We loved our stay in this charming unit. Communication was clear and easy, comfortable well-appointed space, couldn't be happier! We hope to make this our "regular" spot for future Chicago trips.

Safe location within walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Ross was an amazing host! He answered all of our questions and showed us around the place during the checkin process. Would recommend 100%.

Great location and great property. Very comfortable for three adults.

My husband and two adult children flew to Chicago for a family wedding. At last minute I was unable to attend but had made the reservations. They said the place was spotless with everything needed for the weekend. The property manager met them and let them in and showed them the property. They said the location was great and they highly recommend. They enjoyed their stay.

Wr had a great time. A bit far from center city activities.

What a lovely place! The place is beautiful and spacious. It was absolutely perfect for our needs. The garage parking was an added bonus and the backyard is beautiful. It really is this peaceful oasis in the city. Our charming host has gone to great lengths to make sure his guests are comfortable, from the way the apartment is outfitted to the very helpful guide to stores and restaurants nearby. Thank you so much for your gracious hospitality. We will definitely be back!

The manager was so friendly, prompt with responses and super helpful. The condo itself was spacious, clean and well attended to. All the amenities we needed for a 3 night stay, 2-adults and 1-teen. We had a great stay! About 25 minute drive into the city, the neighborhood felt safe to walk around, we walked to dinner one night. The building and neighborhood was super quiet at night, we stayed over the weekend. The only thing, which is just the city and by no means this rental, was parking can be rough, so expect to drive around to find a spot.

We overall, enjoyed our stay in this cute apartment, close to some great eateries in a safe neighborhood.
Ross was a wonderful checkin host and provided us great local information.
We had great amenities in the apartment, making our arrival/stay with minimal stress.
The only drawback keeping this from a 5 star rating for us is the street parking. After 9pm, parking is virtually non-existent, and we drove 8 to 9 blocks before finding a spot each nite.
Other than that was a wonderful stay, and for those wishing to explore at nite, just expect some minor inconvenience.

We stayed here for a weekend Cubs series so it is a little far for that but the area is very nice with neighborhood bars and restaurants near by. Unit was very nice and clean. Great stay.

In town for our daughter’s graduation, this property was very nice, clean, secure, and well appointed. Ross, the on site guest experience officer was phenomenal! personally checks you in, and very responsive for any questions or concerns. I probably missed this in the property description, but this is a garden level property, absolutely a non issue for us. We enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.

We had a terrific stay over Easter weekend. We were able to visit our kids at Loyola and have them over for brunch Easter morning. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. Ross the manager met us when we arrived and helped us settle in which was really nice. A book with local restaurants, and neighborhood details was also a nice touch. Overall a wonderful stay.

We are not city people but felt safe on this particular street. The location was clean and well lit. The unit was well appointed, well managed by onsite manager, as just as advertised. Any car bigger than a 2014 Honda Pilot will not fit in the onsite garage. We recommend this highly and with the onsite manager, Ross Carlson, you can't go wrong.

There were no glitches in the check in process. Although the manager is on site there was no need to have contact after the initial check in until check out( as it should be). The building is older and has all its original personality. If you want new and modern this place is not for you. In spite of its age no compromises to your comfort are required.

We really enjoyed our stay during the holidays. The condo is very nice and was a great place to gather for a family holiday dinner. We didn't get to explore the neighborhood too much due to the bitter cold but it was very nice as well.

We booked both The Garden and The Treetop units for our family of 8 adults over a four-day weekend for a family wedding. The units were exactly as shown. The Treetop unit was perfect for gathering together. Thanks to Ross and William for a very enjoyable stay in Chicago.

Multiple family vacation
This was a perfect location for our vacation with another family. We were all in the same building but both families had their own space. Accurate description online of facility and host was informative, welcoming and communicated well.

Great property in a very good neighborhood. Ross, our host, was phenomenal in every way (Ross gets 10 stars, not just 5). There is nothing that could have been better. Thank you so much for helping to make our week so enjoyable.

Wonderful property in Rogers Park
This apartment was wonderful and very well suited to our needs. Close to Northwestern and Evanston to attend my son’s graduation. Easy to access grocery store and train line. Excellent directions to restaurants. Ross was so nice! We lost our reserved parking spot at the last minute until the last night and street parking was not always easy. Would definitely stay again

I think the best part was that Ross was there to greet us and let us in. We are used to self-checkin. The extra touch was nice. Overall, the place was very nice. :-)

Great Stay
Ross was very hospitable upon arrival. The condo is a short walk (about 15 minutes) to the Red line station, which runs to Wrigley Field and downtown Chicago.
The condo was clean, well-kept, and very comfortable. Our group of four had no issues with sleep arrangements. Would definitely recommend!

The apartment is clean, modern, bright, and quiet. We were in Chicago to attend a college graduation and we needed a place that could host two to five people, depending on the day. Ross was extremely helpful, and he made check-in and check-out a breeze. Very nice property!

The Apartment/Condo was just as described. The living and kitchen areas were spacious. The unit was very clean. The unit comes with a parking space, unfortunately, because we had a large truck, we were unable to use it. This meant driving around, sometimes up to 45 min looking for a parking spot. A lot of the surrounding areas are “tow away” zones which makes it a challenge to find a parking spot. I probably wouldn’t walk around the area alone at night, however we felt safe in a group. It’s close enough to the city and there’s a bus line that takes you directly to Wrigley Field if you’re going to catch a baseball game. We traveled with 5 people, consisting of two couples (mid 40’s), teenage daughter (13) and a Yorkshire terrier. I’d recommend staying here and would stay again!
