Our location is overwhelmingly beautiful, right on the beach inside the Carillon Beach / Pinnacle Port gated community, composed of expensive Victorian-style beach homes. Our condo is perfect for spending a vacation, honeymoon, anniversary, or having family fun! We offer you a beautiful spot beside the beach at a price that won't destroy your budget, leaving you with plenty of money to dine, shop, and enjoy all the activities available at Panama City Beach and 30A. You'll love our possible two-bedroom unit at a one-bedroom price, complete with a queen-size Murphy bed in the living room that lets down into a comfortable bed. Our beachfront condo has been remodeled and professionally repainted, with all new linens, towels, bedding, and pillows. We've even updated the lighting throughout the condo, and you'll find original artwork by artist Grace Russell throughout, including a beach mural in the upstairs bathroom. When you stay at our condo, you can easily access it by using the elevator or stairs on the ground floor in the central tower at Pinnacle Port and go to the 1st floor. Our condo is A-118. The downstairs bedroom, which looks out onto the beach/gulf, is on the 1st floor, along with the full bathroom. On the 2nd floor, the dining room looks out onto the beach/gulf, and the shaded balcony off the living room has a spectacular view of Carillon Beach and Panama City Beach from Pinnacle Port to Thomas Drive. The balcony has a table and chairs if you enjoy outside dining. At Pinnacle Port, you have access to the best of both beaches! The attractive seaside villages of 30A, Rosemary Beach, Inlet Beach, Seaside, Watercolor, Seagrove Beach, and other shops and restaurants are just a 4-minute drive to the west. For Destin, Silver Sands Premium Outlets, one of the largest outlet malls in the country, is only 30 minutes away. For Panama City Beach, Pier Park, the newest shopping village at the beach offering numerous department stores, small shops, restaurants, and a 16-screen movie theater, is only a 14-minute drive to our east. If you stay at Pinnacle Port after March 18, 2024, guests renting must register their vehicle via the SymLiv web-based software and pay a resort fee per vehicle. The owner covers this fee for bookings made before March 18, 2024. There's plenty to do nearby, including parasailing, deep-sea fishing, and several excellent golf courses. For the whole family, Gulf World offers a chance to get close to sea life like dolphins! Publix and Winn-Dixie grocery stores, CVS Pharmacy, Wachovia Bank, several restaurants, and various shops are just a short drive away, and restaurants at Carillon Beach are within walking distance. Don't forget to check out the adjacent bird sanctuary to the west, where you can find several birds, even some of which are on the endangered list. And if you're lucky enough to be here during turtle season, you might even witness some nests where sea turtles deposit their eggs along the beach, and you can witness the hatchlings make their way to the ocean. Pinnacle Port has lots of amenities and is on the quiet far west side.
The pros:
The condo is beautifully decorated with original artwork & books written by the original owner.
The kitchen has everything.
The upstairs bath has a non slip pebble floor shower.
There is a recliner in the living room.
The bed is very comfortable (downstairs - didn't try the one upstairs).
The balcony has a side view so you have a nice view of the beach without the 18 mph winds hitting you in the face.
The cons:
The stairs are steep & narrow so be very slow & careful, especially going down.
The blinds on ALL the windows have slats missing.
Use the upstairs bath; only use the downstairs bath for nighttime needs. The tub is very slippery and the grab bar doesn't help. If you try to step sideways to get to the storage shelves you hit your knee on the toilet which juts out to almost touch the door. At night just go by the nightlight because the gap in the bedroom blinds is straight out from the toilet and you can't close the door without trying to maneuver around the toilet.
Bring everything. This condo does not provide starter supplies like other condos except 1/2 container of hand soap for each sink but they request that you replace what you use so I didn't use that or the tiny bit of toilet paper left by the last person, I just bought my own.
Despite the cons, I would definitely recommend this condo. Next time I won't bring my own books so I can read some of Grace's books.

The location is incredible! Right in between 30 a an Panama City , but much quieter, right on the beach. Condo is older as you can tell in photos but was worth it for price and location!!

The view from the Master bedroom & Dining area is spectacular! This condo is perfect for small families. We brought our 1 & 3 year old boys to the beach for the first time. Our youngest decided to start crawling on our trip so I would recommend a baby gate for the stairs if you have little ones. We loved the quiet beach area and how accessible everything was. We were close enough to PCB & Santa Rosa Beach for dinner and Publix to stock the fridge. My only recommendation to the owner would be to replace the vertical hanging blinds especially in the living room or you will wake very early in the morning with a young baby. Black out curtains would be great! All in all we loved it and will return!

We love staying at Pinnacle Port. The location is amazing. The views are the best! It's not overcrowded. This condo was on the 1st floor so not a big trek with luggage and such. Decorated nicely, lots of personal touches with the artwork all done by the owner, and multiple books also written by the owner. Comfortable stay and felt like home away from home! We enjoyed the stay and plan to return again!

We so enjoyed our stay! Cannot say a ouch good things! This was our second time back to Pinnacle Port but our first stay at Hank and Grace's Hideaway! I always have some anxiety about cleanliness of the property when we book vacations. This property was immaculately clean and that allowed me to just be able to relax and enjoy our time. We loved the special touch of all of the painting painted by the owner and we found her books in her collection that she herself had published. The only negative part was we did not book a long enough stay! We are already planning a trip back next year....hopefully for a longer stay!

We loved the condo. The description is accurate. We loved being so close to the beach. Everything was comfortable from the bed, linen, blankets and couch. It’s a really quiet area. I highly recommend this property.

Pinnacle Port is great if you are looking for a quiet stay with lots to do close by. With it being next door to Camp Helen State Park, the beach was quiet and peaceful. Of course we know that our stay was in the off season so I'm sure that helped as well. The condo was well equipped for us (just myself and my husband). We didn't stay in and cook at all on this trip (nice break for me!), the kitchen is very small so be prepared for that if you are planning on making any meals there. We had a pleasant time and were so sad to leave.

Condo was exactly as advertised. I was worried about the all carpet and possibly being dirty/musty and it was not. The entire condo was much cleaner than the homes we’ve rented. It was the perfect size for our family of four. We loved being right on the beach and not climbing stairs. Condo has all the cookware you need. The only thing you need to bring is Beach towels, chairs and sand toys if you have young kids. Owner was very responsive and nice. No complaints, would stay again. Beach was not crowded at all. We loved Hank and Graces getaway!

Family friendly and budget friendly!
Property is exactly as pictured! Right on the beach, wonderful location, gated entrance and the check in process was easy. The owner was so friendly and answered all my questions immediately. Follow the directions she provides (NOT YOUR GPS directions), and it will lead you straight to the gated check in. This was perfect for two adults and two kids ages 7 & 8. Beautiful condo and the location is not a tourist trap area, very family friendly and budget friendly!

This property is in a great location. Being on the 1st floor was very convenient. Everything was clean and well maintained. The upstairs bathroom remodel was beautiful, just wish the downstairs bathroom wasn't so small. Overall, the property suited our needs.
