Located in Cabo San Lucas, this attractive apartment hotel for $830 per night is a great choice for your next break. Incredible rates - lower than going directly through the hotel! Nightly Rates fluctuate depending on season and occupancy. Let us know how many are in your party and we can give you a proper quote. Our Presidential Suite is a combination of a Junior Suite and an Executive Suite ( sleeps 2-10 people) (approximately 1500 sq. ft.) Too big for just two of you? We can lock off one of the bedrooms to make smaller/cozier quarters. Both rooms do have two double beds and private bathrooms. We have combined our EXECUTIVE SUITE and the JUNIOR SUITE to accommodate large families and friends traveling together and have a spacious magnificent PRESIDENTIAL SUITE .. The Presidential Suite is LOCATED on the FIRST FLOOR in a beautiful garden with easy and private access directly from the patios to the pool, hotel activities and the beach. The suite is not an ocean view suite, but is just steps from the beach. The suite comes with air conditioning, televisions with satellite reception, telephones, linens, cookware, iron, blow dryer and every convenience expected from a luxury hotel suite. Daily maid service is provided for free. Beautiful Pueblo Bonito Rose is a fabulous luxury resort and spa on Medano Beach with a spectacular view of the famous El Arco in Cabo San Lucas. Just a short walk to town and the marina, no need for taxis back and forth, for great restaurants, nightclubs, shops, sightseeing and entertainment. Ideal for families. Activities include (on site or nearby): hiking, biking, golf, tennis, fitness center(fee), fishing, horseback riding, shopping, restaurants, cinemas, sightseeing, swimming, snorkeling/diving, sailing, para-sailing, jet-skiing, and more. Rose also has an on site top-rated European Health Spa and Fitness Center that is fully staffed and provides a total fitness experience with state of the art equipment, expert trainers, and professional masseuses pamper you in a style. We all loved our vacation at Pueblo Rose. Kristen was an amazing host, made the process very easy and professional. The rooms were perfect, located downstairs, easy access to the pool and the beach. I will definelly come back to Pueblo Rose, unites 1032 and 1033 :))

We joined family and friends at the Pueblo Bonito Rose property last week. We are a family of 5 and needed more space than the resort offered in one room. We searched several properties on VRBO and another rental site and thankfully found Leanne and Kirsten’s place. The pull out sofa was perfect for my 10yr old. The mattress is firm and No springs! There was easily room for another small to medium sized child or teen on the sofa bed. Kitchen had all we needed as we prepared breakfast most mornings (Walmart Is just down the road. The door between the suites is locked so we had to get to our teen and young adult sons via the patio and sliding doors but no big deal. I never asked about opening those doors so not sure if that’s possible or not. My only “complaint” if we can call it that is the two double beds in the master. Would have preferred a King bed setup. Great having 3 bathrooms between these two suites. Really, just overall great time and super awesome communication with the owners. The garden view from the room was perfect for watching the tropical birds and a few iguana eating the tropical flowers on the patio. A/C works great. Room service was daily and housekeeping staff very friendly! We used the in room safe for passports and iPads etc just to be on the safe side. But zero issues and our whole trip was effortless!! Thanks Leann and Kirsten for hosting us and for having such a great little hideaway suite in Cabo!!!!

Perfect getaway
This place was excellent and exactly what we were looking for. Leanne was an excellent host, who made the process of renting her place easy. My wife and I have been to Cabo 3 times now and every time we stay at the Rosè. If we happen to make it out there a 4th time, I will definitely be looking up Leanne to see if her place is available. Thank you for being such a great host, and allowing us the opportunity to stay in your beautiful room!

Location excellent and the patio!
We had both rooms, plenty of space for six of us and loved the location and patio. The resort is aging yet very clean and lovely mature gardens. We did not have the all inclusive and could walk to many restaurants. Beach and view terrific!

The property was beautiful. Our suites were on the 1st floor with a great view and privacy. We all enjoyed the view, food & staff. We would definitely stay there again. The owners provided personal information about their favorite places to go and eat in Cabo. We had a wonderful time.

The Best Weekend Made Better By an Incredible Place to Stay
I couldn't have better things to say about Leanne and this property. Everything went smoothly with the hotel and check-in. The rooms were the perfect amount of space for our group. The outdoor patio area/hot tub was so nice to have. We loved having easy access to the room by being on the ground floor, but still having privacy with the garden enclosure.
Can't say enough amazing things about this property. We will definitely be back to stay there again!

Best Place to Celebrate with the Girls!
We were a large group of women celebrating and our accommodations could not have been more perfect and so spacious. We loved the ground floor setting with our own private jacuzzi on the patio. It was so easy to go out to the pool and beach directly from our patio. Some of us in our group are young mothers and we all agreed this was also the perfect setting to bring our families. Leanne was such a delight to work with. She never tired of our countless questions and she even answered an email while she was traveling abroad when we had yet one more question. Our group has already booked for a reunion next year - this time for a longer stay!

We booked a room on the first floor at Pueblo Bonito Rose on February 22nd for 4 nights. When we checked in the property, it was already occupied and the hotel put us in a different room until we could figure things out. The hotel told us that they would pay for food and drinks if we stayed where we were and not to contact the owners. It was pretty late in the evening at this point so we stayed in the room since it was a long day of traveling with two small kids. The room the hotel gave us was not as nice as the one we booked with Leanne. The next morning, I didn't feel like it was right that the owner didn't know what was going on. Leanne was out of the country so I told her daughter. Her daughter was very thankful that we told them the hotel was renting out their room without them knowing about it. Once the hotel found out that we contacted the owners, they took away our free food and drinks. I was upset the hotel had done this but still felt it was the right thing to do to tell the owners the truth. Leanne's daughter said she could put us up in their penthouse at Pueblo Bonito Blanco. We went to the penthouse later that evening but no one was there to give us a key. We waited for a while but I had a sick child and couldn't keep waiting. We stayed at Rose again and the next morning I spoke to her daughter who said they would refund us our money since we weren't able to stay in their room. I said that was fine and wanted to finally enjoy our vacation. Once we got back home, Leanne's daughter informs us that they will only refund us half the money since the hotel paid for our food and drinks. I told her that wasn't true and we got food and drinks taken away from us because we were honest with her when we didn't need to be. I had again explained to her that she gave us her word that we would have our money refunded and didn't think it was right to go back on it. She informed me that it was an inconvenience and she and her family felt half the money was appropriate. How can you not refund someone their money when they never stayed at your property. I'm appalled how horribly they handled the situation. What should have been a fun, relaxing vacation ended up being anything but that. Between going back and forth with the hotel and the owner I really couldn't fully relax. So much for being honest and trying to do the right thing.

Spring Break at PB Rose
This was a great vacation. Everything was perfect from beginning to end. We got so lucky. Sometimes VRBO sounds wonderful and it turns out not as wonderful. This is clean and safe and the housekeeping comes regularly and furnishes plenty of towels. Lots of hot water and great shower and bath and great A/C. There is a small grocery/deli on premises and they have everything you need or forgot at the grocery. All the things with a hotel and much more. There were three of us and we really enjoyed the extra room. The location on the beach, in the city, and in the hotel was convenient and easy. Easy in and easy out. All was handled professionally and quickly. Leanne and Kirsten's recommendations exceeded our expectations. Look forward to returning soon. Thank you for sharing your place Leanne and Kirsten.

Great stay at Bonito Rose
I loved Leanne's fabulous first floor unit at Pueblo Bonito Rose. She was so easy to book and work with that compared to my friends who booked thru the hotel at the same time I had a much more pleasant experience. She replied so quickly to any questions that I had and really made things easy. The location is so ideal for coming and going and it is a great, clean and well put together unit. I look forward to booking with Leanne again.....hopefully in the near future !!!!

This was our first trip to Cabo and we loved every minute. Leanne was a pleasure to work with. She provided us with great information about transportation, the resort and down town. Great weekend getaway
Highly recommend this place! Leanne was responsive and easy to work with. Would definitely stay here again. It worked perfect since I had a big group of 8-9 girls flying in different days. A 10 minute walk into town but far enough to get some relaxation in.

We had the BEST time
We just returned from Cabo for my bachelorette party and could not have had a better place to stay than Leanne's executive/junior suite combo. It fit all 10 of us very comfortably and was in the PERFECT location. The private hot tub was a bonus too :) We all had so much fun and were very happy with the accommodations and all of the staff at the Rose. I may have cried when we left :) Highly recommend staying here!
