Location: Surf Harbor, 817 S. Ocean Blvd. 102, Surfside Beach, SC 29575 We have a wonderful three bedroom, two bath condominium in the nicest section of beautiful Surfside Beach, South Carolina, and we would love to share it with you! Our smoke-free condominium is located on the first floor of a condominium complex with OCEANFRONT POOL. We have high speed wireless internet available for those of you who just can't leave your e-mail! Sorry, but we cannot allow pets or student groups. Fresh & clean condo! New flooring! Your week will not only be fun, but updated as well. It is important to stay in a condominium that makes you feel good. Vacations are suppose be to be nice. Come enjoy the convenient first floor location in this beautiful condo!We want to make your vacation the best that it can be. Accommodations: Master bedroom - King bed Second bedroom - Queen bed Third bedroom - Bunk Bed (Double Bed, Single Bed) Living room - Full sofa bed **Please note that the third bedroom is small, but it is perfect for children! Towels & sheets are included for the # of guest when you book the condo. I do not charge for linens & towels for the number of people you say you have when you book. Outdoor chairs and umbrellas are in outside storage for you! I start the season with 10 chairs! We rent Saturday to Saturday only during the summer months and require a three-night minimum during the off season. My cleaning person Ronize(627-817-6030 will text you when condo is ready. PLEASE text her on Friday to let her know when you leave! VRBO and owner are not responsible for travelers choice of insurance. The $59. insurance is for damage/breakage in condo. Great rental property! Comfortable furniture & beds. Thoughtfully organized. Stocked well. Tastefully decorated. Everything in working order and clean. Perfect location, just steps from the beach. Would definitely rent again.

Our family enjoyed our stay in Melinda’s condo. It was just as described in the listing. We had plenty of room, it was extremely clean and convenient to our favorite restaurants. The sunrises were just magnificent! Melinda was a great host and even called to make sure we had the codes to get in. I highly recommend staying here.

This condo is beautifully appointed with everything you will need for your stay. Have to mention how comfortable the beds are! You can not beat the view from the balcony and you are right on the water. That picture is not photo-shopped! Just a quick drive down 17 to Murrell's Inlet to excellent waterfront restaurants and fresh seafood markets. Check out Huntington Beach State Park in Murrell's Inlet while you are there. Surfside Beach offers only the beach for entertainment, so unless you want to go to Myrtle Beach, bring games and a deck of cards if the weather is rainy. Melinda, the host, is a pleasure to speak with if you have the need or desire to. Just book it!

My most favorite place was the wonderful outdoor patio porch. Very roomy with comfortable furniture and spectacular views. Issues checking I. Because locks had been updated and we didn’t get new information but when we finally got with owner got new information all went smoothly and was reimbursed for inconvenience

The property was exactly as described and couldn’t have been better located, cleaner or more comfortable. The environment is peaceful and quiet, the views outstanding and the ease of communicating with Melinda was terrific. She was responsive to any questions we had and handled everything. Food nearby was delicious and we were only minutes away from anything we needed like groceries. It was the perfect oasis vacation spot. Highly recommend !

We enjoyed our stay here! This was the perfect size for my family! Lots of room and right on the beach was perfect! We would definitely stay here again! The only hiccup on our trip was the refrigerator went out while we were there and it took 2 days to get a new one. Melinda was quick to respond and get a new one ordered.

This condo was very well furnished and complete with everything we could possibly need for a care free week at the beach. Hoorah for the location and beach view.. happiness each morning as we looked out at a clean pool and groomed beach, complete with sunshine and a breeze. Thank you for renting to tennessee folks who love the beach as well as our beautiful mountains.

We had an amazing time. The place is absolutely gorgeous and fully stocked. The view and closeness to the ocean is perfect. Melinda is an amazing host, she mad our stay perfect. We will stay here again.

This was our first time staying in Surfside and we loved it! The condo was also very nice. Perfect for our family of three and our friends family of three. Loved the view. Kitchen was very well stocked. It was also so nice to be able to use the beach chairs and umbrella. The only thing bad was the sliding screen door on the master bedroom kept coming off track but we just didn’t use it.

The unit was so clean and comfortable with many amenities right on the property. Just steps to the beach with chairs and umbrellas supplied with the unit. The area was so safe and the beaches were immaculate. I will recommend this place to friends!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and found the condo to be very clean, and comfortable. We did have a little issue with the outdoor storage closet closing....the key was not fitting into the lock very well, and we didn't want to break anything, so left the umbrella in a spare room. Highly recommend!

We had an amazing time at this ocean front condo. The entire condo was very clean and the owner went above and beyond to ensure we had all items needed throughout our stay. The best added touch was having beach chairs & umbrellas available for use. I would highly recommend staying here!

The location of this property was fabulous. Great view of the ocean from the balcony property, and close enough to the beach to run into the condo as often as needed for bathrooms, drinks, etc.
Surfside is our new favorite beach location. Very quiet. We ate at many restaurants in Surfside and we were happy with every meal we had. The ice cream parlors were also a plus. Painter's Ice Cream Salty Goat flavor is TO DIE FOR!
We are looking forward to visiting Surfside Beach again.
(double check your GPS when you enter directions. Make sure it is Surfside! There is a condo with the same address in North Myrtle Beach. We stopped for gas on our travels and our gps adjusted our route and took us to the wrong condo in North Myrtle Beach.)

Melinda couldn’t have been more helpful and responsive! Small hiccup with tv connection was promptly addressed and she was very gracious about a scheduling mishap that we made.
The condo matched the photos and proximity to beach was incredible. We enjoyed just watching the water from the enclosed deck as much as we liked the beach itself. (Pictures of views out windows don’t do justice!)
The furniture and bedding were all comfy with plenty of blankets to curl up with on cooler evenings.
Location also had easy access to plenty of yummy restaurants in walking distance which was a bonus.
The pool area was nicely shielded from the windy beach and perfect for play for little ones.
Having beach chairs and umbrellas available was much appreciated!

We were visiting family for Thanksgiving and really enjoyed our time at the condo... It was a great place to call our home base and enjoy coffee with a great view!
Plenty of space for two adults and 3 teens to spread out! Hope to come back next time we are visiting family that live in Murrels Inlet

Great location on the ocean; lower people density on the beach than where the high-rises are. Agent was very responsive-handyman came promptly to fix an issue with a fan/light fixture. Enjoyed the pool.

We had a wonderful week for our three boys (22), (20) and (14). Plenty of room for our family of five. We cooked every night and the kitchen is well stocked. The beds were all comfortable and the living room had space for us all the watch TV.
I could sit on the porch and look at the ocean all day and night. And loved being able to hand towels down to each other in the pool when we forgot to grab one. The storage closet was wonderful to keep all our chairs and toys. Prefect location, steps away from the pool and beach. My husband woke early each morning to see the sunrise.
We all enjoyed the house and would stay there again!!!

Beautiful location. Pretty nice condo.
Day 1 we were able to get in a little early- awesome! We paid the extra $160 for linen rental-which was a surprise but ok. Upon arrival the beds were not made so I had to put the sheets, blankets and pillow cases on all the beds. I had to call for a missing blanket. Not 5 star.
Day 2. The shower knobs didn’t work in shower so I reached out to Melinda and a repair person was dispatched. Not 5 star.
Great area, great family restaurants and wonderful parasail co with in walking distance. Awesome.
The dryer left black marks on our clothes. Again, text Melinda. No apology but said she would replace. Not 5 star
Melinda then called and insisted we accept her delivery of patio furniture. I said I’d prefer for it to be delivered later but the delivery people just entered the unit- we were surprised to see 2 men on our balcony while we were at the pool. Definitely not 5 star.
Overall, the location was awesome and unit was nice. We had a good vacation. Just not 5 stars.
