Located in Laguna Beach, this attractive house for $407 per night is a great option for your next vacation. Ready to relax? Come and enjoy our beach house. This home sits on a Lake and is located directly across the street from the beach. You will have fantastic beach and ocean views, as well as lake views. Relax on any of the 3 outside porches and decks. You will be sitting on the beach in minutes since the beach is only steps from the home. Enjoy watching the wildlife on the lake, or fall asleep to the sounds of crashing waves. Shopping, restaurants and entertainment are just a short drive away. (Pier Park is less than 4 miles from the house.) Inside the home... This immaculate home has 3 bedrooms, and 3 full baths, all of which are tastefully decorated. Master bedroom has a King size Bed with a view of the ocean, the second bedroom has a queen size bed with a lake view, and the bunk room sleeps 4 in the oversize bunk beds. In addition we have a Air mattress available to set up in the living room. (If using the air mattress, you will need to bring bedding. Linens are provided for all other beds.) All bedrooms have flat screen Roku smart TV’s and ceiling fans. The kitchen is very well equipped, and with an open floor plan, you can be a part of the conversation when you prepare meals. The living room offers 2 full couches, a lounging chair, a flat screen Roku TV, and DVD player. To help you stay connected, high speed wifi is provided. Step out onto the deck and enjoy a relaxing morning watching the ducks swim in the lake, or maybe even see some dolphin playing in the ocean. Outside the home... This home is located on a small lake and is directly across from the beach. You can relax on any of the 3 porches which have both ocean and lake views. Dine at the outdoor table, or swing in the hammock while you enjoy the ocean breeze. There is plenty of outside parking, (garage is used for owner storage) When you are ready for a snack, Thomas Donut and snack shop is just a short walk or drive away ( only half a mile). Location... The home is on the quiet west end of Panama City Beach, but just a short drive to pier park and other shopping and entertainment. The Carousel Super Market is less than half a mile from the house. If you are flying in, the home is only 15 minutes from the new Northwest Florida Beaches INTL Airport. Come and Enjoy! We enjoyed everything about the property. The location was perfectly outside the hustle of PCB but close enough if we want to travel in. Check-in and check-out was simple and easy. The views from the porch decks can’t be beat. There was enough of space for all 10 of us. We would love to stay again.

House was perfect for my wife, kids and parents. The location was perfect, the beach is steps away and no crowds. Couldnt have asked for a better home for our trip. We stay for 6 nights and had no issues. The owner was very quick to respond to any questions and was very helpful throughout the whole process. We would love to come back!

The property is even more beautiful in person. Perfect for couples or a group. Very spacious with beautiful views of the beach or lake in every room. Celebrated 20 years of marriage and I am sooo happy we chose this home. We hope to return in the future! Amy is very responsive and helpful...the Perfect Host!

We had a wonderful time on my sons springbreak with our family. The house has amazing views and the location was perfect. Out of the crowd but still close enough to entertainment when your looking for something other than beach days. Will definitely rent from again in the future.

This place is perfect! The house is beautiful and the view is amazing, the sound of the small water fall from the lake beside the house is so peaceful from the deck. Perfect location to food and entertainment but at the same time it’s just far enough away for some peaceful days. The beach view is perfect and easy to access across the street. Will stay again and again!

This house was perfect for us. We loved the location and the views were incredible. Each day it was like having our own private beach due to their being no houses in front, behind or beside us to the right. This kept the beach very private. We loved it and will be back!

This home was perfect for our family of six. Beds were very comfortable, plenty of room, well-supplied kitchen to prepare meals, lots of beach chairs and convenient to Publix, The Carousel and Thomas Donuts. When each day begins and ends with beautiful beach views, it is a perfect vacation. We would definitely choose this rental again.

This our 4th time spending the worst part of the Wisconsin winter at Shoemakers. The house is clean, the beds are good, and the views of the Gulf of Mexico across the street are spectacular. Nice neighborhood, close enough to what you want to do but not too busy. Highly recommend this property.

This was a great house that I wouldn’t hesitate to stay at again. The beach is so close, easy to get to, and uncrowded. I love that it’s on the outskirts of Panama City, yet has everything you’d need nearby. My husband, our two young kids and I all shared the bunk room, while two other couples took the other bedrooms. We were very comfortable and had a great time.

This property was exactly what we needed when we knew we needed some beach therapy!! The house was amazing! The views were amazing! The price was amazing! And you can tell the owners are amazing! Couldn’t have asked for a better trip! More than likely this will be our go spot on the Emerald Coast! Thank you Shoemaker’s for allowing us to enjoy your Oasis!

Everything was wonderful as expected. Owner was very responsive to any questions I had. Being across the street from the beach was not an issue even with our little ones. We crossed easily each time. Panama City was super crowded this week... but our little area of beach was peaceful and much calmer! As others have stated there is a grocery store nearby that had anything we needed. The ocean views from the balcony are lovely. We slept great in the beds and enjoyed our week!! Thanks for a great vacation!
