Situated in Bradenton Beach, this lovely house for $733 per night is a great choice for your next trip. Located on Anna Maria Island off the Gulf Coast of Florida, Bradenton Beach is a small, friendly and charming old Florida town, located in the south end of Anna Maria Island. At Bradenton Beach you will find Island Breeze to be your perfect vacation rental accommodation along with a significant number of the best restaurants and shops on the entire island. Island Breeze is a beautiful, newly completed duplex, with a large shared pool, within a block and half of the gulf beaches and the inter-coastal waterway. Located in a quiet community, but close enough to shopping, dining and bars. On the main floor, the great room is well decorated, very comfortable, and opens to a large deck with a view of the pool and peeks at the gulf.. The kitchen is spacious and well designed for easy or fancy cooking. Off the kitchen, the rear deck has an additional entrance handy to the new parking area. The master bedroom has elegant Tommy Bahama furniture, and a comfortable king size bed. The room has its own private deck with two chaise lounges, along with peeks of the gulf. A great place for an afternoon nap. The private master bath has a large whirlpool style tub. The queen bedroom is decorated in 'Island chic' style, and has a great view of the Palma Sola Bay. The third bedroom has 3 twin beds, with custom bed ensembles. Located on the ground level is a large Florida Room next to the new pool with a handy kitchenette, and new grill. A great place to watch sports, entertain, or just hang out. The 8 person hot tub can be enjoyed by the whole family. The lanai has exterior seating around a gas fire pit, wonderful for the cold evenings or after a dip in the pool. This home features all the amenities you will need to have the perfect vacation including a beach cart and chairs, towels, beach toys and coolers.

Great location close to beach and enjoyed the pool (nicely heated) and hot tub. Outdoor seating area was definitely a plus on a rainy day.

My mother and 2 sisters visited for a long girls weekend. This property is absolutely amazing. Super clean, spacious, and everything you need to enjoy your stay. The owners even have a wagon and beach chairs that can easily be transported to the beach just 1 block away (3-5 min walk). There are also a large amount of pool and sand toys for younger kids if needed.
We discussed how the property would have been perfect to bring our children for a vacation.
There is dinning and a convenience store closely and conveniently located. The AMI Trolley (which is free) is easily accessible and you can easily get north and west on the island for shopping, dining or enjoying other beach areas!
We would definitely rent this property again. The property manager has also been highly responsive to inquiries leading up to the stay.

This home is perfect in every way -- spacious, clean, great indoor and outdoor seating areas, a wonderful pool, chaise lounges around the pool and on the verandas, plus tables and chairs. The outdoor seating area with TV and a kitchenette is a wonderful feature. The beds were extremely comfortable, and having 2.5 baths for 4 people was a big plus!
The beach, a short walk from the house, is spectacular.
The owner is very responsive.
We'd stay here again!

Nice location short walk to beach. House was clean. But had some issues. Both upstairs bathrooms drains were VERY slow to drain. Some light bulbs need replacing. Beach gear while convenient is not in good condition. Was looking forward to bike riding but tires were flat and pumps inoperable. Check in directions we’re to park around back but the keypad is in the front. Had to walk around the block to access front door.

Those house was perfect for our girls getaway!! The house was super clean! The beds were all comfortable which is hard to find in rentals. The stairs are a little steep for the 3rd floor which if we had small kids would be a little nerve racking. The small pool is great! We were lucky enough the other ladies who were renting next door weren’t using it when we were there. The location is super close to the beach and an easy walk with a wagon or light beach stuff. I would definitely rent this place again!

The whole place is so nice. The pool area and the balconies are great to just sit and relax alone or with others. My family and I enjoyed it all. Lovely host and a lovely home. We hope to return, and would definitely stay here again.

While house is esthetically pleasing to the eye, the functionality of the home is less than optimum. Too many stairs for carrying luggage and groceries. Master bedroom bed mattress needs to be replaced, sagging in the middle, fan light and end table light not working, guest bedroom fan speed is on very high and cannot be adjusted. Ridiculous request from owner to have guests strip all bed sheets and start wash upon departure when guests are paying cleaning fee. Door sticking and very difficult to open in living room, master tub very difficult to step in and out of since so deep. Ornaments missing on side of the house balcony. This home is definitely not accomodating to seniors or handicap individuals.

Everything was clean and as pictured. Didnt know it was a duel unit house. But could have been my oversite. Still didnt affect our stay. Neighboring vistors we super nice. House is super close to the beach. About a 5 min walk to the water. Neighborhood was beautiful and quiet. Thank you Debra!!

Location, location, location. The house was clean and as advertised. The beach was a 500ft walk away, didn’t have to travel more than a mile in each direction for great food, drinks and shopping. Rent a golf cart, it was worth it and the kids loved it. The pool was clean, outside area was perfect and you have everything you need to bring to the beach right there at the house. Yes, the master bath is high but don’t let that hold you back from renting this property. There’s another shower that’s easily accessible.

The Pool. covered lanai and jacuzzi area were amazing. Large umbrella that could be opened up to provide shade was a huge plus. Plenty of tables with chairs and lounge chairs. We spent most of our time in this area and really enjoyed ourselves. Top notch.
A couple of minor things that could easily be fixed on the inside. Fan in bunkbed room only worked at high speed which the owner knew about but didn't disclose ahead of time. One trash bag for kitchen trash and furniture is outdated, pretty common for VRBO places though.
Location, location, location! Great spot for walking to the beach and close to al the best restaurants.
Lots of stuff for the beach, towels, chairs and beach buggy to name a few.

As the renter for myself + 1 and 2 other couples from Orlando, I can confidently say that we were very impressed with this location. It was centrally located to excellent dinner, breakfast, and visitor attractions and could not have been situated in a better area of Ana Maria. The house came with anything you could possibly need and was well maintained and inviting. I'd certainly recommend staying at this residence over a resort or hotel. Great time!!!

We absolutely LVOED our stay, we will be back! The house was perfect, had all the amenities you could want and the beach was a quick walk across the street. Quiet location, more than enough space for the 5 of us. I actually bought too much (sand toys and floaties), that we didn't need because they were already there. The pool was great, and the outside hang out area was perfect to decompress after a long day in the sun. My 4 year old was super sad to 'leave our new house'.

Great location, can walk to the beautiful beach, which was not crowded. The unit was very clean, the only concern was the shower in the primary room, need to climb into a garden tub to be able to shower. P.S. if you are a wine drinker will need to bring your own wine opener as there wasn’t one.

The house has everything u need for a great beach getaway. When we were not at the beach, most of our time was spent by the pool. It’s a great outside living area complete with grill, refrigerator, counter space, and plenty of seating. There was a constant breeze while we were there and it’s very comfortable . Only a block to the beach. Owner quick to respond with any concerns.
The security cameras were unnerving. We r not used to that. There is plenty of notification about them at the house, but we do not remember seeing notification in the listing.
You share the pool with the folks on the other side of the house so we recommend you travel with friends like we did!
We rented a golf cart and used a beach concierge.. makes life so much easier!

It was located inside of a huge jet tub, my husband and I both had trouble getting in and out of the shower. For anyone with any type of mobility problem it would be impossible. Overall would recommend this property.

We had an amazing time on Anna Maria. Debra’s property was fantastic. Great proximity to the beach, easy access to trolley. The beds were super comfortable. Beach chairs, wagon, etc all worked perfectly. Can’t say enough good things. And Debra was wonderful to work with. She responded quickly and was extremely generous and kind.

This house is tucked away from the main road but still centrally located so you get the best of both worlds - peace and convenience! The property looks just how it does in the pictures. The pictures, however, don't do justice to show how nice it is to enjoy all the outdoor areas. The porches are wonderful and the pool area is great if you don't want to sit in the sun. The bikes pictured aren't suitable for riding, so you'll have to rent bikes if you want to cruise the island in something other than a car. Aside from that, the property was great! Would definitely stay here again.

I was very disappointed with the primary bathtub. In order to take a shower, you needed to climb over the high jetted tub side.not safe for an older adult No picture of the bathroom on the site. There are some loose floor boards on the lower porch and the stair rails on the upper level were loose too.
There are definitely updates needed.

This property had everything you need for a perfect getaway. We spent a great deal of time enjoying the outside living area and pool. On our beach days, it was only a short block walk to the beach. The home had plenty of space and was beautifully appointed. We will definitely rent this property again!
