The town of Lavallette continues to be a premier Summer vacation spot. Rentals are from Saturday 3PM check-in until the following Saturday 10AM check-out. Bath towels are supplied; renters must supply their own linens and personal products such as soaps, shampoos, etc. 12 Beach Badges are supplied with rental and must be accounted for and returned upon check-out, badge replacement charge is $ 65ea and will be subtracted from Security Deposit. Mutually binding standard contract, $500 Security Deposit (for cleaning/damage - refundable if not needed), 20% Rental Deposit upon signing contract with Balance payable April 1st and balance 4 weeks prior to occupancy. Smoking inside the house is strictly prohibited. Renters are required to wash bath towels and return property in as found clean condition. No Pets, No Exceptions
