It was great staying in Austin with a lovely view of the pool and live oaks.

Comfortable lodging in a convenient location which served as a good base camp from which to conduct off-property activities. Patrons share common space for cooking, lounging and swimming with the very hospitable owners...and their delightful dogs. All-in-all, a good experience but in our minds a bit overpriced granted likely in keeping with the Austin market overall.

We could not have asked for a better location to relax, unwind, and celebrate our 28th anniversary than this spectacular modern home and backyard oasis.
The incredible hosts, Desirae and her mother, Cynthia, were attentive to every detail, including a spectacular champagne upon our arrival.
We particularly love the architecture, and the attention to detail in both the interior design and the amenities. Everything we needed to be perfectly comfortable throughout our stay.
We floated in the pool for hours, staring up at the majestic live oak trees, and played with the friendly dogs during the day. At night, we enjoyed cool breezes (and zero mosquitos) on the third-floor patio with a perfect view of the stars overhead and the Austin skyline off in the distance.
Cynthia was gracious enough to show us around her art studio on the property, and of course, we had to bring home a couple of pieces of her beautiful pottery as a keepsake.
All in all, an absolutely blissful time—and one of our favorite vacations ever. We'll definitely be back.

We came to this property for a stay-cation over the Memorial Day weekend. What an absolute delight! The architectural and interior design is stunning. The garden and grounds are tranquil and tropical. Within 1 mile of countless restaurants and shopping.

The place is just a lovely oasis! The grounds are beautiful and serene. Desiree and Cynthia, the hostesses, are a mother and daughter team. They made us feel like we were staying with family! There was not one thing we needed that wasn’t provided. It was so perfect! We cannot wait to visit again!

My girlfriend and I enjoyed a great long weekend in Austin staying here. The house looked very nice, outside and in. Desirae, and her wonderful dogs, were there to greet us and give us the tour as we arrived. Very welcoming host with a beautiful home and quiet atmosphere at the house and neighborhood. Overall it’s a fantastic property with a wonderful and welcoming host, you won’t be disappointed staying here.

We loved our stay at this vrbo. The house was very clean and modern but also very comfortable. Perfect spot to chill for a bit in between seeing all that Austin has to offer. Everything we planned to see was either walking distance or a short drive so it's very central to everything. Desirae, the host, was so nice and gave us a welcoming tour when we arrived. Loved the dogs too! We will definitely be back!

A beautiful home in Bouldin Creek!
Desirae and her mother were wonderful hosts! The home was gorgeous, the location is within walking distance to the main drag on Congress Ave (and several other breakfast/lunch spots). We will definitely try and stay again when we come back.

More than expected!
What a great experience. This property is nestled in the perfect location, within walking distance of everything Austin. Desirae, Cynthia and the four legged friends were warm, welcoming and went above and beyond in helping me have an Austin experience. An unexpected gem
My husband and I went to Austin to visit our daughter. It wasnt supposdd to be a relaxing vacation. It was a " visit and play with the grandkids vacation." To our utter delight, staying at Desirae's house felt like a truly relaxing vacation. The grounds are so beautiful and the hosts were beyond accommodating. We brought our dog who had the time of his liife playing with Cynthia's 4 sweet dogs, freely roaming the secure, enclosed property. I will definitely stay there again on my next trip to Austn

This is the place, and it’s worth every penny. Pay attention to the details. From the fixtures and furnishings, to the objects d’art, every detail is carefully selected to make you feel at home. Perhaps curated, the art, the vases, the linens... a perfect combination of “feel at home, be well.”We stayed here for ACL weekend 1, celebrating our 15th anniversary, and enjoyed the hospitality of Desirae and her (on site host) mom Cynthia and the dogs, who was available for conversation and suggestions, but never underfoot or overbearing. Thx Cynthia, PULVOS Restaurant was even better than you described!! And don’t miss FRESA’S for char grilled chicken and veg delights!! Both are within walking distance, as is veg/vegan Bouldin Café, and Thai Fresh restaurant for great dining options. I really enjoyed my stay. The house is in a great location and the condition is very nice. It has all the amenities you would need and is nice and clean. The pool and outdoor space is terrific as well. If I am in the Austin area again, I would definitely stay at the house.

A beautiful property with great outdoor space.
This was a really cool property in a quiet, safe neighborhood. Restaurants are close and we walked downtown almost everyday. The rooftop balcony had a great skyline view of downtown Austin and the pool was clean and refreshing. We watched very little TV but it was full cable and not a limited stick device. Checking in and out was seamless. Thank you for letting us stay in such an amazing place.

Charming
We loved our stay here in Austin! The house is well appointed, peaceful, and welcoming. The owners and their sweet dogs welcomed us upon our arrival and were very accommodating. We had a lot of rain but the outside seating and views are very nice and would be a perfect spot to read a book, have morning coffee, or a glass of wine. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends and family.

Lovely Retreat
This wonderful home was a retreat for us as we visited our adult children for the week. The pool and deck area are lovely; a small paradise where you can relax from the Austin heat. The apartment feels like you're staying in a tree house with all the modern conveniences. Desirae and Cynthia are great hosts. They made us feel like this was our home away from home. Cynthia is an artist and we truly enjoyed seeing her studio. We loved the dogs who are friendly and playful. We will definitely stay here on our next visit. Thank you for the great hospitality!

Truly a home away from home in Austin, TX
My wife and I really enjoyed staying here. Our experience from booking to checkout and everything in between couldn't have been better. Desirae was communicative and responsive about any questions we had prior to arrival. Checking in was easy. We were met by her mom, Cynthia, who was incredibly friendly and helpful. The house is fantastic with everything you would need for a short or long stay. Location was great...centrally located quiet neighborhood. We'll definitely stay there the next time we're in Austin.

Great spot if you don’t want to stay downtown, but a short Uber/Lyft away!
Desirae and her mom are great hostesses! The studio-style unit is great if your traveling for work or pleasure. Definitely wish I was in town during summer months so I could enjoy the beautiful backyard and pool!
