The third floor includes a king bed beachfront bedroom with triple sliders to a private balcony with two rocking chairs and a large chaise lounge. This bedroom has a private entrance to the hall bathroom. The other bedroom on the third floor has a queen bed with a private bayside balcony - a great place to enjoy sunsets! This bedroom has hallway access to the bathroom. At the end of a long day on the beach we offer a new outdoor shower next to a seating area in the backyard, and a large grill with propane. Parking is not a problem with access to 3-5 spaces, two dedicated in front, two compacts under the townhouse and a parking pass for one car on the street.
