Nestled in Holden Beach, this attractive house for $1,296 per night is a great choice for your next break. Welcome to "My Hiding Place", our well-appointed and family friendly inverted floor plan 4bd/3.5ba oceanfront home. The recurring theme in the guestbook comments for "My Hiding Place" seems to be: "the house had everything we needed and more!". "My Hiding Place" is located just steps from the island's grocery, beachfront ice cream shop and fishing pier/pier restaurant. Amenities include : big screen HDTV with apple TV, books, video games, board games, charcoal grill, outdoor shower (hot and cold water), beach toys, boogie boards, a beach umbrella and beach chairs. For families with babies and small children, the house is also equipped with a Pack N Play, high chair, booster chairs, changing table, twin bed rails and baby gate. There is something for every family member, younger and older! Uniquely furnished bedrooms each offer a ceiling fan and TV. The "flex" room can function as a fifth bedroom (full-size sofa bed) or a second den. The "flex" room also has a separate HDTV and a Playstation 2 with games. Outside, four covered porches with rocking and lounge chairs allow you to relax and enjoy the ocean breeze and views of Holden Beach or the island interior. Directly off of the rear porch, an in-ground saltwater pool (6' deep) with surrounding deck awaits your group. Right beyond the pool is your private dune walkway to beautiful Holden Beach, where we hope you will make fantastic vacation memories!! Vacation was amazing! No one wanted to leave, from kids to adults! Enjoyed being away from tourist attractions and crowds on daily basis but enjoyed being close enough to go out when wanted! Communication with owner and property manager was great! Plenty of space for everyone! House was stocked well, we didn’t have to travel as heavy and know next stay we can take even less! We will definitely be returning!!

We LOVED our week at “My Hiding Place”! It was even better than we could have imagined. The location is wonderful. The house was so clean and comfortable. The pool was PERFECT for when we didn’t want to get into the ocean. We cannot wait to return to Holden Beach and would love to stay at Faten’s place again!! 10/10 would recommend.

Couldn’t have asked for a better house to stay in for our family vacation! The view of the water from the very lovely porches every day was the best. The pool was perfect and a nice touch. The house itself had plenty of room and had a well stocked kitchen with everything you could think of. Communication with the property manager during our stay was quick and easy. The little general store right next door was a nice bonus.

We love Holden Beach & have been vacationing in the area for the past 10yrs but this was our 1st time staying at My Hiding Place & we could not have been happier with our stay! This is a very well kept & clean house, with lots of space for a large family. It is well stocked with tons of kitchen essentials, pool toys, beach chairs & toys, books, games & movies. We enjoyed beautiful views from the multiple decks while eating breakfast & dinner. Our kids LOVED the pool and spent nearly every waking hour swimming during our trip :) Both the owner & property manager were very kind & easy to communicate with prior to arrival and during our stay. We will definitely plan to stay here again on future trips to the area!

What a terrific week we had at My Hiding Place!! Everything inside & outside of the home was exactly as described and did not disappoint!! The view and proximity to the ocean was wonderful - and the pool was absolutely delightful!! Both the owner and the property manager were responsive and quite easy to work with. This was especially true when hurricane Ian moved in and we had a lot of questions - the property manager was very very helpful. I would absolutely recommend this home to others - especially with young children - as there is every accessory needed for those traveling with young kids! Thank you to the owner for sharing your home with us!!

We loved this house! It was really clean and really well stocked with many things provided that normally aren't at a beach house, which made it feel really homey. We also loved how well it was set up for young kids and that kid stuff like high chair and booster seats were provided. Great location. We had a wonderful stay!

We loved this beach house, it was the perfect spot on the beach just a lot or two down from an ice cream shop and the general store, which our kids loved. The weather was beautiful during our stay and we had everything we needed at the house. Everything was labelled and easy to find. I loved that there was lots of baby equipment provided that I didn’t have to pack like a high chair and a play pen. The property manager, Rhonda, was always quick to get back with us, great communication! We would definitely come back in the future.

This home was all and more that we were hoping for. The house was spotless and well stocked. the beach and pool gave us the best of both worlds. This is a fantastic property and the owners and managers are extremely responsive. Our stay could not have been better.

This place is very neat and organized and has just about everything you could need. We were able to quickly start our vacation without a lot of figuring things out. Cooking meals was very simple because not only did they have all the equipment needed - there were some basic ingredients we forgot that were in the house! The beds were comfy and the family room was set up for all of us to hang out. There is an abundance of books, movies and puzzles inside as well as floaties and sand toys outside. Communication with Rhonda the property manager was great. She got right back to us when we contacted her. Have already decided to book again. Great house, great host!

Lovely home - GREAT pool!
Family vacation with our granddaughter was wonderful! The house is as listed; actually the living area was larger than what appeared in the photo. The pool was perfect! This was our granddaughter's first time in a pool and she loved it. The town is cute. The beach was very windy when we went, so we spent a lot of time at the pool. Loved having the General Store and Hershey's ice cream next to us. Faten was amazing with his communications; he got back to me with all my questions very quickly.

Wonderful and a great house for a family. We stayed at the house next-door last year. But the house was wonderful and clean and very inviting. The pool is awesome. Ocean views are great for a family to get together and reminisce and build great memories.

Great property, perfect location. The outdoor seating on the balconies and poolside are very nice. Kitchen was so well stocked. Communication with owner was so great, and very helpful in decisions we were making prior to our trip. Property manager was very nice and easy to work with too.

The house was wonderful and exactly as described. Plenty of space and gorgeous views from the porch- we really enjoyed our morning coffee and evening happy hours there. There were many things for the beach and for the kids that were very helpful. The location was very convenient and host/properly manager were great with communication. Excellent Spring Break with the family and friends
We had never been to Holden Beach before, but had been to OIB and others. We let our kids bring friends to enjoy the pool and the beach and we had a great week. The great beach view was marred while we were there due to beach dredging and having many construction vehicles blocking our view but we made the best of it.

We were delighted with the great amenities that allowed 8 adults and 2 babies to comfortably enjoy a great beach week. We highly recommend this vrbo rental.
