Right place to stay in Baku.

Staff is very cooperative and friendly. Very good apartment. Specially location is fantastic. Everything is in your reach. It’s situated exactly in the heart of the city centre.

No complaints at all. Really happy.

Little disaster on the Caspian Sea

The location is convenient. Very close to the city center and the old town. This however comes with noise coming from the animated street. There was hot and cold water. The staff was able to welcome us at 3am on our arrival.

The hotel is branded as 4-star hotel and this not reflect the reality. The hotel is very far from this standard, and contrary to what the picture suggest it is composed of only a few rooms on the second floor. Our bed sheets were stained with a reddish substance/old and changed just once in four days even after we had to complain. The fournitures were quite old, including the bathroom. The bathroom lack vapor extraction system and was full of humidity/mold. The shower joint was not correctly working, which transform the bathroom in a swimming pool every time we had to use the shower. There was no restaurant and the breakfast served in the room. No breakfast before 10am. The remains of the first breakfast stayed for two days in the room. One young and kind person was present at the reception night and day, but had only limited ability to communicate in English. Others guests were having a very loud party in the rooms next to ours till 2am.

Fantastic

The location is excellent, its in the center and convenient. The interior is superb, you can take good pictures outside the balcony. Yunis was very accommodating and attends to your needs. Timon was helpful and enthusiastic in recommending places where to explore and eat in restaurants ❤️

Not worth what I paid

Location only! Mr Yunis was very helpful always

Electricity breakdown 15 times in 3 days! On my last day it was not there for 5 hours, no water Can’t even shave! Stairs pathetic, lift very old and in shabby condition!. Phone in the room dead

it's not a proper hotel it's a hotel with 6 rooms with an immense bad smell in the washroom, Bed sheets are really in bad shape, lots of insects in the room, and breakfast is very very basic, Enterance is very spooky specially the lift

AMAZING HOTEL WITH AMAZING STAFF, WILL REVISIT FOR SURE

The staff had been very cooperative.. specially Mr Yusuf was so understanding, he helped us with everything we requested him.. the breakfast on bed is an amazing experience where you dont have to stand in queues of buffet and you got your breakfast on ur bed.. the hotel is in center where we kept going n coming to our room widout any difficulty (since we had an infant)

Ugh - Plug Your Nose in the Bathroom

Central location and nice staff

The pictures don’t transmit the smelly bathroom and other things that lead to an uncomfortable stay. The breakfast picture provided by the hotel isn’t what you get. I took a picture of the breakfast and posted it.

The location is fantastic. The hotel is very nice. Rooms are very confortable. Breakfast is good. Would be better is they have more options for vegetarien.

disappointing

The location was good, very central, but also very noisy and given the poor sound isolation, you could hear all the nightlife till very very late in the night. Perhaps the only good things about the room: it was spacious and had a comfortable bed. The staff was sincere, but not very professional.

The hotel must not be displayed in booking.com as a 4* hotel. It has no breakfast place, breakfast is very poor (a poorly fried egg, a small sausage and a lot of bread) and is brought to the room. No room service, the dirty coffee cups and the trash in the bin were not removed for my whole stay. There were old slippers in the bathroom, perhaps left by the previous visitor, and nobody removed them. The hotel seems to be in an apartment block, 1st floor, you can take a lift or the stairs, and they are very dirty. The reception is very small, like a corridor in an apartment, so given very poor sound isolation, you could hear everything what was talked about or done in the reception while being in your room.

Location was perfect, staff was welcoming, but not everyone could speak English

The room wasn’t clean from the very beginning. Also, as the shower was leaking, there was a constant smell in the bathroom. The towels were so worn out, there were holes on them. The sofa for the third person was very small and almost broken.
