Nestled in Windsor Hills, this charming condo for $220 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. Dreaming of an escape from the everyday? Enjoy a stay in our Windsor Hills condo. The condo is located on the third floor and has lots of natural light coming in throughout the day. The complex has elevators for easy access to our third floor unit. It's nice to have your morning coffee on the balcony and start the day with breakfast made in the kitchen. Best Location: Windsor Hill is one of the closest communities to the Disney World Parks. The condo is a short drive away from Water Parks, Orlando Convention Center, Gatorland, Osceola Flea Market, ESPN Center and Discovery Cove. The condo is conveniently located next to a main thoroughfare; just minutes away from Walmart, Super Target, Publix, Carrabas, and Chick-fil-a. Comfortable Living and Dining Areas: As a family with small kids, we look for conveniences while on vacation. We have a high chair and stroller available for the smallest of travelers. If the kid’s clothes need to be washed, throw them in the condo's washer/dryer. We’ve created a comfortable environment for kids and adults. Relax on our oversize sofa and stylish new chair in front of the flat screen TV. Fully Stocked Kitchen: If you are a cook or like takeout, this kitchen has all of the conveniences of home. Some of the items we've stocked the kitchen with are coffee pot, tea kettle, blender, can opener, pots and pans, baking sheets, silverware, and dishwashing detergent to get you started. There's plenty of counter space for your food preparation needs. The appliances include dishwasher, smooth top range, microwave, and full-size refrigerator with access to water and ice in the door. We also added a Keurig coffee maker to the unit this year. Bedrooms: Our 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo has a master bedroom and large guest bedroom. The master bedroom has a king size bed, large walking closet and an attached bath. There's a flat screen TV located in the bedroom for a movie night for the adults. The guest bedroom has as queen bed and twin size bed, large walk-in closet and a flat screen TV. This bedroom also has a DVD player available for a fun movie night. Relax and Enjoy the Community Amenities: After a long day at the park or if you want to relax, spend a day at the pool and game room. The clubhouse with the pool, gym, game room and sandwich shop are just a short walk from the condo. The clubhouse also has a unique feature that will be a big hit with the kids. The movie theater is open everyday and shows a wide variety of movies for the family. House Rules: At this time, the resort is allowing the 6 guests staying in our home access to the water park and pool. Please note that this is a secure resort, requiring a car pass for each vehicle that enters the resort. Guests are required to complete rental agreement via Adobe Sign. Only guests on the rental agreement are allowed in the home, without prior approval. At this time, the resort is not allowing visitors to the pool and water park, just registered guests only. **Please not that our community pool will be closed September 5-October 6, 2024 for resurfacing. The water park will be open to enjoy with your family.

The condo met our needs for a trip to the Disney parks. Location is convenient, but the area gets extremely congested (especially in the evenings). The condo itself was fine - kitchen was well stocked, beds were comfortable. We found the lights in many rooms to be too bright/harsh and the main bathroom needs a good scrub (especially the baseboards). Additionally, it would also be nice to have real bathroom towels rather than the cute Mickey pool towels. However, the condo was what we expected and was a nice place to come back to after long days at the parks.

We really enjoyed our stay after a crazy 10 days onsite at Disney and Universal. We booked this condo for a chilled couple of days before we flew back home to the UK. We found the apartment to be exactly as described and it suited our needs perfectly. We also loved the complimentary snacks that were left - thank you! Communication with the hosts was excellent, any questions were answered quickly - even though it was Christmas Day! We only marked it down on check in as we had a long wait to get into Windsor Hills through the gate security. This was nothing to do with this property and we followed all instructions, just the number of people checking in was obviously too many for the gate staff to deal with. We waited 45 mins in a queue that started back on the main road. However, we were dealt with brilliantly once we got to the front of the queue, was just not what we wanted after already having had a long journey. As mentioned, this was nothing to do with the condo itself or the super detailed information shared by the hosts. We knew exactly what we had to do once we got to the check in point so thank you! We'd definitely stay here again if in the area.

It was our family's first trip to Disney and this condo ended up being the perfect choice for us. We traveled with two kids, they loved having their own space and all of the Mickey/Minnie décor. They especially loved the condo's pool/slides/arcade on the days we didn't go into the parks. I was worried about staying off of Disney property and dealing with traffic and parking, but it was not an issue. We were on the Magic Kingdom's monorail within 20 minutes of leaving our condo. If we ever come back to Orlando as a family I would definitely try to stay here again.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Kevin and Jeannie's property. The distance from the condo to the Disney parks was a short drive and it was nice having a Walmart right around the corner for things we needed for the parks. The children absolutely loved the water slides and pool and it was maybe a 5 minute walk from the condo to the pool area. Heads up: they will close the pool area for half an hour if there's a lightning strike within 10 miles of the resort. The kids bedroom was perfect for our kids and the master was nice and roomy however, the mattress in the master had very little support and no firmness. I slept fine the entire week, but my husband (who only weighs 190) had to sleep on the couch because it was hurting his back. It could have ruined the trip for him, but the couch is longer than most and was actually very comfortable and I got the bed to myself so, not sure if it's a complaint or not. The kitchen had everything one could need, water pressure in the showers was great and there were plenty of towels for our family of 5. Other than for the mattress, we would stay at this location again.

Apartment was as described and pics shown. My sons (13 and 10) were very happy!! The pool/attraction area was beautiful and clean. The location is perfect, everything is nearby, Disney was 17 minutes away.

We had an amazing time here. Our daughter loved the pool and water park. We enjoyed the game room and theatre and of course how close it was to Disney and other fun activities. It was very clean and easy to navigate, felt very secure and safe. My daughter left her prized possession stuffed elephant there on the last day and the own graciously located her and safely mailed her home to us, lifesaver! Thanks so much!

The area is nice. Getting in and out was easy despite being a gated community. The only downside is a difficult left turn exiting the gated community with no traffic light. The appartment is lovely and beautifully designed.

We stayed here with our 3 children as a vacation to Disney and universal. Then property was close to the parks and also had a great family friendly pool area for a downtime day. This condo was clean and quiet. There was plenty of room for the 5 of us and the stroller that the owners provided was a huge savior at the parks! We would definitely recommend this property!

We had a wonderful stay at the condo. Check in was quick. Hosts were clear and easy to communicate with. Kids loved the toys and books that were in the unit. Kitchen had everything needed to cook a few meals. Pool and club house activities were fun after spending time at the parks. Very close to Disney parks. Would stay again and recommend to family and friends!

Hosts were great and everything went super smoothly... condo was super cleanand huge. a short walk to the pool area... on our relax days the pool was a great way to cool down and relax with a drink. I can't wait to go back! Close to everything... short drive to the parks and about a 20 mins walk to Walmart which is great. Lots of restaurants and outlets and gift shops close by as well....

If you are looking for a great place to stay outside of Disney but close enough to all 4 parks, then this is your place! Seriously, look no more. This condo is in a gated community with a pool and is super closer to a giant Walmart and the main Disney gate is only a few miles away! The condo has plenty of space and is super clean. The host, Jeannie, was super nice and communicative. Ty for having us.

This was my first time renting and it couldn't have gone any better. The place was adorable, clean, and the location is excellent! Very close to to Disney, close to restaurants and Walmart. The pool is awesome too! We had the best stay and works highly recommend this!

We came down for a quick trip to Disney but I think the kids enjoyed the pool and slides the most. The unit had everything we needed. Super thankful for the portable crib and high chair. Makes life so much easier with a toddler!! Thank you!!

This property had everything we needed for a family vacation to Disney. The owners were very helpful with communication and details. Very nice to find coffee pods, laundry detergent, and even some snacks. Would definitely stay here again.
