Nestled in Naples Park, this lovely house for $419 per night is a great option for your next trip. Our home, which we call "Poolside Paradise" is a great place for a family vacation, a couple of foursomes for golf, or just a spontaneous get a way. The private pool in the rear of the property really stands out. Professionally landscaped and extremely private. This well furnished house has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, and a cots, plus a comfy sofa bed. Two of the bedrooms have king size beds, the third bedroom has 2 twin beds. We comfortably sleep 8. The fully equipped kitchen has new stainless appliances, Keurig coffee brewer, and all the cookery you would have in your home. The heated swimming pool is equipped with underwater light for night swimming, which is a blast for the children. Accompanying the pool is a brand new Weber gas grill for the barbecuer in you. :-) This sun filled home has plenty of beach towels for your day at the beach as well as a washer and dryer to clean and dry those sandy, wet cloths. "Poolside Paridise" is located in the premier "500 block" of Naples Park, which has a southern exposure. Feel free to relax and enjoy your morning coffee while rocking on one of our white rockers, check emails and such with our furnished high speed wifi. Enjoy a morning run through Delnor-Wiggens Beach and State Park. This scenic 3 mile trek takes you through a park, along side the intercostal, down to the beach, and back home. Once you are ready for the day, you can walk to the beach or ride one of the 4 provided bikes the short .9 mile. If you want to grill lunch or dinner, there is a Whole Foods and Publix 1.5 miles from the home. If cooking is not "your thing", there is beachfront dining at Turtle Club or the Ritz, also about 1.5 miles from our home. You can also shop or dine at the ultra upscale Marcato Complex. The Marcato boasts many upscale and unique shopping stores as well as a wide variety of food options. This is one of my favorite places to spend the evening as it has plenty of outdoor restaraunts and ice cream shops. Once you are home for the evening, relax in the spacious living room while watching a movie on the television with furnished cable. The two large bedrooms also have cable television. Also, new for 2024: New linens, quilts, comforters, and hypoallergenic pillows. New Graco Pack 'n Play Booster Seat with tray. The home was very clean and nice. The pool was warm and so lovely. Nice quiet neighborhood. The host was very responsive. Loved having the bikes to use and the beach was close enough to bike to. The only issue was only had 2 rolls of toilet paper supplied in each bathroom for a four night stay- so we were running out by the end.

This VRBO had everything we needed for our holiday family stay. It was very nice to have a heated pool as the temperatures were on the cooler side. The bikes were a real bonus for us (bring your own helmets). The proximity to the beach was also very convenient. The pictures and description of the home are accurate and the neighborhood was quiet during our stay.

My family had a fantastic time staying here. We were close to all the restaurants , beach and everything Naples has to offer. The best part is the private pool and fully equipped kitchen you can enjoy and have a stress free day. I recommend to any family or anyone looking for a peaceful getaway.

Loved the home! It was spotless and had everything one could need. The pool was a lifesaver, as the weather was super hot and humid, and it was great to just step out and jump in. Location was great, plenty of restaurants and stores just minutes away. The beach was also only minutes away. Would definitely recommend this home and would stay again if in the area. Thank you.

We came to Naples for a football camp, having our own pool was great for when the kids wanted to swim but the adults just wanted to hangout. Comes with a lot extra, wish it had a crockpot so we could have meals waiting after a long day out. Would stay here again.

The home was great. Clean, well furnished, great pool, good location - close to beach, restaurants, stores, etc. Only “issue” (Not homeowners fault) was there was a lot of construction equipment and workers on several adjacent streets either repairing from hurricane damage, or doing some drainage work. It was a little distracting, but again outside of owner’s control. All in all a great vacation. Owner was also readily available w any questions we had which was really great.

This was our second stay at Poolside Paradise. Everything was just as perfect as our first visit! We had four adults and one grand baby. Impeccably clean home, perfect location in a safe and very quiet neighborhood, very close to Vanderbilt Beach, restaurants and shopping. We appreciated all the beach equipment, bikes, baby high chair and pack and play. After the mornings at the beach, we loved going back to relax at the beautiful tropical pool! The most peaceful, private, tropical oasis! Hopefully a third visit will be in our family’s future!

We rented this house as it was cheaper than staying in a hotel. Gave us room to spread out, cook our own meals and relax by the pool. It was perfect for this. The house is in good shape and very clean. It is not "bougie" but perfectly satisfactory for our needs. Good deal for the price too. The back yard pool area is lovely. Nice place to hang put and relax. We will stay again on return trips.

Upon arrival, gaining access to the home was easy. When we walked in we were impressed with the space, brightness and cleanliness of the house. The pictures online are a fair representation. It has everything you need. The pool was such an asset, a gathering space. It was a lovely neighborhood. We could walk to Vanderbilt and Delnor Wiggins beaches and close to many stores and restaurants. We would definitely stay there again.

This was a great home for the whole family including our dog. Clean, cool and very comfortable. The host are awesome and the property was well equipped. We did not find a single need. Close to shopping, dining and the beach. Neighborhood is quiet with a safe feel. I would definitely recommend this home to others and hope to return with my family again soon.

This place is even better than the photos let on. The pool is so wonderful - warm and clean and surrounded by tropical plants. The place was spotless and had all the amenties. THe host was literally there every time we called or messaged (we had a snafu with VRBO, not with him, and he helped us remedy it immediately). We had no car so we rented beach cruisers (from great company that delivered!) in addition to the 4 bikes he left (there were 7 of us) and were able to get everywhere we needed - groceries, restaurants (Salsa Brava and Buzz's Lighthouse, highly recommended), friend's staying in VRBO down the road, and the GORGEOUS beach. f we are ever in town, we will stay there again.

My husband and I had a wonderful week at David’s Poolside Paradise Property. All of the descriptors and details in his presentation are spot on. We were impressed by the cleanliness of his home, it’s location and the proximity to the beach. And yes, we loved the pool. It is centrally located to shopping, restaurants and downtown Naples. We appreciated his quickness to respond to any questions we had. It was a very nice rental for the two of us!

We had a wonderful time staying at this home in Naples. We took long bike rides, went to the beautiful beach ( great parking available) and swam in the great pool in the afternoon! The location of the house is awesome! We rode bikes to the grocery store, easy drive to beach parking and close to fresh fish market. We went to 2 happy hours, but enjoyed cooking on the grill and hanging at the house. The pool is warm, so might swims were a must and wonderful😊 David was SUPER easy to work with. Thank you for everything👍

They have all the hand soaps, dish soaps, laundry soap, garbage bags, coffee, etc. That was so unexpected. The only issue we had was with the outlets. Many did not work, some falling out of the wall, very limited with which outlets could be used. Overall it was a nice place to stay.

This house was a perfect location for a beach getaway. Although this particular beach was closed due to damage from the hurricane, it was just a few minute drive to a beautiful one that was open. The backyard pool was great and we spent most of our time outside around it. Used the grill to make dinner, went on a bike ride with the bikes provided and spent a great weekend here with family!

House was perfect for me to relax while my husband was down in Naples on business. Great location. Close to everything. Since my husband had the car I was able to utilize the bike provided to explore. Pool beautiful and private. Very nice neighborhood. Very clean. Appreciated the coffee and basic spices ect. Would definitely stay here again and hope to in a couple of weeks. Felt like home. The owner David was great to work with.
