This stunning house puts all of these areas within reach. Points West is surrounded by the tranquility of the Deschutes River with the river trailhead not far from your door. With 4 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms- all suites include full baths and over 2000 square feet of space to stretch out in, Point West can easily accommodate up to 9 guests. Have a well-behaved pet? We allow pets at pet friendly homes only with prior approval and a $15/night/pet, pet fee. Pets are not permitted on the bedding or furniture and must never be left at the home alone unless they are crated/kenneled. They are welcome too! The architectural layout is cozy, yet up to date as this home has an open floor plan with high ceilings, contemporary furnishings, and lots of windows throughout. There are high definition flat screen TV's, a gas fireplace, gorgeous hardwood floors, a fully-stocked kitchen with brand stainless steel appliances, and a large dining table for six. Enjoy outside living "Bend style" while you and your friends cook out on the gas grill, have dinner on the patio surrounded by native landscaping and the sounds of bubbling water from the brook below. This home proudly features super comfy beds with European style bedding with fresh, clean duvet covers, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, and gas range, washer dryer, cable, dvd, wireless internet, and much more for you to discover! The Inn at Seventh Mountain is a beautiful setting, just outside of the business of town. The home is wonderfully located within the resort, next to a bubbling creek, relaxing to hear while on the back patio and sleeping! Great house plan with each bedroom having their own full bathroom. Comfortable beds and check in and out process was seamless. Would definitely rent again!

We celebrated my husbands 50th with friends and family at this beautiful townhome. It was the perfect setting - close to mountain bike and walking trails, Uber ride to downtown bend to shop and hit the beer trail, as well as a peaceful setting with a waterfall and wildlife surrounding the backyard setting. House was comfortable and inviting. We miss it already!

Our 8 adults were extremely pleased with this clean, spacious unit, each couple having their own ensuite bathroom. The location was ideal for us to explore Bend, as we were all cyclists, with plenty of room for the bicycles in the garage. We definitely plan on coming back here

Loved the location of this property. Close to everything in Bend. Excellent layout. We appreciated the full bathrooms in each of the 4 bedrooms. Had a problem with one of the showers draining. We emailed the management company, who replied promptly. An employee was at our property in under a hour to fix it. Their service was impeccable!

The place was great. Really big house. Huge rooms which we loved. Kitchen stocked good.
Could provide larger coffee cups. The furniture was not comfortable at all. Could use new ones.
The beds were great and that is more important than anything. We loved the area and will stay again on our next trip to Bend. The fire place really kept the room warm. House was very easy to heat. We had some snow everyday, but we were nice and warm.
We just had a great time. One of the best houses ever and we have been making these trips for over 30 years.

Loved staying at this place. Sleeps 8 beautifully. Was great to have a bathroom for each bedroom! All the rooms were clean and nicely appointed. The kitchen was well stocked with all you need including coffee, beans, a grinder! Two car garage was wonderful.

I'll start by saying I can't wait to stay here again. The home is in great condition and fully stocked, and it's in the most amazing location we could have asked for. Just down the street are trails you can take for miles along the river, we never needed to drive to any trailheads, we just needed to walk a few minutes and we were in endless amounts of nature. Going to Mt Bachelor was a breeze. No roundabout traffic to deal with, since you're already on Century, and about 20 minutes from the lifts. Most days I was on a lift within 30 minutes of leaving the garage. And grocery stores, cafes, and restaurants are all within 15 minutes away. So everything was super convenient. The internet was fast as well, so we got in plenty of work during the times we weren't out adventuring.
It was a great stay, and we can't wait to come again.

Place was clean and well stocked. Everything we needed was there and accessible to us - they had soaps and shampoos in all bathrooms. The kitchen had everything we could need. Great neighborhood and easy to get to Bachelor. Someone before us clearly spent Christmas there so recycling and trash were totally full, otherwise an easy stay.

We rented two houses close to one another for five families. Worked out great. Each bedroom has a private bath. Open kitchen and living space. Walkable to 7th Mountain and Deschutes River Trail. Would definitely stay here again.

This spacious home was comfortable and the perfect place for our family to stay. We loved the accommodations--the gas fireplace, bathrooms in each room, a two car garage available to use. It was a great place to stay during our visit in Bend

We really enjoyed our stay. The arrived staff was very responsive. When we needed extra kitchen towels, they brought them. The one thing that I will say is that the kitchen, tools and utensils, etc. could have been better. For the number of people, the house sleeps, we found there weren’t enough glasses. There were only two oven mitts/hot pads and one of them had burn holes in it so you had to be careful when you got something out of the oven. however, these things are relatively minor, and I would definitely stay here again.

The curtain on large window in living room was in the up position and could not be lowered. The air conditioner cycled every 15 seconds and the upper floor never cooled down. No Kleenex in the home. The door on the dishwasher was broke. No garbage can in the bathroom. The worst mattress in the master bedroom you can buy. Terrible lighting in complete home. Basically an old home at 5 star resort and price.

4 star for the house...3-star for Missing a few details...the gate code for the neighborhood was not on the final check-in instructions. Took 30 minutes to reach someone at Arrived / Points West to get the code. Long hairs on the bathroom sink. Garbage & recycle bins completely full upon our arrival. No propane tank for the BBQ? Back patio furniture consisted of two chairs and a small toddler table. Someone accessed the house and garage during our stay? Came home to find all of the patio furniture piled in the corner outside and items in the garage had been moved?

It took us a good 45 minutes to get that straightened out. Lights were not working in several areas and on the front porch, which was hazardous at night. There was a dirty load of dish towels in the washing machine and someone’s belongings in the dryer! Made me think the home hadn’t been cleaned by the housekeeper we paid for. Other than those glitches, the house was lovely.

Excellent home very close to the mountain and town and nature
Very nice home with a great location. Accommodated our group nicely. Close to town, hikes, river, and a straight short shot up the mountain fir five days of skiing! I will definitely be coming back!

We had such an amazing time in Bend. The property pictures do it no justice. The comfort and ease of access to the home were great. My husband and our boys had a blast at Mt. Bachelor. We will definitely be back.
