good space. wonderful pool and hot tub. quiet neighborhood. convenient to beach, groceries and restaurants. Loved Grand Hacienda, Gigis, and Sand Bar Bill's. very pet friendly...dogs loved it! House was well equipped, a little tired - nothing too bad. we would definitely stay there again!

The property was absolutely beautiful and just as described in the details. Check in was a breeze and Nancy was very helpful and quick to respond to any questions I had. I would definitely recommend the property and would certainly rent it again.

We encountered several bumps during our stay that were immediately tended to but somewhat distressing. There is no house manual explaining pool/spa directions. Be aware that two of the bedrooms are up to a second and. third floor via spiral staircase. A real struggle with luggage. A larger recycle bin would be helpful for a house this size. We’ve enjoyed our first visit to St. Pete Beach and the sunsets from Pass-A-Grille are not to be missed!

I retired recently and my wife and I wanted to see what Florida snowbirding was like. We needed a place that was "pet friendly" for our Yorkie, and expected periodic visits from family and friends, so we wanted something with enough bedrooms and privacy to accommodate our needs. A pool and hot tub were also pre-requisites. We couldn't have chosen a more perfect place than this 5 bedroom home in the Belle Vista community of St Pete Beach! The owners are delightful, the house contains everything we needed, the location is convenient to the beach, restaurants and shopping, the bedrooms and baths are very spacious, and the private backyard (pool and hot tub) is FABULOUS! We ended up having over a dozen visitors during our 6 weeks and everyone agreed that we picked a perfect VRBO for this trip. My wife and I planned to try different Southern cities and VRBO's for future snowbirding trips, but we agreed this one would be difficult to beat, so it will likely become an annual destination for us. I highly recommend it to anyone with a large family, or for 3-5 couples that plan to stay in the St Pete Beach area.

We had a wonderful month staying in the Belle Vista property. The house was equipped with every amenity we could ask for - even toys to bring to the beach! The pool was beautiful and we had a wonderful, relaxing month!

We had a family of 5 spreading 3 generations along with several pets. The layout of the home is unusual, but it worked perfectly for us as it allowed separation between the older and younger generations' bedrooms. We didn't have to worry one bit about noise or privacy. The home was very well appointed with everything we needed and the pool and hot tub were amazing! We loved it! Mike and Zivile were very responsive to anything we needed over the months we were there - not a single complaint from us! We hope to return...we already miss walking to the beach for sunsets, cocktails and crabbing!

This home was perfect for our 2 month stay in St. Pete Beach!! The house was beautiful, clean and well stocked. We loved our master bedroom that looked out to the pool and our guests were thrilled with their accommodations. The owners were great and immediately responded to any requests - the only thing that would have made the stay perfect would have been if the pool was heated, but over all we loved it and would definitely go back!!

We had such a wonderful time at this property. We spent the holidays and it was perfect for large groups. There is a large community/living space, yet we all had private space. The pool and back yard we were amazing. The owners were very kind and attentive. Location was great! I highly recommend this property.
