We enjoyed our time and beach view and accessibility was perfect. Easy walk to town and pier. Living room furniture could be a little more comfortable, but all around very nice place

The unit was very clean and nicely updated. Short walk to the beach. The owner was easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay here again.

Juan was GREAT to work with. Quick responses and attentive to my questions. Close private parking spot. Easy beach access. We would defiently rent again. Our favorite rental on this beautiful property!

Lovely property. Close to everything. Perfect for the two of us for the weekend.

The location is unbeatable and allows for relaxing and simple travel to and from the most awesome beach. Amenities allow for fun outside of riding the waves!! The home was clean and stocked with fun beach toys, chairs and towels. Great tv access allowed us to watch the game and end the night with a movie and a game. Kitchen was stocked to allow us to cook our own meals. Overall spectacular. Only downside was it was EXTREMELY hot the week we were there and there is no AC. If this is the case for your stay I would be prepared for some hot afternoons and nights.

The place was well appointed, conveniently located, and exactly as advertised. The resort itself is lovely. Would highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location was perfect! So easy to get to the beach. I also loved that there was a wall bed and not just a sofa sleeper. The condo was very nicely updated as well.

This property was in the best location, close to the beach, close to the pool. We lived our stay!

Getting to the condo itself was easy to follow but once I opened the door to the patio the noise of the street was very loud as well as the trains that past by. The night time is better but the walkways are very popular and will get loud every now and then. I rate this a 4/5 stars because of the cleanliness of the unit and property as well as the proximity to the beach.

We are return renters to this wonderful property. The location can't be beat and the amenities of the entire property are more than we could ask for. We will be coming back for a third visit for sure!

We've stay at NCV a number of times, 1st time in this unit. While i was initially concerned about street noise based on other reviews, but we didn't notice it - it really didn't bother us at all. It was one of the nice units we stayed at, i believe there was really only 2 suggestions that would have made the stay perfect. One being having a bar height table & chairs on the patio so you can relax and take in that view, and not looking at railing/posts of the patio when sitting outside. And secondly, different blinds in the bedroom - verticals just don't keep the facility lighting out very well at night and we really appreciate having a dark room. All in all, we had a wonderful stay and would stay again.

It was spotless, and well supplied with cooking utensils. Also, there are boogie boards, beach chairs and beach toys for the little ones! We had a question about the tub, emailed John, and he responded in a matter of minutes. During the day, there are SHORT periods of traffic, radios, talking, etc. As I said, SHORT-no loud parties or other disturbances. Nighttime all is quiet. There are lots of activities. I rented a bike then, from our unit, coasted downhill for half a block, and rode along the ocean.. I would highly recommend this unit!!!

We loved the property. The condo had everything we needed. The complex had a pool, hot tub, and a workout facility. The beach is half a block from the condo and there are great places to eat at the harbor. John was very helpful and responsive. It was an incredible trip!

We have stayed at North Coast for the past 3 summers. We like the overall location and security of the community. This is the first time in this condo unit. It is a good size one bedroom and was very well equipt for the most part. Had the little things I appreciate such as extra hooks for all the guest towels, hangers, well stocked kitchen ect. It is nicely updated except for some uncomfortable wicker chairs in the living room. We liked the layout of the unit. The balcony chair was sun rotted and caused one of us to have a fall, the owner replaced that night. The location to the beach is great! We were not expecting how very noisy the road it is on was- 24/7. ( We had always stayed on the bay side of the complex before.) The bedroom on the back side of the condo was very hot, you have to keep window open to keep unit cool, but the street noise keeps you awake. I try to care for units we rent like it is my own home and there was a vacume , however it had not been emptied in ages and was pretty gross. A swiffer wet for the tile floors would have been nice. The stove on all the units we have rented have the old electric coils, and they are never flat so your food slides to one side. our biggest complaint is with the North Coast HOA. When we booked unit it was listed that the gym was available. This was not true- Only full time owners can use, not summer renters. My husband and son had to drive to a gym to work out on the other side of Oceanside. The other concern we had was that Oceanside had put rocks all along the shoreline making the sandy area of the beach much less usable.

We visit North Coast Village every year for soccer playoffs. John's condo was the best so far that we have had. Great location (close to beach, pool, laundry) condo's balcony does face the side road so there is car/radio noise but it becomes white noise pretty quick! It it updated and very clean. The murphy bed was the reason we choose this condo and it did not disappoint - my daughter said it was the most comfortable bed. The master CA King Bed is also SUPER COMFORTABLE!!! I highly recommend John's condo if you heading to Oceanside.
