THIS PROPERTY REQUIRES 7 NIGHT STAYS DURING PRIME SUMMER MONTHS **PETS PROHIBITED** NEWLY UPDATED in Fall 2023! Updates include: New flooring throughout, new custom-made couch cushions, new kitchen supplies, new stainless refrigerator, new dishwasher, new lamps with USB ports, new mattresses and / or mattress toppers, new armoire in master bedroom, new linens and new dresser in bunk room. Great location! The unit overlooks the lawn area with a view of the lake from the living room and master bedroom. Lots of windows, deck furniture, new gas grill, access to beautiful pool, tennis courts, and private sandy beach. Wood burning fireplace, TV/DVD and CD/Cassette player. Fully equipped kitchen including Keurig coffee maker and dining room on main level. Bedroom with Queen and bath on main level. 3 bedrooms upstairs: master with King, TV/DVD/VHS, desk and leather couch; second room with Queen; third room with timber bunk beds and a full bed, plus TV/VHS. Laundry and full bath upstairs. No smoking please! HOA amenities include: seasonal access to pool, tennis courts, sandy beach and pier. Bedrooms; Bedroom 1 - Downstairs, Queen Bed Bedroom 2 - Upstairs, Full Bed and Twin Bunk Bed Bedroom 3 - Upstairs, Queen Bed Bedroom 4 - Upstairs Master, King Bed Must be at least 25 years old to rent. Our properties do not have air conditioning. BBQs are not provided during winter months (November to Memorial Day) CHAINS OR SNOW TIRES ARE OFTEN REQUIRED IN WINTER. PLEASE BE SURE TO READ OUR WINTER DISCLOSURE, PROVIDED WITH A RENTAL CONTRACT ONCE A RESERVATION IS MADE. ON MARCH 11TH 2022, THE COUNTY OF PLACER IMPLEMENTED A NEW SHORT TERM RENTAL ORDINANCE WHICH IS VERY IMPORTANT FOR GUESTS TO ABIDE BY. FINES RANGE FROM $1,500- 5,000 AND CAN BE ISSUED TO GUESTS WHO ARE NOT IN COMPLIANCE. A FULL LIST OF RULES IS ATTACHED AS A PHOTO IN THIS LISTING. SOME HIGHLIGHTS INCLUDE: •QUIET HOURS ARE FROM 9PM TO 8AM. NO NOISE SHALL BE HEARD ACROSS PROPERTY LINES. NO OUTDOOR SPEAKERS OR AMPLIFIED SOUND ARE TO BE USED AT ANY TIME. •PARKING IS LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING NUMBER OF SPACES: 2 - STREET PARKING IS PROHIBITED YEAR-ROUND. STR22-6012

We had a great time staying at the townhouse! Talk about comfy beds! Each family member had their own bathroom and raved about the beds. Wonderful living space to all gather! We all used the private beach, played Bocce, pickle ball, and tennis! The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pans, etc. The condo was a little musty smelling but very clean! We will be back for sure!

We spent a long weekend at this condo, with seven adults. The kitchen had everything we needed. The living room had a view through the trees down to the lake. The location was an easy drive into Tahoe city for restaurants her groceries. It was about a 15 minute drive to local ski hills, and there’s a cross country facility just across the highway.We had a great weekend and we go back again.

The location was great for access to Tahoe city restaurants and skiing Tahoe Palisades. The house was roomy and accommodated our group of 6 easily. My only issue had to do with a pair of North Face skiPants left in the master closet where I left themTo dry. They were never recovered from the cleaning crew.

This is a great place - comfortable, clean and quiet. It's close to the lake - amazing views! - and convenient for skiing. The kitchen is well-equipped. The map included with the directions made finding the unit easy. Appreciated that the roads and walkway were cleared each morning. Would recommend!

We had an amazing time. The house was in a great location and was exactly as advertised. The living room was very cozy and the couches were extremely comfortable. Very easy check in and check out policy. I would 100% stay here again.

People in the others homes are very friendly. Boat dock workers are helpful and nice. Some of the items need to be upgraded in the home. Needs a new stove to a long time to cook meals. Better non stick pans. Also upstairs hall bathroom shower didn’t work (no water came on with the knob). Tried using the dvd in family room didn’t work. Used the one from the downstairs bedroom. Everything else was amazing. We will be back again… this time not wait another 8 years!

The property was completely fine for our group of 6 that stayed here for a ski weekend. We absolutely love this community, with its proximity to the lake and access to a private beach, pool and tennis courts. #47 is fine. The whole house really could use a remodel/upgrade, in particular the bathrooms, but it is livable and the location can't be beat for summer visits.
