Nestled in Orange Beach, this lovely condo for $468 per night is a great option for your next trip. This professionally decorated unit is located on the ground floor. Our backyard is the Gulf of Mexico! You will have no bother with waiting on elevators or taking the stairs. Walk out the back door and you are on your way to the beautiful white sands of Orange Beach. Our patio is convenient to the pool and you can enjoy the beach while watching your children swim. Our bottom floor unit is three bedrooms and two baths. There are 4 flat screen televisions, DVDs, well stocked kitchen, full size washer and dryer and very comfortable mattresses. Bedrooms have block out drapes in case you want to sleep in. Romar Place is a well kept complex. We are located close to restaurants, grocery stores, shopping and have the most beautiful beach. Sunsets are spectacular. This Condo is the perfect location especially if you have children in your group. Easy access to the pool and beach. The kitchen is fully stocked with every utensil you’ll need. Condo was clean and beds are comfortable! We’ll definitely be back!

Loved this unit, and location! Ground unit, right beside pool and beach access! Property manager was wonderful and I feel like if we would have needed anything she would have responded immediately. The grounds are monitored closely by the security and on-site management which made us feel safe and know that if we needed anything it would be handled. There was a loud group a few patios over however once we went inside we couldn’t here them. So altogether a wonderful family stay. The condo had everything we needed for meals and stay for a week.

The property is so convenient! You’re next to an outdoor pool, indoor pool, indoor hot tub, and on the beach. Shopping is close by, only a few miles from wonderful restaurants, and lots of things to do for all ages.

This is the second year we've stayed at this condo. The ground floor level that walks right out to the pool and board walk to the beach is unbeatable. The condo offers plenty of room for our family to comfortably stay and have all the amenities to make it through. The location of orange beach is also fantastic. So many fun things to do and places to go. Chute em up parasail was fantastic and so was the Fun Boat dolphin cruise and water war! Plenty of great places to eat in the area also. We plan to continue to return for future vacations as well!

We had a wonderful vacation. The condo was clean and well stocked for a week’s stay. The location on the 1st floor was optimal. We loved being able to walk right out the back door and in only a few steps be right at the beach. There were chairs, toys, etc available for use which helped tremendously. We stayed here in 2020 and it was just as nice this time around! Will definitely try to make it back next year!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this adorable condo. The location is perfect with quick access to both the pool and the beach. The kitchen in stocked with anything you’d need to prepare a meal. Gloria is absolutely amazing to work with and readily available if any hiccups arise during your stay. The kids begged to come back next summer!! We will definitely be back.

This location is amazing and so convenient! It’s close to great shopping areas, it’s ground level, and literally on the beach with pools around it. We’ve stayed multiple times because it is a wonderful place.

The condo was beautiful and every was perfect. We had one little issue and apple directly with the owner who had the problem fixed immediately! However, the property manager was extremely rude to several members of our group as well as other renters. We all understand rules but her delivery was extremely rude and condescending. We will stay again though it’s our favorite place to stay!

This condo was even better than expected. The location was great and we loved being on the ground floor with views of the pool and beach, especially with four kiddos to keep an eye on. Gloria was very easy to communicate with and made herself available if we were to need anything. Condo was very cute, clean, and even had a great number of supplies to get our week started. Only complaint, although out of the owners hands, is the building was under construction from 8-5 every day we were there, making it hard for the littles to nap. Overall we had a great experience and look forward to coming back!

Overall our experience was good. The only downfall was the construction going on. The noise was unbearable and made any conversation hard with others. I booked this particular unit for its location on the ground floor with easy access to the pool and the beach. With construction going on we had to walk all the way around the property to get to the pool and the beach. This was a problem since we had 2 older ladies with us. We managed but they did not go out as often due to the distance. I would book this unit again because the unit was very nice on the inside. Perfect for a group of 6. I will just check in the future to see if any construciton is going on.

We love this place. It's so convenient to the pool and the beach. We took our shoes off and didn't put them back on until we left. You walk straight off your patio into the grass and onto the pool. It was so much fun to grill out while the kids played swam. We could eat on the patio and enjoy all the gorgeous views. Not to mention, the condo is beautiful. It looks even better in person! The kids are so worn out from all the fun they had. Definitely looking at next summer as well.

My family and I have been to several different beaches on the east and southeast coast. Orange beach has by far been our favorite. The condo fell right in line with our love for the area. It was perfect for our family and exceeded our expectations. Check in and out was easy as was communication with the owner. The first floor walk out patio right to the pool and beach was unbeatable. We highly reccomend and plan to return to this same condo annually from here out. Very happy with our experience!

1st floor rules. Walk out on your patio, you are steps from the pool and walk out to the beach. I love the pack of grass outside the door. Great for the little ones. This is our second time in this unit and we will be back for more memories.
