Open the door to our unit 304. Experience an unforgettable 3rd floor vantage point--offering full panoramic sweeping views of the beach and turquoise Gulf waters of Siesta Key Beach. It's like a dream come true, relaxing the soul. The views are breathtaking! A high 3rd floor gives you a much better beach view as compared to a lower floor or street view. 2. As soon as you enter our condo, Siesta Key Beach looks as if it’s another room in the condo. Take a lot of pictures! Amazing views are waiting for you! 3. Vews of beautiful Siesta Key Beach are also available from the bedroom window. Our unit is one of few units on Beach Road that offer a bedroom view of the Beach and Gulf. Seeing the Beach first thing in the morning is a great way to wake up. 4. Our Condo is beautifully decorated in a nautical theme. It’s very cozy and has a special romantic feel to it. It’s a great place for a couple to celebrate their wedding anniversary. Three are ceiling fans. 5. As owners, we believe with all our hearts in providing.....“Excellence in the Guest Experience”. Our primary focus is making sure our condo is clean and has all the comforts of home for you. We want you to feel as if Siesta Key Beach is like home away from home. 6. We upgraded to Comcast’s Premier TV Package, offering our guests over 180 channels to choose from. 7. Two (2) flat screen TV’s---one in the living room and one in the bedroom. 8. FREE high-speed Internet. A land phone is also available. Coin-operating washers and dryers are located on the same floor as your unit...Just a few steps outside your door. 9. Condo was completely remodeled and refurnished, providing all the modern conveniences of home. We recently replaced the bedroom bed with a brand new firm mattress. Two pull out sofa beds are available—one in the living room and one in the enclosed lanai. 10. Bathroom has recently been renovated. New brightly lit LED lights over the mirror. New sliding shower door and tub refinished. Ceiling painted and floor to ceiling wall tiles throughout the bathroom gives it a relaxing elegance. 11. We added a special Ultra Violet Light to the Air Conditioner. This provides extra clean air to circulate throughout the unit. Great for those who are prone to airborne allergies. 12. The free Siesta Key Beach trolley stops right in front of our condo building. Takes you directly to Siesta Village at no charge. if you want to walk, it takes only about 15 to 20 minutes from our building. 13. From a high vantage point 3rd floor, our enclosed lanai offers unbelievable views of the Gulf waters and Siesta Key Beach. Sit, relax and enjoy your favorite beverage while gazing at the breathtaking views of Siesta Key Beach and turquoise waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Bright red sunsets slowly setting over Siesta Beach and Gulf waters and painting the sky with colors of the rainbow are the most memorable you will have ever witnessed. Have your camera ready. In addition, you have beautiful views of Siesta Beach and Gulf waters from your bedroom window. Very few condo units offer beach views from the bedroom. 14. The kitchen is fully equipped. We even have an Italian cookbook for your convenience. Utensils, toaster, coffee maker, dish washer, garbage disposal, microwave, plates, etc., etc. all are there for your use. 15. We have for your pleasure a beach umbrella, beach chairs, wheeled cart, beach recliners, ice cooler, etc. These items are stored in our own private storage unit located on the same floor as our condo unit. Convenient smart Lock on storage door. 16. The unit is located in a great location of Siesta Key Beach. You are only about ¾ of a mile away from Siesta Village. It's an easy 15 to 20 minute stroll to restaurants, boutique shops, ice cream parlors, souvenirs, etc. 17. Speaking of a great location, our unit is directly straight across the widest part of Siesta Key Beach. Walk straight out, and YOU ARE LESS THAN 50 STEPS AWAY FROM THE WHITE FINE SANDS of Siesta Beach. Because it is wide, it is less crowded than where the entrance to the beach is located. If you prefer the crowds and a more narrow beach, then walk only about ½ mile south. That’s where the entrance to Siesta Beach is located. 18. Our building got a full facelift a few years ago. Over 3 million dollars in renovations. The surrounding grounds are well kept with beautiful flowers and plants. 19. An on-site property manager is available. The manager’s office is located in the ground floor breezeway. The manager assists guests with their needs or answer questions. Our management company is available 24/7 to ensure a worry free stay. 20. Outdoor grilling is available on the building’s patio area, along with tables and the soothing sound of running water of a water fountain. 21. There is an assigned parking spot with a covered carport for your automobile. Brand new parking lot. Access to parking is restricted with a security gate. Gate security code will be given to you. 22. The condo building is located on the corner with a safe walkway to cross the street. Also located on Beach Road, offering easy access to passing free trolley going to Siesta Village. 23. The property is in a great location on Siesta Key. It is located directly across from the North end of city beach. A short walk across the road and down a beach sand path and you are on the beach.
The condo has everything you need for a week’s stay. Everything worked.
Furnishings are a little dated but function well. Wi-Fi worked great. Beach chairs, cart, etc. are available in the dedicated storage closet. We enjoyed breakfast each morning at the front dinning table that overlooks the beach. All in all, you can’t go wrong staying here.
There is a stop for the trolly right on the corner of the property. You can take nearly the full length of the island. Great Location!!!

My husband and I booked this place for our Siesta Key Beach wedding and honeymoon. The location was perfect and the view was amazing. It was everything we hoped it would be. The rental manager was the best and everyone we encountered were so friendly. The condo was clean and cozy. So many special and fun memories were made. We plan on spending our future anniversaries in the same property. Thank younAl and Joanna.

Our condo was clean and comfortable with a beautiful view of ocean from enclosed lanai. The convenient location overlooking the white sand Siesta Beach and the walkable distance (20 minutes for oldies) to village restaurants made this a vacation destination we want to return to.

The location was beautiful. There were a few things that could be improved with the unit. It was outdated, dark, and had a musty faint cigarette smell. I looked at other units in the building while there that were the same price one and were much more updated - same price. It was nice to have the beach wagon, but one of the chairs was falling apart/rusted and should’ve been replaced. There were dirty towels hanging to dry in our closet when we got there and I did have to vacuum and wash the floors on the first night because of a gritty feel. There were remnants of the past renters, I understand leaving sunscreen, but food that has expired should have been thrown out. Overall, it’s a beautiful location but they do charge a huge host fee. And ask you to wash the three beach towels that are in the unit before you leave, if I were to do it again, I would definitely rent in the building but a different unit.

We just returned from a week at this beautiful condo. Al & Joanna made us feel right at home, checking in on occasion, giving us some recommendations. The condo was perfect. The view was great. Location was awesome. Would definitely enjoy staying here again.

We were very disappointed in the overall cleanliness of the condo: the towels were old & smelled. After a couple days, the bathroom had a distinct smell of mold & mildew. Obviously, the cleaning service has not done a thorough cleaning & disinfecting job. The furniture needs updated & cleaned thoroughly.
We found the beach umbrella & chairs to be in very poor condition; rusted & the umbrella not functioning properly.
However, we were pleased with the kitchen & the view & convenient access we had to Siesta Key Beach.
We will not be renting this unit in the future.

Our stay at the Cozy Romantic Siesta Key Beachfront Condo was remarkable. The ocean view from this condo is breathtaking. Everything within the Condo was updated and fully stocked to make you feel at home. There is a washer and dryer steps from the front door (coin operated). From the moment we booked Al and Joanna was communicating with us to make sure we had everything we needed. I couldn't find the iron where they said it was and Al was ready to send me a new one. Then the iron was found all the way in the back of the linen closet. The outside property was well maintained and had gorgeous plants and palm trees. There is a property manager on site most of the time if any issues arise. Val at the front desk was very friendly and informative on locations to visit. If you are coming down to the Siesta Keys, then this is the place to rent. Convenient to all the sites and most importantly just steps to the beach.

Condo was very clean and well equipped with all the kitchen supplies you need and beach supplies. This was our first trip to Siesta Key Beach and won’t be out last. This is our second year staying in 304 and we loved it again. The ocean view when you open up the curtains. The accommodations from Al and Joanna are amazing. This condo has everything you need. It’s cozy and so close to everything. We will definitely be staying here for years to come.

The apartment was wonderful. The owners provided everything to make you feel welcome and need for a stress free vacation down to everything you need for the beach. The location is fantastic, Siesta beach is just across the road and this side of the beach is less crowded. Highly recommend it.

The property was great and the location was fantastic. The bathroom fan is undersized and is causing the bathroom entrance door to swell up and not close properly. There is also some evidence of "mold type substance" on the door and the inside of the vanity.

Its so relaxing to look out your bedroom window or the big lanai window and see the palm trees and bright white sand and turquoise water. Of course our stay was enhanced by having such a lovely place to hang out between walks to the beach and sightseeing around Sarasota. This condo met and exceeded all our expectations for our vacation. We cannot wait to return. The owners, Al & Joanna, contacted us to make sure everything was good and also the property manager checked with us as well. We appreciated the storage unit that held everything you need for the beach! We used the cabanna on windy days as well as the large umbrella to protect us from the sun. There were mats to lay on and chairs to sit on, plus toys for kids! (The only suggestion is the cart we used to take stuff to the beach has seen better days and is in need of replacement soon) This is really a gem for anyone looking for a wonderful place to stay in an absolutey gorgeous location!!!

We loved our stay. The location of this condo is perfect. It's a short walk to the beach and a short walk to The Village in Siesta Key. The condo was big enough for the four of us, and it was just as the pictures show. We had everything we needed and enjoyed cooking on the outdoor grill, which is directly across the street from the condo. The view from the lanai and bedroom were gorgeous. Al and Joanne are the perfect hosts. They responded quickly with any questions I had. We highly recommend this cozy beachfront condo.
