Come stay at this newly remodeled Ocean View 2nd row town home located in North Topsail Beach. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, and comfortably accommodates 9 guests with beautiful views of the ocean and sound. The beach access is just steps away. All of the bedrooms are located on the first level each with a mounted flat-screen TV. King bed, Queen bed and the third bedroom has one bunk bed and one twin bed. The kitchen and living room are located on the second level open concept floor plan with fantastic views of the ocean and sound. We have an outdoor security camera for your protection and ours. 17.8 miles (approximately 26 min) from Camp Lejeune 136.5 miles (approximately 2 hrs, 28 min) from Fort Bragg 50.7 miles (approximately 49 minutes) from Wilmington NC, USS North Carolina Battleship, Bellamy Mansion, Airlie Gardens Topsail Island is a family oriented community, quiet beaches, and plenty of local beach shops, water craft rentals a few miles away.

Perfect location, with views of ocean and ICW. Although it was a bit chilly to utilize, the house was equipped with all the gear to enjoy the water. I really enjoyed the decor and beach feel of the place. Beds were very comfortable and kitchen was well stocked.

What a wonderful place to spend time! We enjoyed everything about our stay; from the beach views to the dock on the sound! We experienced a tropical storm, and still had no complaints. Sara was very responsive to my questions throughout the reservation process and our stay.

My husband and I wanted to be sure our 3 teenagers had plenty to do on our trip. This house was perfect because they had lots of boogie boards, wave boards, kayaks etc for them to use. The dock to the sound was great as well! They fished and caught crabs.
The house was very clean and up to date. The beds were comfortable and living room furniture was comfortable as well. I would absolutely recommend this property to future renters!

This property was fully equipped with everything my family needed to enjoy our first trip to Topsail Island. We had the best of both worlds...the bay and the ocean to enjoy! My kids loved the private dock and the beach access across the street. We will definitely be back!

Everything about this house was perfect. They truly thought of including everything you could possibly need to have an amazing and relaxing vacation. The private pier to the sound was our favorite part, we spent a ton of time kayaking, crabbing and fishing. The access to the ocean was great too! It's decorated and stocked perfectly. It was very clean when we arrived. The owners were very responsive. I can't say enough good about it!

Really enjoyed this property. Has pretty much everything you need even a bait refrigerator. The only thing I could see to improve would be if there were decks on the top floor and more closet space in the master, but the host is very responsive and open to suggestions, so she'll probably come up with a solution. Her decorating is very impressive. The soundside dock is awesome, for kayaking, fishing, watching sunsets.

Great location close to the beach with terrific views and plenty of space for our family of five (including our dog). Owner was very responsive. Place was clean and included great amenities. Had a blast playing old school video games from when I was young with my 14 year old! It was a little too cold to kayak, but we hope to do that next time. We will definitely be back!

Stayed over Thanksgiving week for a quick beach get away. Property was clean and well stocked. Great location with sound and ocean views. Easy access to the beach. Plenty of space for teens & tweens who want alone time & living room allowed us to all watch the World Cup & play board games together! Thank you!

My family has been vacationing in Topsail Island for over 10 years now and this property is one of my favorites! The location is perfect! Close to shopping, direct access to the bay from the private dock, and beach access right across the street! We loved the ability to watch the sunsets over the bay and catch a sunrise on the beach in the am! The sound access was awesome for fishing, crabbing, and kayaking. Our family dog also loved her trip to the beach and our boys enjoyed the arcade video game machine so much. We made so many great family memories at Runnin’ Down A Beach!

We loved the place and would stay there again. Easy path and proximity to the beach and plenty of beach toys in the garage. Access to the Sound and kayaks was icing on the cake. We spent several evenings on the dock watching the sunset. The kayaks were a ton of fun and gave us more reasons to be on the water.

Summer stay
Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at North Topsail Island. The house sits a short distance from the beach- you can hear the waves from the house! The view of the marsh is spectacular! We enjoyed the arcade games after a full day at the beach. And the kayaks and paddle boards were fun too. Kitchen is well stocked. Only improvement for us would be vacuuming more thoroughly prior to our arrival.

Perfect week at the Beach!
For our first time using VRBO I couldn’t ask for a better experience!! Beautiful place & views, we lived on the front & back decks & so did the dog! If you enjoy sunsets the back deck is the perfect place! Owner is super helpful with suggestions on restaurants, for fresh seafood to cook & anything else…already discussing our trip back for next year! One stay you won’t be disappointed with!!

Our 5-night stay was amazing! Very clean! Relaxing, beautiful sunrise and sunset views from both balconies. Beach right across the street with easy access. Many extras in the kitchen for cooking and baking. The grill was perfect for our Christmas Eve steaks. Lots of room for our family. TVs in each bedroom nice bonus. The faux fireplace was an added touch that made our stay extra cozy. The garage housed all of the beach toys and equipment we needed, as well as an extra refrigerator/freezer. Hosts communicated right away and were great to work with. Highly recommend!!
