Situated in Slidell, this charming house for $366 per night is a great option for your next trip. The Executive waterfront is original of the first 12 houses in Slidell to list on VRBO since 2009. Offers the most room for the best value. It is conveniently located 35 mins. to downtown New Orleans yet tucked away from the city. 45 mins. to Gulfport MS Casino and white sandy beaches. The home is located on an active bayou with beautiful views from 2 master bedrooms. Room enough for everyone 3200 sq ft and 1500 sq ft of covered outside area. Parking 2 separate driveways for 4 cars. Boat house for boat parking (limited boat size). Please note the Executive has bedding enough for 10 Guests, and will accommodate up to 20 Guests with additional bedding. Please indicate how many Guests so bedding and linen may be brought in. Last minute changes may not ensure proper bedding and linen for your Guest. The Executive waterfront is a great getaway venue for families, couples, friends, businesses and groups of all kinds. Offers four bedrooms with two full en suite baths along with one full bath in the hallway and one full bath with message panel. Every bedroom gets their own bath making it comfortable and private for Guest. The house is situated conveniently close to shopping, golfing, tennis and boating, it is particularly convenient for those staying overnight for events in New Orleans. The living area suite includes a fully-equipped kitchen with corain countertops, granite sink and stainless steel appliances, a wrap-around counter includes seating and is open to the living room and dining area, a large flat screen TV with surround sound, to get the full effects of being in a movie theater. This area is open and roomy. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, and a master bath with a jetted jacuzzi. The second master bedroom has 2 queen-sized beds with en suite bath and shower. Two other bedrooms, one contains 2 twin beds and 1 full-sized bed, with full bathrooms in the hallway. So that all of the comforts and conveniences of home are at your fingertips, the Executive has a washer and dryer, microwave, blender, crock pot, toaster oven and coffeemaker are among the small appliances that are standard in the Executive. An initial supply of toiletries is provided. Fun for the whole family at Heritage Park and dining in Old Town Slidell Bars and Cafes.

The home owner let us know on the arrival day that they were no longer allowed to do short term rentals. They said they received the letter from the city a week prior to our arrival date, but they did not inform us until I contacted them to get the access code! I would not rent from them!

The property was perfect for my large family who came from several states to celebrate. It is a tradition that we have done now for many years, since we no longer have our home in New Orleans since Hurricane Katrina. This is our one way of getting together for a family good time. The house had enough rooms and bath to accommodate us. The kitchen was fully stocked with pots and pans and although we had a little trouble trying to figure our the stove, we manage. The labels on the stove was worn making it difficult to read. We were pleased with the property.

The location, communication with property manager, timings etc were all excellent (service front). The home itself felt like it was neglected. 2 bathroom doors did not lock. There were cleanliness jssues. Closets and dressers were not usable due to the wear and tear... bathrooms were iffy.not recommended with kids and family.

If you are looking to rent this property please be aware that you Do get every thing you see in the pictures however be aware that you also get what you Do Not see. Here is what you do not see: 1. The guard rail on the upper level balcony near the Master Bedroom is not attached to the house. In the same area deck screws are sticking up about an inch. 2. Screws are also sticking up out of the floor near the stairs in the gym room. 3. The laminate flooring in the gym room also has damage and exposed ragged ends on the seam strip. 4. The exercise equipment in the gym room is not functional and has broken sharp edges. 5. The crawl space storage area in the gym room is not locked and is not staying closed. The lock itself is broken and just hanging there. The door swings open, anyone attempted to enter the storage area they could fall through to the outside patio on the side of the house. 6. In the kitchen the stove would either not shut off completely. The problem seems to be in the dials that are not securely attached. The second oven in the kitchen does not turn on. 7. The dishwasher does not always work. 8. The TV in the main living room only get 3-5 stations and freezes up so often it is difficult to watch. The TV in the Twin Room does not work. 9. The Master Bath tub has broken plumbing hardware. 10. The complementary soap was empty soap boxes and the Shampoo & Conditioner bottles were pre-used. 11. There where cock roaches belly up every morning. 12. The balcony lights consisted of 3 string patio lights of which only one strain was working. 13. The Double Queen Room balcony slider doors would not open. Screens in all sliders are dirty, dried and torn up. 14. All the walls where dirty and scuffed up. 15. There was a thick layer of dust on all the windows. 16. There was spider webs with small live and dead bugs in most corners of the house and along all ceilings. 17. The potted plants inside and outside of the house had dried dead plants in them, some just contained dirt. 18. The decorations on the patio appeared to be left over from previous guest have been hanging so long the color faded and aged brown. 19. The grill has not been cleaned from previous use. The grilling utensils are submerged in a pan under the grill containing stagnant rusting water. 20. The fire pit is a collection of cinder blocks loosely arranged in an incomplete circle with no wood included. 21. The Property Manager is Unprofessional and Rude. August 2019

We really enjoyed our stay here. I mean they thought of everything! Few quirky things like the grill didn't work right and the burner on the stove was hard to get turned off but it didn't interrupt a good time! Plenty of room for our family. Bayou out back had alligators floating by and active boating which was nice. Close to activites in New Orleans. Good communication with the owner. We enjoyed it very much. Beds and open kitchen/ living room very comfortable! Def recommend!!

Great accommodations!! Owner was very easy to work with, and property worked out perfectly for us. Great secluded spot, would definitely stay here again of we're ever back in the area.
