About this condo rental
Located in Orange Beach, this charming condo for $983 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. Luxurious beachfront condo with beautiful view. Four Seasons 302E has only 4 units per floor. Nine people can sleep as there are 3 large bedrooms each with a private bath. A huge wrap around balcony, private pier, outdoor and heated indoor pool, workout room and sauna. Fully equipped gourmet kitchen has stainless steel appliances plus a Keurig coffee maker. Laundry room adjacent to the kitchen has front load washer and dryer. Dining table seats 6 plus 3 stools at kitchen counter. Or choose to eat at the table for two in front of the wall of windows that provide views of the beach, ocean, and pier. Spacious living area overlooks the beach and ocean, plus has doors to the the balcony. Two bedrooms have flat screen tv's. There is also a wet bar with ice maker. Large patio doors from the den and 2 of the bedrooms lead to a private wrap-around balcony with sunrise AND sunset views of the Gulf and white sand beach. Master bedroom has a California King bed with flat screen tv, dresser, chest of drawers, nightstands and large patio door that leads out to the balcony. The two large closets provide ample storage. The master bath has a huge walk-in shower and two sinks. One spacious guest bedroom has a queen bed and private full bath with shower and patio doors that lead to the balcony. The third bedroom features 2 twin beds with flat screen tv and views of the beach. This bedroom features a private bath with shower/tub combo and large vanity. (By Oct. 1, 2016 there will be an addition of bunk beds with double on bottom, twin on top, and trundle underneath to enable this room to sleep 6.) Amenities of the complex include 24 security, large outdoor pool, heated indoor pool, fitness room with new flat screen tv and sauna. Parking is limited to two vehicles per unit but is limited to one vehicle per unit during the weeks surrounding Fourth of July. The most outstanding feature is the private fishing pier on the Gulf of Mexico (the only private fishing pier in the state of Alabama) with 3 shaded rest areas. Seating lines both sides of the pier faces East and West to fish or watch the gorgeous sunrise and sunset plus dolphins are observed daily just beyond the pier. There are also areas to clean and care for the "latest catch". In the evenings, the pier has lights shining into the water to observe the sea life or to night fish.

Great location, property and loved the private pier. The pier was great for fishing, caught a lot of fish and met many nice people. We also saw dolphins and sharks from the pier. The beach was beautiful and so easy to get to with a great view from the balcony.

More than I expected
Of all the places we’ve stayed in Orange Beach, I must say that this is by far our favorite. I like to surf fish, but now that I’ve got a taste of pier fishing I’m hooked (no pun intended). Even tho the place is older it was vey clean. The kitchen was well stocked and I noticed that it had high end cook ware, which was a plus in my book. We couldn’t have had a nicer time. Will stay again.

Look no further, thus is the best place my family and I have ever stayed! As soon as I booked, Kay Kay called me and discussed our trip, let me know about the area, answered any questions I had and was a pleasure speaking with. Prior to our trip she sent me all the information needed for checking in and even let me know about some minor maintenance on the property (the lights on the pier were being worked on) and even communicated with me the day of and during our stay. Kay Kay and Scott's place is beautiful! The view of the beach was awesome and due to the awesome security there, key pads to the beach and pier, there was no crowds, and we were there for July 4th. All rooms were spacious and the beds were very comfortable! With such easy access to the beach, it was very accommodating since we were traveling with an infant. The kitchen and livingroom was also very spacious, a full pantry to store food up for the stay. Everything was very clean! We also enjoyed sitting on the balcony which had several chairs and a small table with 2 chairs. The grounds were very well kept and we were close to several places to shop, eat, play and more! We enjoyed a nice seafood dinner at the Shrimp Basket which was just a few miles down the road, then headed off to Adventure Island, which was also just a few miles away! My family and I hope to book with Kay Kay and Scott again for our yearly beach trip!

The property was as described. We enjoyed being right on the beach! The condo was clean and had all we needed. Our only issue was parking, it is one car parking right now and that is hard with kids and multiple families.

Beautiful condo and views!
There are so many special aspects about this condo - very clean, plenty of space, comfortable beds, great decor/furnishings, a smaller building than neighboring ones, security, quiet beach, private pier, and on and on. The owner was fantastic with communication, proactively reaching out prior to our stay about some work on-site. We would definitely recommend to anyone else, and we'll look to stay again!

Hostess was terrific! The pictures don’t do it justice. And bunk bed in the third bedroom was great. We were worried about social distancing on the beach, but we were never crowded!
