Stunning and highly upgraded pool home perfect for three families. Three master suites: two cal king beds with ensuites and one with a queen bed. Two children's rooms, both with full over full bunk beds, plus two living areas. Partial open-concept kitchen with dining and living area. The Living Room has a queen sleeper sofa. The kitchen has custom paneled cabinetry, upgraded hardware, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances: stove/oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave. The dining room has seating for ten plus four additional seats at the marble countertop bar. In addition, the home has upgraded carpet in two master suites and custom wood laminate flooring throughout the rest of the house. Three beautifully upgraded bathrooms in the home: two are ensuites, and the other is located in the hallway, shared by the two children's rooms and one of the master bedrooms. The bathrooms have travertine and marble floors throughout. Custom raised panel cabinetry, travertine/marble countertops, and custom patterned travertine/marble showers. All bedrooms have 43' plasma TVs. Each living room has 50' TVs. The main living room has high-speed wireless internet. The game room is located in the garage. Games include ping pong, air hockey, billiards, & toys. There are also strollers, a high chair, pack n' play, and a booster seat available for infants and toddlers. Full-size washer and dryer. The rear yard has a beautiful pool, outdoor natural gas BBQ grill, patio set, and additional chairs. Nice short walk to Disneyland & Disneyland tram. The home has central air and heat. Watch Disneyland fireworks from the back/front yards. This house SLEEPS 13 in Beds and has a MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY is 13 AT ANY TIME (this number is the combined total of overnight guests plus day visitors). Overall great. Living room 1 tv remotes do not work at all only was able to turn channels on cable box only. Great location to park!!!! Walking yes, for older kids and adults. Parking is tight for 3 cars. Made it work. If you have a short bed truck and 2 small suvs it can work. Would definitely rent again for vacation. 😊😊

We chose this property based on the amount of beds/rooms and amenities. There was a total of 9 people in our group and we were very comfortable in this home! The house lives up to the pictures that are posted. It was very clean and instructions for the home were precise. I was a little confused with the directions for opening and closing the back doors but the owner was attentive and quickly walked me through it. This house has everything you could possibly need for your stay and more! We were in town for a family staycation but will definitely be back for future trips to Disney!

The home was perfect for our extended family trip to Disneyland. We appreciated all the bedrooms with dedicated bathrooms and the kids loved the table tennis and pool table in the garage as well as the swimming pool. Great communications and easy check in/check out. Appreciated the flexibility on early arrival. From the home it was a quick Uber ride to Disneyland.

We has 6 adults & a 20 month old for our Disneyland stay. It was about 25 minute walk for us. Great house, tons of room, super clean & had everything we needed!

Kitchen was well equipped, however home had some issues with mold in master bathroom #3 and linen closet in hallway. Master bedroom 1, mattress did not have spring support in center causing mattress to cave in the middle.

Nice place. Walkable to downtown Disney and both parks. We had 13 people and there was plenty of room. Pool and hot tub were clean and awesome to have!

We had a good time with our stay at the property. The property is close to the Disneyland (likely walkable) but we were not there for Disney trip. However, we did enjoyed the Disney firework shows at night from the street. The property is clean and well maintained. we were surprised at how efficient floorplan this property has to fit it so many bedrooms and bathrooms. We enjoyed the hot tub and the pool and we have small children with us who enjoyed the pool very much as well.
The listing price is reasonable but WATCH OUT for LOTS OF FEES added with the booking. To be fair, the fees were advertised up front before you finalize your booking but still it adds up to about extra 40% of the listing price after fees+tax; and tax is calculated after fees added if i remember correctly.
The check-in process is cumbersome and LOTS OF EXTRA (and unnecessary) COMMUNICATIONS (emails, text massage, phone calls) and they are not from a single source. This leads to some confusions and clumsy check-in experience. Upon our arrival, the sidedoor to the kitchen was wide open, not sure whether that was intentional, but it helped our party enter the property without waiting for me sorting through check-in communications for door code upon arrival.
Another note to the future guests is BRING YOUR OWN INSECT REPLLENT. There are many bushes in the backyard and with pool, it seems to be a breeding ground for mosquitos. We got LOTS OF MOSQUITOS BITES, both outdoor and indoor. Unpleasant surprise!!

Was so excited for us ladies to have something big enough that we had our own rooms and enough bathrooms. It did check that box. We were slo excited to have a pool and spa to use after a long day in the park.1st night was just going to be dinner and enjoy the heated pool and spa. Well I can say we tried. The pool was not heated. It takes around an hour to heat the spa tub up to 115. Spa was great after warming but never could use the pool. The lights in and out of the to pool where you enter the pool was pitch black there’s is also no hand rail. They say the extremely annoying door alarm is for safety but they don’t care if older women have to go out in the dark and have to sit on the ground to be able to take first step down into pool. I called the maintenance person about the not being heated and he said just jump in it will feel warm after you get used to temperature. He said he would have the pool people check it out but next night was same, dark and not heated. The two bedrooms that still have carpet should probably be replaced as they were filthy and definitely do not walk on barefoot. We found a pair of men’s underwear sticking out from under one of the beds. So question if it’s truly cleaned after each use. All the shower heads are rusted. Definitely not as beautiful as pictures show. Mattresses are in need of upgrades.

It was about a 20 minute walk to the Disney parking garage tram. The pool was a blast! There should be instructions on the pool door child lock because that took us a while to figure out. Our family and friends had a great time here! Big enough for the 12 of us. The room by the garage got a little too warm at night. Overall, we would stay here again.

Property was very spacious, had everything we needed including towels to take showers, as well as towels for the pool. My kids and family really enjoyed our stay. Would love to stay again for our next trip to Disneyland :)

We were a family group of 10 people varying in ages from 8 months to 83 years old. We all had a fantastic stay at this home. The 3 master bedrooms were perfect for us. The house was clean, everything we could have needed was there. The maintenance team was incredibly responsive when we needed a quick issue fixed (took 1.5 hrs from our first contact to issue being fixed). I will rent this house again if it is available when we go to Disneyland in the near future. I highly recommend this home.

We had a great stay at this home. It was an easy walk to downtown Disney and the front gate. Being so close made quick trips home in the middle of the day for a swim and cool off great during our busy days at Disney.
There was lots of room for everyone in our party (two families of 5); a bed for everyone and space to spread out. The kitchen accommodated the two families and gave us each enough storage and prep space for meals. Our kids (16, 15, 14, 13, 12 and 11) LOVED the pool and games room - our only complaint would be the restricted hours to be outside and in the garage/games room which we understand are city bylaws.

We spent a long weekend at the property for a family wedding, together with extended family, including our 8 year old. Location was perfect - just 8 mins walk from Disney, and the property was clean, well equipped and modern. The pool was great - right temperature and a lovely spa. The only small challenge was the mechanism to get to the pool. While we understand the need for security, the height of the alarm silencer was beyond the reach of some of the adults.

Wonderful place for our whole family (7 adults and 3 kids) during our Disneyland vacation. Kind of disappointing that we couldn’t relax by the pool after 10 pm but we were too tired most days anyway. Would absolutely stay here again.

Our stay went very well. The home was within walking distance to Disneyland which made coming and going easier. Appreciated having strollers at the house so we did not have to bring one on the airplane!

The space definitely suited our needs. We paid a lot with the CDN dollar conversion. A couple things, we ran out of toilet paper, foil , paper towels and garbage bags and had to buy some, there were a few empty spices as well, a light by the BBQ would be nice, and to have coffee supplied would be nice. Great location and we had a great time.

We stayed at the property for a Disney vacation and it had everything we needed. Plenty of room, plenty of amenities. Unfortunately, it rained so we didn't get to use the pool ... but it looked very nice and I'm glad it was heated comfortably. The pool table was a hit and plenty of TVs for everyone, though we used only one. The only small thing I'd highlight is that the locks to go out to the pool were confusing. But again, because it rained so much, we barely used em. This is the PERFECT place for anyone to plan a family vacation to Disneyland, California Adventure, Knott's Berry Farm, etc.

Our family of 10 enjoyed our stay at this home! We were able to walk to Disneyland in about 25 minutes. The pool and hot tub were wonderful and the house was spacious and well equipped. The property manager was very responsive and sent a text with check in information as a follow up the morning of our reservation. She even wished us safe travels! We had such a great time and would definitely recommend staying at this property.

Great location, good sized home with 4 full baths. Quick, pleasant, and almost effortless communication with property manager. Downside is the outdoor restrictions from 10 pm - 9 am… that’s half of my stay that I wasn’t able to enjoy the pool that I was charged 24/7 for.

You can’t beat the location of this home. Was an easy walk to Disneyland (about 20-25 min from door to Disney gates, shorter to downtown Disney and security), we have stayed in this area before and knew the drill and what to expect. The home had all the conveniences we needed for our trip and appreciated some of the extras: games room in the garage, extra fridge in the garage (we were a group of 10), 3 masters, all with en-suite (2 king masters and 1 queen master) as we had 5 adults (2 couples, 1 single) plus 5 kids. The property manager and associated employees/staff were responsive and helpful. We had an issue with the pool door (it wasn’t latching unless locked and blowing open setting off the pool alarm) and maintenance came immediately and took care of it. We were also missing some cookie sheets and dish towels and again, quick response and they were dropped off right away.
Here are some of my comments about the property needing maintenance. I’ve stayed in quite a few rental properties over the years and this one was one of the least maintained properties I’ve been to. A few things that need addressing:
- dishwasher racks broken. Often falling off the tracks
- fabric sectional slides around and the 2 pieces come apart because the connecting piece is broken which made a few of the seats unusable as you’d fall through.
- Shower doors in one of the masters leaked and resulted in water on the floor. You could see damage to the cupboards showing this had been a recurring issue.
- Generally the home is older and just feels a bit worn and well used. It could really use being taken out of the rental pool and some touch ups done all around.
- lots of rules that does affect your stay: signs everywhere from “don’t use the food disposal”, “don’t adjust the heat too high or too low”, general warnings about being charged for misuse.
- living space was tight for 10 people.
Suggestions that would make the property better:
- put 2 night tables in each master bedroom. Only 1 was annoying for the person w/out one.
- pool towels need to be replaced as they are quite worn.
- an extra coffee table for one of the sitting areas would be useful.
- the pool alarm is really annoying. Like really really annoying, we probably set it off like 5-6 times a day. I know this is a requirement but I also understand this can be accomplished with an alarmed gate too. I would highly suggest an alarmed gate around the pool rather than the exterior door.
