Located in Village Four Seasons, this lovely condo for $253 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. Enjoy a non-smoking, top floor unit with great view of the main channel and sunsets. This unit is one flight of stairs from the parking lot. Cathedral ceilings in living area and master bedroom. Queen-sized beds in both bedrooms. Master has private bath, sliding door to deck and great view of the lake. Comfortable queen-size sofa sleeper in the living area. Roku/Smart TV's with cable and DVD player in all bedrooms. Wifi in Condo. This condominium is tastefully decorated in a nautical theme. The kitchen is completely furnished with many extras. Feed the ducks from your own private deck overlooking water. Located 4 buildings from the pool. Southwood Shores is a beautiful, clean, lakefront complex with 24-hour security. Located at the 12MM by water. There is an indoor pool and hot tub as well as an outdoor pool overlooking the lake. There are tennis courts, Pickleball and basketball courts, playground, and swim platform in the lake. Twenty-two-hundred feet of lighted lakefront walkway. A boat ramp is provided. Slip rentals available. Walk to fabulous deli, movie rental, gas, and convenience store. Twelve golf courses nearby. Ten minutes to the Bagnell Dam Strip. Close to Toad Cove for nightlife. I only rent to persons 26 years of age or older. Three night minimum on all holiday weekends. Keywords: Condominium

What a beautiful property! It wasn’t large, but it was very comfortable and clean! It has a great patio with a wonderful view of the lake. It’s close to the pool, which was clean and had plenty of seating. We’ll be back!

We love South Shore. This owner advertised old pictures of the the condo. She said this unit had newer carpet and leather furniture but totally the opposite. Very disappointing. Bathrooms were disgustingly unsanitary. We spent a long time cleaning and that’s all it took to make it better. I have severe asthma and the very old, dirty carpet and too many dusty decorations and trinkets made it rough. Owner responded to me saying the condo was clean (and it was surface cleaned except bathrooms, decorations and carpet) When I sent pictures and videos she wouldn’t respond. There was not another place to move to so we were stuck. She did adjust the cost which was professional. The area is very safe. Pool super clean. The deck was amazing. Great view of the the lake. We had an amazing time at the lake.

Kathy’s place at the Ozarks was awesome! Exactly what we needed. All the kitchen supplies we could want, plus an excellent grill. The view from the patio was nice.

We met my extended family for a fun weekend in the Ozarks. My cousins had other condos rented in the complex. This condo is very centrally located. We had such a great time at the condo. It was perfect. We felt right at home. Thank you for your hospitality.

The condo and area were nice, comfortable l, and peaceful. On our 3rd day around 1230p, maintenance came by entered unit because my husband didn't hear them knock. Stated unit beneath had water leaking. I came back around 1pm. Maintenance came back stated needed to check master bath. Thought there was a leak they left. Came back around 330p, said we had to shut off the water and water heater. They left. I tried calling office around 430p. No answer. Tried calling maintenance, voice mail not set up. Called number for eveningshift, left message when could we turn water back on so we could go to the bath room, wash our hands, take a show. They called back and said we could turn on the water when needed to use, but turn back off. So I guess in the middle of the night we were to turn on lights and turn water on then turn back off!!!!. I texted a message to owner/host. She knew nothing about any of this. Told us to turn the water ba k on. This wasn't her fault, but the management failed BIG time. I don't want the host punished but failure of management needs to reimburse us for at least 1 night stay. Or what do you suggest?

We enjoyed our stay in this condo for a long weekend. Everything that we needed was there. We especially like the location that was close to town and on the water. The pool was very relaxing. We would definenlty stay at this location again!

My family had a very good time. The condo I stayed in was well kept and perfect for my family of 4 but would also fit 6. The complex is nice its clean and is also well kept. I would definitely recommend this location for a nice lake stay.

Overall everything was great! The condo needed more cleaning, bathrooms especially. It was nice that condiments were left on the fridge door with a note (Don’t throw away) but 90% were way past expiration date.

The condo was great for our weekend getaway. The appliances are a little dated, but worked well and served their purpose, so no complaints. The condo was clean and comfortable, the complex was nice, and the view was gorgeous. Definitely recommend.
