Sink into the sofa with a mug of cocoa and enjoy a good book by the fire or a great family movie. The chef in your group will appreciate the beautiful, light-filled kitchen, which is fully equipped for cooking your group's favorite meals. There's also a gas barbecue on the deck, so you can sear some steaks and take in the beautiful views and fresh sea air. With three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and one half-bath, this home has plenty of room. Get a good night's sleep in the master bedroom, which features a handsome king-size bed and a lovely full bathroom. The other two bedrooms are located on the home's ground floor. One has a queen bed and the other features a full-size bunk bed with an additional full-size trundle underneath. You'll find a TV in every bedroom, and all of the bathrooms in the house are nicely finished and up-to-date. The home includes a washer and dryer and WiFi for you convenience. Up to two family dogs are welcome too, as long as they're under 25 lbs. An additional nightly fee will apply. Three parking spaces are available. The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The home was what we expected from the description. The home was very clean had a lot of the necessities, the kitchen was well stocked and labeled. Plenty of places for people to sit, signing into the TV, using our personal accounts worked well and it signed us out after we were done. Really love the five minute walk to the beach didn’t have to drive there and essentially located in Lincoln City which is also very helpful. Having a digital entry was handy not having to worry about keys. We had small dogs and there was a little grassy area off the side we could take them out. Pets were comfy and clean.

Overall the house was very clean, and very accurate to the description. The hot tub was great! There is a water ring around the waterline like it needs to be rinsed out, but the jets were clean and once it’s dark you don’t even notice. Each room has its own thermostat so it’s really nice if your party likes different room temps. There was not enough living room seating for the whole party, and it was uncomfortable but overall it was a very nice stay, especially for Christmas.

First the bad: The home and especially the hot tub were dirty upon our arrival. Not a great first impression. Three garbage bags for an entire week stay. The garage has a very strong odor. And the bedroom TVs are pathetic when you consider how cheap bigger, new units are these days. Other than those things, the place is fine and certainly a decent value given its amazing location so close to beach access points.

The description and bed set up were not accurate. There was no queen bed at all. The furniture in the living room was cheap, low to the ground and super uncomfortable. Having to park one car in the garage was a bit inconvenient since it's a very small garage and made unloading very difficult. Was not a big fan of the upstairs being the main area with kitchen and living room. It required all of the food and groceries we had for Thanksgiving to be carried upstairs. There was not anywhere near enough paper towels, or toilet paper. Check out being 10 a.m. on the day after Thanksgiving was highly inconvenient. When we called to request a bit later we were told absolutely not and that we would be charged if any later than 10 a.m. I have stayed with Sea Gypsy Rentals, Surftides Plaza Rentals, and D Sands Rentals and their check out is 11 a.m. year round and are much more lenient on later check outs when needed. Vacasa should do better with that.

The house was very clean and has a well equipped kitchen. There is a nice fire pit we did not use but as a heads up bring a fire log and maybe roasting sticks if you plan s’mores. We did have a problem getting online. We were able to get in contact with Vacasa after hours. They reviewed troubleshooting ideas. Which didn’t work and they followed up by calling the local isp and calling us the next morning. After isp reported they had rebooted on their end and we rebooted on our end we were still without internet so Vacasa rep came over to troubleshoot more. Apparently the last group had disconnected the modem. This all above my tech skills but I did have two gamers in my group and it was an important part of their getting away. In the end Vacasa had everything squared away.

This house was amazing! It is stocked with everything you need including games and puzzles and is very well kept. The beach is only a 5 minute walk from the front door! We had an awesome time and will definitely be staying again!

It was good I loved the beds they were comfy the back yard where the hot tub is looks nothing like the picture dead sticks and branches every where made me wish I picked a different house especially with how much I spent !! The garage door knob was really loose and not every thing was clean unfortunately but besides that house was nice and comfy

It was fine. Basic house, for the price. Only bad thing was the door lock getting into the house. It was horrible!!!! If my boyfriend wasn’t there to get us in, I don’t know what we would do. I’m not kidding, change the lock so people can actually get into the house. It’s crazy!

We had a family of 7 sleep in the house comfortably. There were a few minor issues...The trees in the back yard are very overgrown. The instructions for the hot tub said to rinse off in the outside shower but it was not working while we stayed. The closest faucet was around the corner under a bush in the mud. I was hoping that the beach would be within walking distance but it was about 3-4 blocks away so we drove every time. The nice part was that there was beach access that you could drive onto. The house was clean and there were even some board games that my kids had fun playing. We enjoyed our stay but I do not think I would stay in this particular house again.

Loved to 2 bedrooms downstairs and the master upstairs giving you some privacy. However this was my 3rd time staying at this house and the same issues are still there being the downstairs full bathroom toilet being completely unsuable the whole duration of the trip. Toilet did not flush at all but would fill up to the top causing you to have to plunge it everytime you use it so we just never used after the first try. The front door lock is a pain. You have to stand there and play with it for 5 minutes to just lock and unlock it. They could use some new couches as well. Other than that it was ok. But i definitely won't be back for a 4th try at this house being all these problems of claimed to have been fixed and they havent.

It was a nice basic beach house with a hot tub. There were some issues with the key constantly getting stuck in the door and the downstairs toilet was completely unusable. Other than that it was perfect for what we needed. The location is great and close to everything plus it’s an easy walk to the beach. Overall, a very cute home for a weekend get away.

The house was great but the location to the ocean was not what the pictures showed on the web site. This is really in a residential neighborhood near the beach.

Property was nice but house was not clean. Dishes that were put away were dirty, carpet in stairs smelled, there were small piles of sand in different areas of house, throw blanket on couch was full of dog hair, etc. A little cleaning goes a long way! Whoever cleans property needs to do a better job!
