NEW- Couch Seating on 2nd floor covered porch GREAT FOR WEDDING WEEKENDS!! NEW- King Size Bed This open concept property is great for entertaining. This home has an oversized kitchen and living room with 2 bedrooms a full bath and laundry on the first floor. The second floor sitting room leads to a covered porch with table and chairs a great place eat or for a game as you take in the sights and sounds of Long Sands Beach. 2nd floor also has 3 bedrooms and a full bathroom. It only gets better when you get to the 3rd floor. Another sitting room that leads to yet another deck. This one has glass railings and chairs, my favorite place for a snack and my favorite beverage as I get lost in the sights and sounds of Long Sands Beach. 3rd floor also has 3 more bedrooms and a full bathroom. This home built for 2015 summer rental season with fantastic ocean views from all levels! Located only 1/10th of a mile from Long Sands Beach. 5 Star Home with everything you need to relax and enjoy your time in York Maine. We had our first guest staying over the Summer and fall of 2015 and our guests could not say enough about the property and the location. The house has 1 King, 7 queen beds and 2 sets of twin bunk beds. The house offers a large open kitchen and living space for everyone to hang together. The home also has sitting rooms on both the second and third floor if you need some time alone. This is a perfect spot for a family vacation/family reunion. The home can accommodate sleeping up to 20 people in beds. Views from this home stretch from the famous Nubble light house, overlooks Long Sands Beach and then to York harbor. This view is from all levels from the home, but the 3rd floor views are spectacular. Long sands beach is a very short walk, less than 1/10th of a mile. The trolley stops near the house to pick you up and take you to several destinations in York. This brand new home has an open living concept. You enter the home to a large kitchen family room combo. The large kitchen has all of the amenities you would want for a home including stainless steel appliances, dishwasher and separate beverage refrigerator in a island that seats 4. The large kitchen table accommodates 8-10. Overflow eating is located at the glass pub table which holds up to 6.. Connected to the kitchen is a spacious living area with leather sectional and 55' flat screen television. The house has 8 large bedrooms. All of the bedrooms have a queen bed in them. The first floor has two bedrooms and a full bath with washer/dryer, off of the living area. Both bedrooms are very spacious and have plenty of room for a pack and play if needed. The 2nd floor has 3 bedrooms, sitting room and bath with tub. One of the bedrooms not only has a queen bed but also a set of bunk beds. That room is plenty big enough for a family of 4 to spend your vacation in. Plenty of room for luggage. The 2nd floor also has a small sitting room that has a couch to relax and read or watch TV in. The sitting room leads out to an open deck which has amazing views of the ocean. The 3rd floor is exactly like the 2nd floor with 3 queen size bedrooms, one of which also has a bunk bed set in it. there is also a sitting area that leads out to an open deck with glass railings. When you walk up to the 3rd floor the views are breathtaking. There is also a very large bathroom. Other amenities include: Central air conditioning, gas grill, blender, washer/dryer, lobster pot, lobster crackers and pokers, coffee maker, Keurig, full size fridge, mini bar fridge in the kitchen, full kitchen set up. Perfect for my sons HS golf team pre-season trip. Plenty of room and space for 8 teenage boys and 4 chaperones. Super close to 4 great courses. Everything was sparkling clean and the kitchen is well appointed. Can’t beat the location either. Thanks again Bill, we will be back for sure!

We appreciated the location greatly - short walk to the beach and the establishments on long sands ave. Some of us had wifi connection issues and for others it worked just fine. Super helpful to have so much parking available!

We loved the covered deck with the blue furniture, the 8 bedrooms, and the kitchen. It would have been nice to have more living space and a fire pit with chairs. The kids enjoyed the beach, but it was not an easy access for me at 88, so I never went down...sad about that. Bill was very nice about handling the few problems in the kitchen.

A short walking distance to the beach with your coffee. Plenty of parking. everything worked as advertised. We planned this trip knowing we would probably not all return again and we had a great time and this place made it possible.

Great house and location!
My family and I came to York to celebrate my brothers birthday. The house was awesome, plenty of room for all of us to fit comfortably. Nice and clean and lots of places to hang out throughout the house, two balconies were awesome. Perfect location and a short walk to the beach! Bill was very responsive and very accommodating. Highly recommend staying here!

Perfect for large family gatherings!
Everything was great, lots of space, clean, kitchen had everything we needed. We enjoyed the outside decks, and proximity to beach. We hope we can rent this property again, it was a bit pricey, but perfect for our celebration!

The kitchen had basic cooking supplies like pots, pans, bowls and utensils for a crowd. The cupboards were well-stocked with dishes, glasses and mugs. The large island provided a convenient spot to spread out food for our meals buffet style where everyone could help themselves. There was plenty of seating at the dining table, the pub style table and island. The bedrooms were divided up between families with good floor space for bags in each room. This 3-story house also had plenty of room for anyone looking for quiet downtime. With typical December weather, much of our time was spent indoors playing games, working on a Christmas puzzle and enjoying each other’s company. What a wonderful getaway for all of us! Thanks!!!

The house was way more than I expected. Beautiful house, great neighborhood, great view! Only disappointment was the beach, no sand until late. However....the house more than made up for that! Everyone very pleased. First experience with rental property was so great!

Amazing property and location!
We had the best vacation at York beach, everyone absolutely loved the stay at this property! Even though the weather wasn’t great and it rained a few days of our trip and we were stuck in the house, we couldn’t have hoped for a better place to stay. Our group consisted of 16 people ranging in ages 1 to 85. Everyone had their own space and it never felt crowded at all! This house was absolutely gorgeous inside and out! The kitchen was amazing and had everything we needed for cooking for a crowd. There were plenty of bedrooms for everyone and having three bathrooms was perfect. The two porches were awesome and the view from the top deck was breathtaking! You could see all the way to Nubble light! There was also parking for 7 cars easily which was perfect as one member of our group had to commute to work during the trip. Bill was an amazing host and was very responsive to anything we needed. The beach on long sands was beautiful and just a very short walk away. It wasn’t too crowded at the end of beach which was perfect to have room to spread out. The kids had a blast building sandcastles and boogie boarding! There was everything within a short walking distance including restaurants and a small convenience store. The downtown York area was just a short drive away with plenty of shopping and restaurants to choose from, we had a lot of fun shopping, eating and playing in the arcade. We also visited York’s Wild Kingdom and the kids loved it! We couldn’t have asked for a better vacation. After spending the week here, I can safely say that everyone had a great time and we can’t wait to go back next year! If you are looking for the perfect beach vacation for a large group, this is the place for you!

This was the best house for a group! Bill was fantastic and communicative before and during our stay and the house was immaculate with plenty of room for all. The house was well stocked and was a very short walk to the ocean.

PARTY OF 15
Absolutely perfect rental house! We had 15 adults and the house never felt crowded. The beds were comfortable, the water pressure was strong, and it is a block from the beach! Can't beat it. We look forward to booking this house again!

Great property for a large group. Great bedroom accommodations. Easy walk to the beach. Everything that we needed was available in the house. The decks were great. The picture from the upstairs balcony needs to be updated because there is a house built on that empty property but you can still see the ocean. We really enjoyed our stay and we were able to travel to many different spots in New Hampshire and Maine from this great location. Thanks for a great vacation - lots of memories were made!
