This uncontrolled seasonal occurrence may result in the grass having an odor as it dissipates. These Tradewinds also bring in "ocean trash". this not only comes from careless people throwing trash in the ocean, but also from other places devastated by hurricanes, with household and personal items washing out to sea. For this purpose we have a break wall in place that prohibits the grass and ocean trash from coming ashore on our beach. You can access the water from our "floating dock" where you can launch your paddle boards, and kayaks to avoid this seasonal grass. **NOTE~ Our home comes fully stocked with all bedding, linens, towels, wash cloths, and beach towels. We also provide complimentary starter of 2 rolls of toilet paper per bath, 3 rolls of paper towels, 1 box of trash bags, 1 bottle of laundry detergent, and 1 box of dryer sheets, along with a hand soap in each bathroom. Guests will need to provide ongoing supplies for their stay, if more supplies are needed. CANCELLATION POLICY You may cancel any reservation and receive a full refund of all amounts paid if you notify us your need to cancel the reservation at least ninety (90) days prior to the check-in date. In the event that you cancel your reservation within ninety (90) days of your check-in date, for any or no reason, (including the failure to pay the final payment due 90 days before the stay), including inclement weather , you shall not be eligible for a refund of any payments.
