We also offer complimentary wifi and high speed internet service, large TV's in all 3 bedrooms, as well as living area. Views of the ocean are from two porches of the home-with comfortable furniture to enjoy the viewing of either the ocean or marsh. The first floor porch off of the living area is screened for a wonderful experience anytime of year. A charcoal grill is available for delightful outdoor cooking. The Misty Breeze house has everything you will need for a super vacation, just bring your clothes and food. Everything else will be at your fingertips! The Misty Breeze House is in the perfect location- a very short walk to the Cabana Club which offers 3 pools, bar, cafe, and hair salon with spa. Families prefer this location due to the multiple activities within walking distance. Camp Fripp, which offers special arts / crafts and outdoor activities for the kids and Skull Inlet Pier, perfect for fishing or catching your crab for dinner! Ocean Creek Golf Club is within 5 minutes and Ocean Point Golf Club is just 10 minutes. The wildlife views are spectacular. Deer visit the backyard of the home most mornings/evenings and can be found all over the island mingling with the visitors. Beaches are just a short distance away, load up the golf cart with chairs, and you're off to the beach. We look forward to welcoming you to Fripp Island and The Misty Breeze! We have stayed on Fripp Island 8 times over the years, and this location had the best view by far- The view from the top porch where you can see the Atlantic and the Marsh can not be beat. Property was in very good condition and great communication with Donna. We will stay here again.

Out of all of our years visiting Fripp, staying at the Misty Breeze was one of our favorites! The house was spacious, comfortable, and had breathtaking views from both porches. The house was clean and provided plenty of things needed with dish pods, soap, trash bags, etc. Would highly recommend for any family.

Donna was excellent with communication leading up to our trip. She answered every question that we had (and that was a lot). Her house, the Misty Breeze, was absolutely beautiful and in a great location! We had a small delay with the check-in process and was not given information until after check-in time. My husband and I arrived in Beaufort around 3:00 but had to walk around and kill quite a bit of time because we didn't have information needed to get on the island or the house. This wouldn't have been such a big deal to us if it wasn't our first time and we were more familiar with Fripp. We were not able to get the golf cart that night because the shop was already closed by the time we arrived. However, accidents happen, and that small hiccup did not ruin the trip for us! We LOVED the Misty Breeze and plan to return. Thank you, Donna for sharing your home on the water!

House was in a great location away from the busiest part of the island. Our favorite activity was sitting on the screened porch watching the fish jump and the cranes hunt- we even got to see an eagle and a dolphin! Only drawback was ocean view was a bit limited by the neighbor's bushes. We would definitely stay again!

I go to Fripp just about every year and I’ve stayed in a lot of different places on the island. This one was by far the cleanest and worked perfectly for our group of 4 adults. The views were gorgeous and it’s steps from the Cabana Club. Still easy to get to the less busy part of the beach, and you even have your own private little “beach” with a water view. We had fun watching dolphins and people fishing from the porches and the house had everything we needed. We had an issue where the instruction/welcome packet was missing upon arrival and the host was very responsive quickly. Be aware that parking is limited, especially if you have more than 1 vehicle plus a golf cart.
We’ll definitely be coming back here.

The Misty Breeze on Fripp Island, SC was perfect for my husband & me, along with our son & his girlfriend. The house had just about everything that we needed, was clean and tastefully decorated, with plenty of room for the four of us. Everything was in good working order. The ceiling fans were wonderful on the hottest week so fat this summer. The views were great and we enjoyed the visits by the deer. If we return to Fripp, we'd love to stay at the Misty Breeze again!

My children, age 17 and 19 and my husband and I really enjoyed our stay. Each morning we would drink coffee on the second floor, balcony and enjoy the views. We could catch sunsets from there as well. The location was convenient to the cabana club, and everywhere on the island.

We had a wonderful and relaxing stay at the Misty Breeze! The house was nicely decorated, clean, and well appointed. Our favorite part of the house was the screened in balcony. We enjoyed breakfast out there every morning before heading to the beach and pool. Donna was a wonderful host and great with communication. We have already booked our trip for next summer.

House is amazing! Super clean, super cozy, and just perfect. It was everything we were hoping and more. Owner was so nice and helpful and very quick to answer any questions I had during the reservation process. This house is just simply perfect!

The house was great and had everything that we could have wanted or needed. The views are some of the best on the island and the cleanliness of the house was immaculate. We loved our time staying here and spending time on the porch looking at Pritchard island. And Donna was so easy to communicate with back and forth. Will definitely come back again!

This was an ideal rental. It was quiet, close to beach and restaurants. House itself was well equipped and perfectly suited our family with three bedrooms with comfortable beds. Wifi and TVs worked well. All in all, a great place to stay that we highly recommend.

This house was gorgeous. It's the perfect locations steps from the Cabana bar, beautiful views of the water, and plenty of space for our group! We will definitely stay here again!

Beautiful house by the ocean
We had an amazing stay at this house on Fripp Island. We really did not want to leave. We saw deer come up to the property every day, which we loved. We also really liked watching the rise and fall of the tides. This house is really in the perfect location. As we were getting ready to leave, we were already planning a time we could return to this place.
