Property was great, owner was great at communication, easy to get into and out of neighborhood, great quiet location, condo was perfect for our stay. We will be visitiing again in 2024 for a wedding and will definitely book this condo.

We (grandparents) from Mississippi met our Daughter and her family for our grandson to participate in a baseball tournament. The six of us were very comfortable. 2 large screen TV's (living room and loft) meant we could split off for our viewing needs. Every bedroom has a bathroom. The whole place was meticulously clean. The owner - Brian - was very attentive when we had questions. And the price was right. We all enjoyed our time there.

We stayed here last year Memorial day weekend and decided this was our place for the summer of 2023. We booked for Memorial day weekend again and enjoyed every moment of it. There is plenty of space for everyone and the property is well maintained. Brian is a Great host and always is available if issues arise. We have already booked for later this summer. Owner was very accommodating. Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. Very clean and great neighborhood. Was in town for a soccer tournament. Way better option to stay in than getting a hotel.

We had a wonderful time with family. The house was very clean and homey! The kitchen was very well stocked. Brian was an awesome host. He offered great advice on things to do on the area and responded quickly and efficiently to any and all questions we had. I would recommend this property and any others that he owns for a safe, quiet, and comfortable stay. Thanks again Brian we will definitely be back.

It was great. Very roomy and accommodating. Three friends, we each had our own room. Neighborhood was quiet and clean. Beds were comfy and it was just all around a nice place.

This was a great townhome for 2 weeks of baseball. It’s the perfect location for playing at lake point as the field is less than 10 minutes away. Kitchen was nicely stocked with cutlery and pans. Neighborhood was right off the interstate and close to a Walmart for any items/groceries you might need, and there is a buc-ees 20 minutes north!! I would definitely recommend this home!

Great for weekend tournament at LakePoint
If you're looking for a clean and comfortable place to stay in the Cartersville/Emerson area this is a wonderful home. It's located in a quiet neighborhood in Cartersville. You'll have everything you need (and more) for a family stay. The home is nicely furnished... 3 bedrooms with quality linens, 3.5 spacious baths and everything you'd need in the kitchen. It's convenient to LakePoint Sports Complex for weekend tournaments as well as the vibrant downtown area in Cartersville. Brian has done an excellent job creating a very nice place to stay and is easy to work with and quick to respond. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back!

Nice condo
We enjoyed our stay in Cartersville. The condo is large with 3 parking spots including the garage. We had 4 adults and 3 children. Well suited for this many people. Really quiet,clean, and a good value.

We stayed for 3 months and were very comfortable in a clean, roomy town house. Neighborhood was amazingly quiet considering the proximity of neighbors. Location for amenities and shopping and access to the interstate was terrific.

This property was perfect for our volleyball trip to play at the Lakepoint complex. We arrived in the evening and had no problems getting into the unit. It's clean and spacious with plenty of bathrooms and beds. The owner was quick to help with questions we had about the tv. (The remote had gone missing, but he came and found it for us while we were at the tournament!) We had excellent wi-fi and there was plenty of space in the kitchen/ den for us to all eat and hang out. The beds were comfy and the towels were soft.

We stayed at this home for a tournament at Lakepoint. It was nice, clean and organized, so my family felt comfortable here. It was close to Wal-mart, restaurants and shopping, and Lakepoint Sports Complex was just a few exits down I-75. Also, it was a much better option economically than a hotel for our large family that requires two rooms.

Terrific Month Long Stay
Very clean townhouse. Well appointed kitchen - everything we needed. Quiet and comfortable location - easy access to I75 and Atlanta. Close to shopping and restaurants in Cartersville. Owner was wonderful - accommodating, flexible and patient with questions. It was a month long stay - a cozy home. We'll definitely rent again!!
