Location was perfect. The amenities at Bay Watch were great , from the multiple pools , restaurants and bar. The one minute walk to the beach was the best part. Only things missing from the condo were a washer/dryer and dishwasher. Next year we will have to find a rental with those. The condo was super clean and just what we needed.

My friend and I wanted to get away for the week in myrtle beach. The place was a great location had 3 beds and the view was nice! The pools at the resort were wonderful and had easy access to the beach! This is the second time I have stayed at the resort but the first time in this room. I would stay here again!

The staff at North Beach Realty were very professional and welcoming. The rental wasn't as nice as I feel the photos showed on vrbo. You could tell the place was very used. There was a rug over the main carpet that probably needed to be replaced from all the foot traffic. The furniture in a lot of the photos on vrbo was different, and there were accutlly more seating options as well, even though I really didn't want to sit on any of them. There were random landline phones in rooms, and none of them were plugged in, which was strange. The fridge worked great, but there was a lot of wear on the handles and rust on the sides. The fire alarm was extremely sensitive. We used the stove, and I only had it open for about 10 seconds when the fire alarm started going off. We had to go buy dish soap even though the rental said there would be a small bottle. The linens on the bed were clean, and the towels were soft. During our short stay, we had three different sets of neghibors, while the clean staff were doing their jobs, they were extreamly loud and slamming doors. All that to say, the walls are thin. There is a exterior window from the bedroom to the main hallway. I was definitly not a fan of that, there was a curtain, but if a person angled just right, you could see the bed. The elevators were very clean and FAST. The parking deck was a little tight. Honestly, the best part of the condo was the view of the ocean, the proximity to the beach, and minimal walking to beach access. I would recommend North Beach Realty and the Baywatch Resort, but not this specific condo until some updates are made.

We had 3 friends going for a quick weekend getaway. It was a Nice condo. Kitchen was small and didn’t have dishwasher, but we ate out mostly anyway. But if staying all week and cooked daily, would like a dishwasher. Only had one roll toilet paper. Might want to take your own, because the realtor is off site and if they are closed, the condos building staff is not supposed to provide supplies for this room. The housekeepers need to do a deep clean. There was something sticky under cabinets and also shelf under tv. Housekeeping needs to move the binder on bottom shelf and clean under it. Couldn’t find a sheet for the Murphy bed. We had extra blanket my friend laid on. We did have plenty of towels. Thanks so much for this! But, overall the room was perfect for what we needed and def worth what we paid. There is 2 full size beds in bedroom and the Murphy bed. I think there may have been one in couch too, but not sure about that one. Plenty of sleeping room. Nice size bathroom. But, the balcony was my favorite spot! Love the ocean view!!! I will go again and use this place.

I would not stay there again! Fooled by the listing pictures!!! From the second we arrived there was a strong musty smell. Mostly in the bedroom! Not good for a person with asthma! Dirty bedding, bed pillows, sofa, throw pillows and carpet. We had the blanket in the room cleaned so we could cover the sofa to sit on. The Condo needs a major clean up and updating. Didnt look like the listing pictures!!
It was a struggle to continue our stay because the smell was so strong. Probably coming from the carpet. Also because the murphy bed had a dirty mattress cover, no sheets or clean bedding or pillows, knowone else could stay with us. We were
disappointed and had to make other arrangements for them. So we dealt with it and stayed out most of he day and night to avoid the smell! I feel we paid plenty of extra fees and expected it to be clean and look like the listing pictures!!!
The best thing about it was the location and ocean view.
We stayed in different places on MB through out the years without any complaints. This one broke the chain.

This property was in great location but it looked as if it hadn’t been clean in the last few visits. It appears in the pictures as if it is very neat but is totally not what we got. For the price we dealt with it but I would likely not stay here again.

Condo was comfortable for our family at a great location. Lots of things to do. Wish the owner would have more pantry space and hooks to hang towels and wet suits. We enjoyed our stay. Very quiet part of the resort.

We enjoyed our stay at Baywatch Resort. The place could have used a few updates. The mattresses were not very comfortable. They could definitely be replaced with some new ones. The place was very clean. The property was a very good location. The staff were very friendly. Overall I would give it 4 stars just because of the mattresses.

I did expect it to be dirty and smelly from the previous reviews but it wasn't as bad. Some detailing of the walls, new caulking to the base of the toilet needs to be done, vacuum areas you wouldn't think like behind the night stands should be done. I LOVED that it was on the beach and had the lazy river. For what we got, considering it's literally not the resorts room, this should be cheaper. I did enjoy my stay very much. If I made more money I would do it again. I always leave it basically clean and I hope that was satisfactory. I will recommend.

Not bad, but not clean
The place stunk and smelled way unclean. My wife went and bought candles to burn cause she said it was so bad. There was a bed broken when when we arrived. The property was dirty. Our room looked like it hadn't been cleaned. The dishes were dirty with fingerprints all over them. There were chairs on the balcony left by prior guests. Tons of crap in the closets. We were told in check in instructions to bring dishwasher pods. We had no dishwasher. We were not told we didn't have a washer and dryer in our room, just on site. One of the 3 elevators in our building was always broken all week.

Loved the resort.
Overall our stay was wonderful! We really enjoyed the beach.
But the condo needed to be deep cleaned. It had a very musty smell that made my sons allergies flare.
The rugs and carpets need to changed because they smelled bad and you can tell they are very old and dirty.
An update on almost everything would be great. A bigger TV in the living room is needed and I think some of the furniture needs to be removed. The condo is very small and to have so much furniture it makes it even smaller.
However, the staff was amazing! My family and I really enjoyed staying there because the staff was super friendly and helpful! It was a good stay just needs to be updated.

The location was nice. The unit was smaller than expected. No dishwasher. All of the "fully equipped" kitchen utensils and cookware were dirty. You could not find a luggage rack at all for transporting your luggage to/from the room. The room was VERY stuffy and damp smelling. Was not worth the money and would not stay here again.

Pictures are deceiving
Overall, we had a great time! The location is great, I honestly just wish the owners cared more about their property and did some upgrades . No fault of the owners, but the hallway leading to the room smelled like cat piss. The pictures made it look so pristine and clean. To start, we walked in and the unit had a weird smell, they had damp rid hiding all around. The carpets are disgusting and super old. As old as the building. The comforters are super out dated and dingy , the couch had rust spots on it, the little blue chair needs a good steam clean or maybe a nice fresh new one, the other “decoration” chair is nasty and stained up. They could eliminate some unnecessary furniture in the bedroom to give more space, update all the appliances, def have the cleaning lady check that guests wash the dishes correctly prior to allowing the next guest to use them. They had an old rag smell to the cups, and we re -washed what we used before using for this reason. Price was good but I would of paid more for a newer. Nicer unit honestly. Fresh paint is needed just overall needs a makeover. Hope this is helpful. I never want to bash anyone but please for the love of god, update this unit and show it some love, it really could be a great unit!

Needs major improvements
Very old unit and furnishings bespoke that. Lousy mattresses, sofa bed has nasty stains. Carpet old and dingy. Mold in shower. Vents need to be cleaned, lots of dirt/dust around them. Sliding door handle on outside was broken and laying on balcony. Overall condo too large and crowded for our taste and not well managed. Someone pooped in lazy river and it took other guests to pass on notice not to use it and a day before a “ pool closed “ sign was put up.

It started well,till the fire on the 15th floor on Sunday. Due to the fire, it resulted in water leaking into our condo (939)causing water damage to the carpet in the living area and bedroom. As the carpet dried,we had to deal with the mildew smell for the entire week causing us to almost get sick. Victoria was made aware of the situation and did everything she could to make the stay as pleasant as possible. I am hoping we will get some kind of comp back due to this inconvenience we experienced. All else was great.

Nice but needs an update
OLD. The property is great but it absolutely needs to be renovated. The entire place is worn and the bedroom especially smells damp. The location is ideal and the resort itself is great, but the apartment needs some refreshing. I know it's possible because our friends stayed in another apartment on the site that is the same layout, just renovated and it was so much nicer! Also, get rid of the comforters in the bedroom. They are literally made of plastic. Had a good time but the house felt kind of gross.

Slightly Let Down
The property management company was amazing. They were easy to deal with, the check-in app was easy to navigate, they returned our call immediately after hours when something went wrong, and had someone on site within the hour. I would use North Beach Realty again, I will not, however, visit Bay Watch again. The room was slightly run down, but clean. It was the common areas, such as the pools, that were disappointing. We never saw anyone cleaning them the entire length of our stay. They were dirty the whole time. Also, with 3 large buildings, there were only 2 places with one small water dispenser to rinse off coming back from the beach. Always a line. Unacceptable.

It was ok! The chairs and tray table on the balcony need to go in the trash!!!! Very disappointed with that since I love to sit on the balcony and look out at the ocean.

Great location but condo needs updates
The condo was in a great location and close to everything. However, we were bit disappointed on arrival. The TVs would barely work (batteries taped in)...I had to get behind tv to plug in and finally got a few channels but took two phone calls and almost 30 minutes. Phone didn’t have cords so didn’t work when we tried to call front desk. We only had 1 roll of toilet paper and when we asked front desk, they told us they couldn’t help. So we were out late at night trying to buy toilet paper. Furniture in living room needed updated (table had a chair that was glued together). The balcony chairs were pitiful and stained. Fridge was clean on inside but outside was pretty dirty along with coffee pot. Murphy bed looked bad as well. Loved the location but wouldn’t stay here again without updates.

Reenting from this property was a breeze and the prices were great. Check in was faster than a hotel check in. The staff was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Whjen i come back in a couple of months i will use this rental agent.

My wife and I enjoyed a 10 day vacation at Bay Watch. Great location and good value. Pools were great and facilities are well maintained overall. A little more care regarding cleaning in the unit would improve the evaluation from very good to great. We would return for another stay.

The place was wonderful! It was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. During the day we left the curtains wide open so that we could see the ocean as soon as we walked into the living room. The beds were comfortable and the shower had great water pressure!

The unit had a terrible mold/mildew odor in bedroom. The bathroom fan needed cleaned. It needed new furniture on the balcony. The ice maker didn't work and it was 90 degrees everyday. The TV had a green line on the side. We enjoyed the view and location but unit needs TLC especially the mold problem. We asked for compensation for the inconveniences but haven't heard anything from the rental company.
