About this condo rental
Lovely gulf front 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom condo with screened lanai overlooking the beautiful Gulf of Mexico and the beach. This condo has all the amenities you could ever want. The gulf view is especially nice as the condo is up one level. (elevator accessible). Included are luxury appointed furnishings, a king-size bed in the master, and a queen bed in each of the other bedrooms; brand new updated kitchen, cable TV in the living room and each bedroom, free WiFi internet, and a washer & dryer. The master bedroom has a superb gulf view, a TV, and walk-in closet. The ensuite bathroom has a separate tub and shower. The two guest bedrooms are on the other end of the condo providing more privacy for the master suite. Unwind on the screened lanai as you listen to the waves, watch pelicans dive for their dinner, and pods of dolphins jump. The complex has a heated swimming pool and nice wide beach in front. There is one covered parking space under the building designated for this unit; NO additional guest parking is allowed. (Whenever possible, Gulf Realty will provide extra parking in our office lot.) The unit also has beach equipment for your use while you're here. The condo is within walking distance to several nice restaurants, gift shops, and a convenience store. Shops and grocery stores are just a 5 minute drive from the condo. (Rental rates do not include the departure cleaning fee, 12% tax, $100 registration fee, booking fee, or security deposit.)

My family loved our condo on the beach. They had everything you needed for the beach right there to use. First time we have encountered that. My only complaint is the parking. The garage was tiny and you could only have 1 car. With 2 families we needed 2 cars. The rental place tried their hardest to accommodate us with the second vehicle.

This condo was perfect for my kids and I for a week in paradise. With direct private beach access and a pool for the complex, there was something for everyone. The condo came well-equipped with everything you need except for food and warm bodies. The kitchen was nicely equipped. The storage in the garage contained chairs, floats, pool noodles, etc. Each room had extra linen or blankets if needed and plenty of storage space to put the bags away out of sight. The condo has the best sunset and beach views directly from the screened in lanai. We did have a small electrical issue but the realty company was very responsive and sent someone right out to fix it. We will definitely be back!

Love Barefoot Beach Condos
These condos are in an ideal location, on the beach with an easy walk to the restaurants/bars. This was the 5th year we have stayed at Barefoot Beach at the holidays, the 2nd time in this specific unit, which overlooks the beach/Gulf.

Only complaint was the elevator was out but we only had one flight of stairs so it was not a horrible inconvenience. The cleaning service was about 20 minutes behind schedule which delayed our check in but also not a horrible inconvenience. Would absolutely recommend this property and would definitely stay again.

I would come here again!
Really enjoyed our stay here! Pictures were accurate. Very cozy and super spacious condo. The town of Manasota Key is small and not very touristy at all!! Since COVID cases may have been on the rise again, we were looking to be around tons of people. And to our surprise, we maybe only saw 3 different people in our complex. We saw a few people on our private beach area, but tons of room to pick where we wanted to sit. I’m guessing a lot of people are permanent residents that went somewhere else for the off season??? Went to lock n key restaurant and sandbar. Really enjoyed the meal at Sandbar the most! Saw dolphins around 8 pm, but even more around 740 am. Actually saw a dolphin jump out of the water the morning we were leaving! Amazing!!! This is a great place for star gazing as well. Since they are very protective of the turtle nests, there are no lights on the beach! Vicki let us a bottle of wine which so nice of her! The keyless entry was so nice and the cage down stairs had everything we needed. A kayak would have been cool in there too ;-). Kitchen has everything we needed. My only suggestion would be to get the flood light fixed by the front door or have some sort of soft light by the front door. It was hard to see when we were just checking in to the condo late at night. And since we were paying for a cleaning fee, it seemed weird that we ourselves had to strip the sheets! Just a thought! However I will probably be back here for another vacation!! Really enjoyed our stay!!!

Very clean and comfortable condo and property, layout of beach and beach storage kept the sand out of the living space. Condo had everything you need. Well stocked kitchen, lots of bath and beach towels and beach supplies. Beautiful view from balcony and a warm ocean and pool. Thanks for being a great host. We had a wonderful time at Manasota Key.

We had stayed in this condo several years ago and loved it so much we chose it again for this trip. The only problem, and it was a pain at times, was because my sister and her husband drove separate from us, there is only 1 parking pass and we had to find a place to park the 2nd vehicle. When we had originally rented this condo, the owners owned property close to the condo and we were going to park there but they sold that property. It became very difficult to deal with this situation for 2 weeks. If you only have 1 car, this condo is great, location is wonderful, and the view from the condo is magnificent!!!! It is walking distance to several restaurants and the beach is your backyard:)

Wonderful condo
It’s always a great vacation when we stay here. Beautiful location and beach ! The condo is always clean, stocked with everything you need, comfortable beds with very nice linens . Vicki is always available if we ever need anything! Look forward to coming again and again.

Easter week vacation
The house was amazing!: the location was in front of the beach with direct access, fully equipped with everything imaginable (they had beach gear, fully equipped kitchen, plenty...and I mean PLENTY of towels, they even had hats if you happened to forget yours!) And the beach was also great with tons of seashells for the little ones to pick

Lovely condo. Perfect for six adults. Nice beach supplies in storage. Quiet pool area was awesome. (Limited parking for one vehicle only. Did not affect us.) Only suggestion in updates for keyless entry
