While offering plenty of space and privacy, it is located a quick walk to Fort Rock Park. Take a bike ride anywhere in Sunriver on one of the 6 adult bikes provided with this vacation rental house. On the main level you'll find the open and free-flowing floor plan and furniture arrangement allow for separate gathering areas to accommodate different activities. The comfortable, open living area has vaulted ceilings, natural cedar, and a stone fireplace encouraging warm gatherings. The home has a fully equipped kitchen with all the modern conveniences, including a kitchen table that comfortably sits 12. 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms complete this level. Bedroom one has a king bed, flat screen TV and a private bathroom. Bedrooms two and three both have queen beds. Head upstairs to the loft to find 6 cozy twin beds, a bathroom and a game area that may also be used as an office – it comes complete with a new desk. Cozy up to the fireplace, enjoy a private hot tub under the stars, and entertain your friends and family on the large back deck with an outdoor grill. Other amenities include flat screen high definition televisions, DVD, WiFi, washer/dryer, and dishwasher. This cabin style home will provide a relaxing and truly unforgettable vacation experience. We enjoyed how close the property was to the village. Plenty of beds for all the kids. The hot tub was a nice feature.

We had 3 families that met here for a short vacation. This was a great house for all of us, especially the kids. The house was well stocked and very comfortable. I would stay here again for sure 😁

Very spacious for our party of 10. Our teenage girls loved the loft and sky lights! Kitchen had everything we needed to make our meals! Cozy feel, we felt right at home! 100 recommend!

I never leave reviews, but this one was definitely worth leaving one! The house was exactly as pictured & described on the ad! We walked in & immediately felt right at home! It was cozy & comfortable! It was absolutely perfect for our large family & all the amenities were perfect for what we needed to enjoy our stay! We will definitely be staying here again!

I had my family of 5 and wife's sisters family of 6 stay here. The kids loved all the beds upstairs and all the places to play or color or just hang out. Very much enjoyed the hot tub after the events we were there for (dancing)
Any questions we asked were answered almost immediately.

Overall, the property was fine. I was very impressed with the management company as they were able to address a couple of minor issues very quickly. The deck in the back needs some work though as some screw heads are poking up above the wood.

Great location to ride bikes into town. Enough room for our large family(6 adults, 6 kids) with 3 bedrooms downstairs and 6 beds upstairs for the kids! Our only thought would be to have a better organized kitchen. Over all it was a great stay and the rental company was very easy to work with.

This was our second time at the property, and yet again it was a great place to have a winter vacation. Loved the upstairs area (for kids sleeping/playing) and the cozy downstairs area with the fireplace for the adults.

Great house fir families. Loved the loft beds and hot tub! Lots of eating room. Lamp in king bed room was broken on arrival. Carpets could use a cleaning. Furnace was really loud. More forks needed. We really liked our stay. Great location.

March 2020 Stay
Our family had a wonderful stay, updated bathrooms, lots of wood provided. Any issues quickly resolved and nothing major. Bennington was very helpful through the whole process from the first phone call with Colette in booking to all the calls along the way during this precarious time, our family was able to come relax together in a wonderful home that we knew was clean and sanitized before our arrival. Plenty of dishes, towels, extra bedding and storage space in a rustic charming cabin. Only downfall is most of the plug ins need replaced as they are loose but I believe they are renovating and it was a very small inconvenience. The local bike rental even came and picked up a bike and trailer we had rented so that we did not have to go out.

Cabin-like Sunriver home
We had a great stay in Sunriver and the house is in a good location. The home worked really well for accommodating 2 families with varying ages of kids (from littles to teenagers). The house is a little outdated, carpets a little grubby and the water system is so loud that every flushed toilet can be heard throughout the lower bedrooms. Not as well stocked in the kitchen as others we have stayed in. Overall, it’s pretty much what we expected due to last-minute booking.

March 2018 Stay
Lovely cabin home. Plenty of beds, great large windows. The upper loft was a dream for the kids! The only drawback was the living room TV. When we gathered around as a family, in the evening to watch the Final Four the TV was way too small, like watching a computer monitor. But that’s our only complaint. The hot tub was also great!!

We had a wonderful stay! Plenty of room for everyone, clean, well stocked kitchen in terms of pots, pans, dish ware. Beautiful setting and the kids loved to hot tub! We’ll be back!

This was our first time renting a house in SunRiver. The house was as billed by Bennington Properties. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and appliances. The upstairs loft worked great for our 6 kids and the three downstairs bedrooms were just right for the 6 adults. The location of the house was fine - it was about a five minute drive to the SunRiver Village and SHARC. Bennington Properties was very responsive anytime we had issues. The only drawback was that there was so much snow that it made getting to the hot tub on the back deck difficult - the shoveled path was very icy and we had to put down alot of cinder to keep from slipping. That issue aside, we would rent this property again.

Our stay at this property was absolutely wonderful. The weather was very cold, but the home was toasty warm and comfortable. I loved that they provided wood for the woodstove, and it was stored indoors so it was very easy to keep the fire going. Also the furniture was very comfortable, and we loved all the dishes, equipment, etc. in the kitchen. The home had a very convenient layout which was great for our family. I highly recommend this property and Bennington Properties!

We had four families staying at Indian 17 and had plenty of room. It was my birthday weekend and to my surprise a nice bottle of wine was waiting for me when we arrived along with a note wishing me a happy birthday. The kitchen is well equipped. The storage garage was quite small so we just stored our bikes in the jacuzzi area. The jacuzzi was just wonderful and we used it several times. The staff at Bennington was extremely helpful and very much appreciated. The weather was a bit of a downer but we made the best of it, jumping in and out of Shark or on our bikes between thunder showers. All in all we had a great time.
