320 breakers was so wonderful and offered the perfect beach vacation. the location was exemplary. it is right on the beach in a wonderful area, and there are oodles of places to eat within walking distance. (and more than oodles with a little drive) the condo was very clean and pristine. it is not brand new, but that suited me perfectly. no technology challenges! also, there were no noxious smells, just fresh and clean. my only complaint is the mattress. too soft. i hope it is updated soon, cuz, in my book, it would then be perfect. thanks a lot. it was the best of vacations. i. hope to return again asap!

Location was top notch. Complex was quiet and easy walk to beach, shops, grocery, park and restaurants. Elevator is near room and parking. Would stay again!

We had a good experience at the breakers. But they didn't have any extra sheets and comforters for the pull out couch no extra trash bags. I'm really surprised that they don't have codes to get in to the door it's not that expensive. But the view was great and the room was clean. If you fix those things I would give it 5 stars but those things make it 3 stars.

The location was great! It needs some updating for sure but it was clean overall. The check-in process is antiquated. Having to physically drive to the real estate office (10 minutes away) on a crazy Saturday afternoon to pick up a key was very inconvenient. I was enjoying a day on the beach and had to fight my way through traffic at 4:30 instead of just receiving a passcode to the unit. No extra trash bags provided so be sure to stop at the store. Remote for the TV in bedroom doesn’t work; minor inconvenience.

From the time of booking until check out it was a great experience. The room was clean, location excellent,the staff at Sea Turtles was so accommodating and very friendly. The view from the balcony was good we could see our vehicle, pool and ocean. Being across the street from Piggly Wiggly, shops and restaurants was so convenient not having to drive anywhere. Elevator was handy being on 3rd floor.

Three month winter stay could not have been better. Sea Turtles Staff is excellent: organized, knowledgeable,caring, responsive- wonderful people.Unit was close to perfect: beautiful view, easy access, convenient to anything & everything! Positives: Bed matress was super comfortable; nice furniture (brand new sleeper couch),combination oven/microwave,ample closet space, 3rd floor location(least amount of noise from adjacent units), great shower (in tub), all tile floors. Negatives; toaster oven, dishwasher basin fills up with dirty smelly water when not in operation, need better /additional entrance door security(only lock is old style key entry); recommend using bottled water for drinking. Parking availabilitycan be tricky

We love staying at Breakers. We have stayed at the villas many times. It is a perfect location and the elevators are a great addition . We were there the middle of Oct and there was plenty of parking at the complex We didn’t even have to move the car for days because there are restaurants and shopping and a grocery store all with in walking distance right across the street. Sea Turtle Getaways was wonderful to work with. They were quick to answer any questions and everyone I talked to was very pleasant and helpful. There is a drop box right at their convenient location if you need to drop off or pick up your keys when they are closed. The condo itself (302) had a very nice side view of the beach. We could watch the sunrise every morning from the balcony. The place was very clean and had a smart tv. The internet worked perfect. It would be nice if there was a cutting board in the kitchen as we ate breakfast and lunch each day in the villa and could have really used one. We found the couch difficult to get out of as it seemed a little worn out and uncomfortable and the mattress (for us) was also a bit saggy and uncomfortable. But overall it was a nice villa.

It may have been my over looking but I searched a rental for 5 and this room only had one bed and a sleeper sofa also their was no oven only a toaster oven and a microwave oven. Also the office was closed at 430 when the hours said 5. I had to drive 20 min out of the way to get keys and return them when most properties have key pads or lock boxes on the door that could be used for the keys.

There is NO OVEN, it's on the site but know you have to be creative with dinners. There is a great microwave and toaster oven. Our stay here was spectacular!

Great location!
Great location, walking distance to lots of great places. Condo was very clean and worked well. The only complaint (like some other reviews) were the mattresses. The master was not great and the pull out couch was not ideal either.) Other than that, this place was perfect! The management company was great to work with as well.

It was just me and my daughter and there was no way we could carry it. Carrying all our luggage etc up and down three flights was not fun. Also they informed us the washer was broken a week or so before check in but assured us they would pick up our laundry twice and do it for us and return it. They never did. So I’m going home with two loads of dirty laundry to do. The price was fair and the ocean close but I would have chosen another property if given the chance.

The location, you can't beat. Everything is within walking distance from the beach, shops, dining to grocery. The actual villa 320 was not ideal in terms of cleanliness. The air ducts were visibly dirty and moldy. The bathroom floor behind the toilet was caked in urine causing mold and black spots. The shower curtain was moldy. We also noticed a blood stain on the comforter. The staff corrected the comforter and air duct issues, however I would recommend they talk to their cleaning staff. Under the couch was disgusting and the couch itself was in terrible shape. We found out a few days prior to arrival the laundry washer was out of service as well.
