Situated in Lake Lanier, this attractive house for $415 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. Admiral's Cocktail Cove is nestled atop its own private peninsula overlooking 2 sides of the lake. The walk to the deep-water dock is gentle and easy on one side of the lake. While the walk toward the other side is through the woods and lets you enjoy a park-like setting. A total change of scenery to access the shore where you can spend time barbecuing and swimming. The property is an ideal destination for those who enjoy an intimate relationship with nature and treasure their privacy. Admiral's Cocktail Cove offers 4 bedrooms and 3 baths. The 4th bedroom is at the terrace level with bunk, Twin beds, and sofa bed. A porch with rustic log furniture pair up nicely with the master bedroom to grant that log cabin feel to an already beautiful, cozy and charming lake home. Each bedroom has its own TV with Netflix, Hulu, FireTv and Sling streaming. Comcast xfinity with its powerful set of video features and capabilities is also available on the main TVs, with high-speed Internet (75 Mbps). A Karaoke system, pool and ping pong tables, 2 kayaks, noodles, a boat and jet ski (separate rentals), a fire pit patio, and 2 BBQ grills are just a handful of the fun stuff families can enjoy while vacationing at this latest Admiral's home. Love this house, will be coming back if Ray will have us. Very clean and sooo much room. A lot of adults but the house never felt small. Multiple grills and tons of comfortable places to sit made it a really relaxing stay. The cove is perfectly tucked away too so no traffic or wakes even mid-day Saturday in-season. So clean, great communication, couldn’t be happier with this choice. Thank you!!

Lakefront Privacy
Although in a neighborhood, the feel of this place is as if you are secluded. We found the property to be exactly as described, if not more. The property was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. The property owner was very responsive. OUr only regret was that we could not stay longer!

Awesome place and it has everything we needed and as advertised. You just need to be in shape to climb the stairs which was hard work a 2 year old :-).

Absolutely Gorgeous, Awesome House!
Our large family needed a vacation home for the Christmas holidays and this house could not have been more perfect! The rooms are much larger and even more beautiful than the photos indicate. The game room got tons of use by the teens and younger kids, and the basement bunkbed room was perfect for all of the boys. Use of the kayaks was a blast. This is probably our favorite rental house of all time. And we have stayed in a lot of rental houses!
The owner responds faster to our texted questions than any other owner we have worked with. And a huge bonus was that it was beautifully decorated for Christmas.
We will not hesitate to rent one of the houses available from this owner, especially THIS incredible house, again in the future.

6 adults 5 children plenty of room for the kids to play inside. Very nice and cozy definitely will be coming back in the summer time to enjoy the lake.

Lovely Lake Get Away
Our family enjoyed a wonderful week at Admiral's Cocktail Cove. The location on the lake was perfect for our boating needs of skiing and wake boarding. The house is well represented in the pictures on the website and Ray was always available if and when we had a question. His responses were always prompt! We were challenged with the recycling and trash management for the week as recycling was not picked up from previous guests. I recommend having extra trash bags and/or storage to help manage recycling especially if you will be cooking and eating most of your meals on site. Overall, that did not hinder our relaxing week spent on the lake.

This is a great house on Lake Lanier with a nice deep water dock. The house is very well stocked with everything you need. The kids enjoyed the pool table and pig ping table and liked having their own space in the basement.

This is a perfect lake cabin. Rustic and cozy. All the kids loved the bunk room! The swing on the screened in porch was my favorite place for coffee! Ray was awesome and even put a second jet ski ramp on the dock for us. The path down to the dock is well done so the walk is easy. Many places don't have a big gas grill that works well and the one here is both!! Having a dock with a boat lift was also perfect for us. We can't wait to come back in cold weather and use the fireplace! We loved it and will be back!

Beautiful house with a Great Lake view.
We booked Dec. 28th thru Jan. 1st for a NewYear’s Eve family wedding in Dahlonega. The Christmas tree was still up and gave a warm cozy feel. We didn’t know how it would be in the mountains in the winter. Roads and streets are steep hills and curvy. Winter rains and heavy fog made us have to get out several times at night to make sure there really was a road where we were supposed to turn, but after a few times in and out...we were confident. Only one hand towel per bathroom and one bath towel per person, but there is a washer and a dryer. We could have used more dish towels and pot holders. Four families in one house...four times the fun!

Beautiful place!
This house was the perfect setting for a weekend away on the lake. It was cold so we did not exactly have a chance to enjoy the lake, but the scenery was amazing and the house was very comforting with lots of things to do. Ray is an outstanding host. We had some trouble with the A/C and it was resolved almost immediately. He's very responsive, courteous, and honest. I would definitely recommend this house to families and close friends.

Property was very clean and very well maintained.
Ray, the property owner, was awesome about answering questions both prior to our stay and during. We loved the separation of living spaces between the main floor and basement as it gave everyone their own space. We also really enjoyed the dock and the water access it provided. We definitely recommend this house for large groups/multiple families for any sort of function.
We were in town for a large baseball tournament and this house/lake property made our week in the Atlanta area so much more enjoyable than the standard hotel. It truly was a vacation for us. Thank you Ray!

Relaxing lake house
Had a great week-long stay with the family here! The house and dock were really well kept, had everything we needed. The pictures in the listing are accurate. I would recommend renting a boat if you don't have your own to get the full enjoyment out of the lake. The two kayaks were great for early morning paddles. Get out there early before the other boaters and you'll see ospreys, otters and deer all along the shoreline. Ray was very helpful and responsive. My only complaint is the white inflatable "tropical island" shown in the pictures was unusable; covered in black and green gunk and broken in places. Not a huge deal, but it was a little bit of a disappointment. Overall, we would definitely come here again!

Great for our large group
We enjoyed our time at this house. It was exceptionally clean, especially the bathrooms. Be ready for a steep driveway but that's the only surprise we experienced.

This house worked great for my annual outing with my golfing buddies. The fact it was relatively close to Atlanta was a plus for us. There were houses around but it was quite and surrounded by enough trees that made it private. The kitchen was well stocked with necessary pots, pans, and dinnerware and the grill was used by our group. I would consider using this house for out group in the future.

We loved staying at this property. The house was clean, comfortable, and full of extras! The owners thought of everything from shampoo to kayaks to free movie rentals! The cove was beautiful and realaxing. I loved that the kitchen was open to the large family room and that there was a huge bunk room next to the game room in the basement. Most importantly the owner was easy to work with. He checked in by text to make sure we were enjoying ourselves and let us know he was available if we needed anything. We will rent this this property again.
