Cute and comfortable Bay Springs condo with an easy walk to shopping, restaurants, beaches, boat docks. The main floor consists of: Living room with wood-burning fireplace, large TV, couch with pullout queen mattress. Half bathroom. The dining table has seating for 6 and view out the patio door. Bright, clean, fully stocked kitchen. Sliding door to deck that has a gas grill, seating for 4 and small peek of boats cruising the Harbor. Upstairs: Two bedrooms each with its own private bath. UPPER MICHIGAN GETAWAY
The condo was clean and comfortable. The location was even better than I expected. A quick walk into Harbor Springs one direction and lovely neighborhoods and nature preserve the opposite. It was a great base for our vacation.

This condo is comfortable and perfectly located for walks along the lake or into town. I found everything I needed in the kitchen to cook a couple of meals for in-town family. It is a perfect place for a weekend or an extended stay.
