* 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath garden view unit located on the second floor. * Living room is furnished in rattan pieces and has a sofa-bed and an entertainment center with TV/DVD/VCR and CD stereo system. * Master bedroom has a king size bed and TV. * Second bedroom has two twin beds. * Free Wireless internet. * Second floor unit accessible by elevator. * HI ID #TA-209-024-8192-01/ STVR-19-366866 **The Vista Waikoloa Association has scheduled a re-tiling project on the lanai of all Vista units. Work has begun and during certain phases of the project, construction noise may be audible. ***The Vista Waikoloa will begin exterior painting of all buildings starting June 17, 2024. It is estimated to take approximately 3 weeks for each building to be completed, however, timelines listed below may change due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Here is the current painting schedule: Building D: June 17 to July 5, 2024 Building E: July 8 to July 26, 2024 Building F: July 29 to August 16, 2024 Building G: August 19 to September 6, 2024 Building A: September 9 to September 27, 2024 Building B: September 30 to October 18, 2024 Building C: October 21 to November 8, 2024 Common area buildings: November 11 to November 29, 2024

Much of the decor could use some updating - it kind of reminded me of my grandparents old house (even had a VHS) - but I won't deduct any points for that, it is a beautiful place. There are some shops and restaurants in the complex and even a movie theater (if anyone comes to Hawaii to go to the movies.) There is a beach there too. Water isn't too clear, but it was clear enough on the far end to do some snorkeling, I saw some fish and a sea turtle there. It wasn't too crowded (in early Nov) and there were plenty of complementary lounge chairs on the beach. There is also a supermarket nearby. We tried to go to the beach at the nearby Mauna Kea resort (I read it was the best beach around) but couldn't get in - get there before 8 if you go because there is very limited public parking.

This condo is in the heart of Waikola Beach area, between a Hilton and a Marriott. It's not brand new, but was comfortable quiet and perfectly located.

This was a wonderful property for our group of 5 adults. Everything was as described, very comfortable beds, the property was clean, there was great water pressure and an incredible patio that we spent a lot of time at. I'm hopeful the property will be available the next time we travel to the Big Island! Thank you!

We stayed on Vista Waikoloa ( family with 3 kids) for 10 days. It's great place to spend your vacation. We loved that condo had everything that we needed. Kids enjoyed swimming in a pool.
The beautiful sand beach just 2 mins drive ( can walk), and great shopping center is around the corner..
I would recommended that place to everyone!!

Great facility for hosting a mid size group. My only quibble is that a few of the furnishings - coffee maker and dining room chairs - are on their last legs.

Very comfortable place for families
We loved the location and space of this unit. Easy access to pool and BBQ area. Unit was clean and well maintained.
