Situated in Garden Grove, this charming house for $884 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. Stunning and highly upgraded pool home perfect for three families. There are three Cal-King master bedrooms with ensuite. In addition, there are two children's rooms, both with full over full bunk beds, which share the hallway bathroom. The bathrooms have all been beautifully upgraded with travertine/marble floors, custom panel cabinetry, hardware, granite countertops, and custom-designed showers with travertine/marble pattern inlays. All bedrooms have 46' LCD tv with cable tv. The partial open concept kitchen has custom paneled cabinetry, granite countertops, full travertine backsplash, and stainless steel appliances: stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher. The kitchen has plenty of space for prepping, cooking, and entertaining. The dining table seats eight, with additional seating at the countertop bar. Full-size washer and dryer for guest use. The main living room has high-speed wireless internet and cable TV. The couch has a queen sleeper sofa. The rear yard has a beautiful pool, an inground Jacuzzi, outdoor natural gas bbq grill, a patio set, and additional chairs. Through one of the children's rooms, the game room has a pool table and ping pong. There are strollers, high chairs, pack n' play, and booster seats for your infants and toddlers. Laminate hardwood floors run throughout the home. 3/4 mile walk to Disney & 1/2 mile to Anaheim Convention Center. The home has central air and heat. Watch Disney fireworks from the back/front yards. This house SLEEPS 13 in Beds and the MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY is 13 AT ANY TIME (this number is the combined total of overnight guests plus day visitors). Maximum Vehicles 3. No RVs, Trailers, or Commercial Vehicles. Minimum Stay 3 Nights No Outside Music of Any Kind per Anaheim Code No Outside noise between 10 pm and 9 am per city code. You must be inside during this time. Pricing includes a mandatory pool/jacuzzi fee, pool heated to 83, and jacuzzi to 102 *All Major credit cards & debit cards accepted. We are all overjoyed with this property. The convenience in proximity to convention center and Disney were just spectacular. The property was just a it was listed on the website. Pool and spa worked excellent and were a nice thing to have after a long day. The only thing that I would change is the door alarms for the pool. I see them as necessary but they were a nuisance.

The bedroom upfront had a mystery stain on the bed skirt. Looked like blood. We didn’t get under the sheets in the girls bunk room because the sheets were sandy or dirty. The block wall in the back was knocked down and you could see into the neighbors yard which didn’t seem safe for either party. Overall fine house it just needed to be cleaned better and the beds were not comfortable. Most of the king beds sunk into the center of the bed.

The house was great for a big group. Nice pool. However it is not a 3/4 mile walk to Disneyland more like 1.6 miles. If we knew this before already making the reservation, I would have not gone with this house.

The requirement to provide contact info and birthday for each guest staying is over the top and we worried initially regarding a 16 page contract with extremely restrictive rules, violation of which mandated eviction and $2500 fines. I was bringing kids to a house with an outdoor pool and the contract prohibits yelling outside at any time. It seemed like we weren’t going to be able to relax for fear of breaking a rule. I wish the contract had been available to review before I booked a non-refundable stay versus arriving in my inbox the next week. That being said, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is comfortable and clean. The location is perfect. The pool is amazing. We would stay again.

Great rental house! Perfect for the four of us, attending a trade show 1/2 mile away at the Anaheim Convention Center. A well-appointed kitchen made it easy to relax after long days, as did sitting by the beautiful pool.

Wife and I are just wrapping up our stay at this delightful property. We enjoyed it so much we wish we could stay longer. Nothing about the property disappointed, it hit all the high notes. Everything as advertised. Clean and well-maintained. All essentials supplied except for your own groceries. Lots of hot water; excellent showers; super comfortable beds; strong wi-fi; comfortable modern furnishings. Pro tips: Make sure you have the overhead shower light turned on when you step in; the main bathroom light turns off before you’re finished, room could get a little dark while you’re rinsing off lol. Also, the side gate to the garbage and recycling bins is a bit sticky; push hard at the top of the gate. And, need to be mindful of the local city ordinances about noise, the city takes that seriously. Fabulous pool and hot tub: the kids and grandkids spent a whole day poolside and had a blast. Gorgeous landscaping poolside, too, and comfortable patio furniture for us to enjoy while we kicked back and watched the fun. Stores and restaurants and Disney parking a ten minute drive away. Easy half hour walk to Disney main entrance if we had wanted. One very minor maintenance issue, no biggie at all; only mention it to say that Jeff the Maintenance Manager jumped on it and got it fixed right away. LaDonna was pleasant and professional in all our dealings. Easy check in. Check out rules no more demanding than most Verbos our family has used. Highly recommend this property and management

The house is comfortable with plenty of beds for the kids. It takes about 20 minutes to walk from the front door to Disneyland security.
We got confused on a couple details at the house, but the answers to our questions were already listed in the check-in documents. We just needed to read more closely.

As soon as we entered the house, we were all amazed at how beautiful the property is. The setup is perfect for a large group with multiple families. The three main bedrooms all have attached bathrooms and the two bunk rooms have double beds that could easily fit adults. The pool area was sparkling clean and such a great break from days at the parks.
The staff was very communicative - we had a little issue with one of the door alarms but they got back to us quickly to resolve it. There is a lot of paperwork required to rent the property but I do understand why. This is a premium property and if I managed it, I would take pains to protect it as well.
The laws for rentals in Anaheim are strict and you will find the same rules at any house you rent in this area.
I would love to stay here again the next time I visit Anaheim.

This house is perfect for a family gathering. There is plenty of room to spread out and thoughtful extras to make it fun.The pool is wonderful especially after a day at Disneyland. However, this is a corporate listing so expect lots of paperwork and more than one contact person. Be sure to read over all the paperwork carefully to make your stay more enjoyable.

It is an older home that needs some touching up and I know most of the touch ups come from this property being in high demand with lots of renters who have "accidents".

If you are heading to Anaheim, this is a fantastic place to stay. The property was very clean, the check-in process was flawless and they constantly were checking to ensure our stay was going well. The beds were comfortable and the pool /spa was great. This property was 30 minute walk to Disneyland or 5 min Uber. Definitely would book this location again!

June 3-11, 2023 Our family of 4 stayed at the house with another family of 4. Our kids are all 15 and older, so the pool, spa, and game room were a big hit. The adults really loved the spa as well. The location was great for families going to Disney and we could watch the Disney fireworks each night from the house. The house was clean, the beds were comfy, and we had plenty of room for all of us.
There were not really any issues with the house. But we did have trouble finding the pool alarm bypass (it was behind the curtains way up at the top of the door). We called the rental company and they walked us through it. (Pool novices!!) I wish there would have been more plastic cups available in the kitchen for use around the pool. There were plastic cups and dishes for children, but nothing for the older, safety-conscious crowd.
And one really nit-picky thing: there was no ledge or seat of any kind in the 2 master showers. Older travelers like us often have back issues the first few days in a new bed, and it would be nice to have toiletries at standing level in the shower.
All in all, this was a great house in a great location and we had a wonderful time!!

Great property for three couples plus three children. Pool was a hit and foosball/ping pong room was fun. Nice having tv in each room. We walked to Disney but it was a trek to get there—we could have Ubered. Having a stroller provided was a nice benefit.
We would use this property again if we had another family gathering in area.

This was our first time booking a home rather then staying at a hotel. Working in the hotel industry for decades I wasn’t sure what to expect but much to my surprise we all loved it and honestly will definitely do this from now on!! The only suggestion I can make for this property is to get some usb outlets and we did have an injury and we couldn’t find a first aid kit so we had one delivered and left it for the next guests. Other than that, I really can’t express enough how much we loved it!! Thank you so much for the best experience! 👍🌟

We really loved the place. Unfortunately the pool was not heated and the hot tub never got above 92° until halfway through the last day. They had troubles with the heating system so unfortunately we could not use the hot tub which was why we got the place! Everything else worked great and the kitchen provided what we needed for our family to make meals. The garage was cold so we were not able to play any of the games in the garage. It would be nice if there was a space heater in there for the winter! So that you could use the game room as well! I really liked the place and so did my family. Unfortunately are complaint was the hot tub and how we could not use it as a family! After contacting them many times about the hot tub and the people that work on it. They did nothing to get back to me. I had to try to contact them over and over! The customer service was worthless! Three different people and no one can get back to you and no one can take care of you when there is a problem. I would not stay here because you don't know who to contact and then if you contact a person with a problem that's not the person who can solve it. None of the numbers of the people that they gave you can solve anything when there is a problem! Unfortunately I could have stayed anywhere for half the price and not had a a pool or hot tub. This was a real bad first experience with verbo and very sad at their customer service!!!

We traveled with my married children and teen to Disney and we stayed in this beautiful home. We also had one infant. Our only regret was that we didn’t have any down time from the parks to enjoy the home more fully. Beds were comfortable and the en suite bathrooms were so helpful with having multiple people getting ready at the same time. We loved it and would definitely book this home again in the future. We shuttled people back and forth to the parks quickly with our own cars and also Ubered morning and late night for about $8 a ride. Check in and out was easy and communication was also a breeze with the property manager. We were happy with every aspect. Thank you for the best stay!

We spent Christmas at this home and it was great being able to swim and play games as a family. They had a Christmas tree which was a nice surprise. We took a short Uber to Disney and back each day. I would recommend this for anyone with a family that wants to be close to Disney but be able to also cook and swim on some down time.

3 couples and 4 kids (10-15yrs) stayed here. The three bedrooms with king sized beds and their own full baths was perfect for giving all adults their own space. The kids had plenty of space between the two sets of bunk beds. The pool is larger than it looks in the pictures and also deeper than expected. Very fun for older kids and adults. You have to get your mind ready for all of the rental property ordinances required by the city of Anaheim, but they would be the same at any rental house. We are not late night parties so the night time noise quiet hours were not difficult for us. Would definitely stay there again for the bedroom / bathroom layout, close proximity to Disneyland and the swimming pool.

We stayed at this lovely home for 3 nights for our trip to Disneyland. The pool and hot tub was the nightlight of our stay. The kids even wanted to leave the Disney Parks early to get more swimming in! It is absolutely stunning back there and the temp of the pool was amazing being in November. We traveled with three couples and 4 kids so it was extremely nice having 3 master bedrooms and the kids bunk rooms. The only thing I would say at all, is it would be nice if there was some cleaner/sanitizer available because we had a little one get a tummy bug and puke a few times. Maybe there was, but I couldn’t find it anywhere. This place is lovely though and the pictures don’t even do it justice. Communication with the owners was good and we would definitely stay again 😊 thank you!!
