Peaceful Seaside Condo In Seabluffe, Leucadia. 1 Minute Walk To Private Beach.
About this condo rental
Nestled in Leucadia, this lovely condo for $483 per night is a great choice for your next trip. Your vacation condo sits in a secluded and quiet part of the 50 acre beachside Seabluffe Condo Development with its resort amenities, and lush green setting with lots of trees and grassy areas for walking your dog or playing with your kids. You will enjoy the 2 pools, jacuzzi, tennis and pickleball and children's play areas close by. My aim is for you to feel as comfortable here as in your own home. Bring your furry family members (up to 2 well-behaved dogs are welcome). You will find a king bed in the Master and queen bed in the guest bedroom and twin beds in the upstairs (loft) bedroom. All beds come with memory foam or latex mattresses and toppers, cotton sheets, down comforters or quilts and comfy pillows. Hardwood floors throughout. Hypoallergenic furnishings. Unscented laundry products and no air fresheners. Front bath has tub/shower combo and new W/D. Master bath has ample walk-in closet and shower; double sinks. Front deck has dining for 6 with patio umbrella, natural gas grill and gate with steps down to the green belt aadjacent to the deck. The kitchen is outfitted to fit your needs: a quick cup of coffee (french press, Melitta, Mr. Cofffee drip, or Keurig)or a full meal (Calphalon and stainless steel pots, good knives with sharpener, baking pans). Cuisinart, mixer, blender, coffee grinder etc. Please just ask if you need anything not found and hopefully I can provide it. This condo is air conditioned, has dual pane windows and has great sunlight from the east, west and south facing windows and doors. Entry level has the kitchen, dining room, guest bedroom and bath. 6 steps up is the loft bedroom with twin beds. Taking 6 steps down from the entry level you will find the roomy living room and Master bedroom suite. There are new Samsung Smart TVs in the living room (with DVD player), master and guest bedrooms and a flat screen tv with DVD and internet tv access in the loft. This condo is not well suited for guests who cannot use steps; there are 5 steps up from the condo level to the driveway. Rear west-facing deck has dining for 8, 2 plush chaise lounges, 3 patio umbrellas and the sounds and salty air of the close ocean with a peek view; just 2 rows of condos to the west and the ocean and no through traffic. Slider doors leading to the living room and master bedroom come off this deck. Fall asleep to the sounds of the waves against the shore and the peace and quiet of the green belt just beyond the west deck. A tall hedge gives privacy while still allowing the views and breezes. The condo is set back away and shielded from the front driveway by the row of garages, to the east and a landscaped area in front of the entrance. . Detached garage has parking for 2 cars, 4 adults bikes with helmets, boogie boards, pool toys, beach umbrella and chairs. There are coolers, towels and toys for the beach. My property manager and friend is right next door available to help when needed. I am always available via cell phone or email for any help I can provide. I do ask that you keep the condo hypoallergenic by not using air fresheners, strong scents or oils or scented laundry products while here (I provide the laundry products ). Thank you. A strict no smoking policy is requested, too. Bedrooms: 3. Occupancy: 7. Please note our beach is ROCKY and I will be glad to answer any questions that you may have. The ad photos are taken previously and DO NOT reflect the rocks accumulated in the past year. They will be updated. Please be aware that 3 years ago there was a tragic bluff collapse at the far south end of the beach which resulted in the deaths of 3 Leucadia residents. Use caution when sitting right up against the bluff. The beach is the most accessible during periods of low to medium tide height (the most sandy portion). Also there is a stairway with 5 flights down to access the beach. There is a flat sandy beach directly north of our complex which is a 2 minute drive (Carlsbad Ponto State Beach at La Costa Rd and Hwy 101)

Had an excellent stay here. The owner and manager were very responsive. Check in/out was a breeze and the place was excellent. Steps from a sweeping view overlooking the ocean and a short walk to some of Leucadia's great restaurants. Would highly recommend a stay here!

Quiet and safe neighborhood. House was perfect and very organized. Listing is accurate. Owner has everything you will need. Easy walk to restaurants. Beach is very rocky. Have to drive or walk to beach down the road. HOA has a lot of rules at the pool. Cameras and security watch very closely. No pool toys or anything allowed in pool. You can only stand and swim in pool. If you are traveling with kids that was my only concern. It is not the owners fault at all.

I cannot say enough about our stay at the property. From the incredibly comfortable beds, the beautifully decorated home, everything we could ever want - from a fully equipped kitchen to bikes to get around the area - it was just perfect. Our host was gracious and communication was wonderful. When we are back in San Diego area, I hope this will be available. We were definitely spoiled.

We were overjoyed by how accurate this property was to the listing. It was the perfect getaway for a mom/daughters/granddaughters trip! The owner thought of everything and was so helpful and friendly to work with. This beautiful condo was perfect for days to nearby beaches, Legoland, the outlets and wonderful dining choices. My two ten year old granddaughters loved their adorable room and the convenience of the pool's nearby location. . We all thought the beds were very comfortable and that everything was clean and well maintained. The patio and deck were wonderful for meals outside or relaxing with my daughters. This beautifully landscaped gated community was quiet, right on the ocean with easy access to the Hwy 101 or the freeway.

For the price this was a great place. Melinda was wonderful. The beach was a little bit of a disappointment, but Melinda warned us that it was very rocky. I underestimated being able to manage that part. No reflection on her at all. She even sent me pictures before hand. Great host. Would absolutely stay again.

The actual property is very nice and very quiet. The pictures of the beach posted are not accurate at all. The beach is only about 4-5ft deep and all rock. It never came close to looking like the photo in the listing. Also, unless you want to walk really far, nothing is walkable from there. The property manager was great and the townhouse was very comfortable.

Melinda’s condo was exactly what this family needed. We spent a week with our young children (ages 4 and 8) and my parents. It was a great layout for all of us, and equipped with everything we needed. The location was a good departure point for our daytrips to Legoland, the Zoo, and the various beaches in the area. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Wonderful stay
What a great stay! Location was fantastic… it was nice being close to downtown Encinitas but also 10 minutes from Carlsbad village and beaches. The place was very inviting and homey. Easy access to the beach and ocean views. The beach is very rocky so not a beach you can play in the sand but great for just relaxing and listening to the sounds of the ocean. Not the most updated of places, but the condo was clean, spacious, homey and had plenty of amenities to make you feel at home. Host was also very responsive and great to work with. Overall it was an awesome stay and would definitely stay there again.

We really had a great vacation in this wonderful Condo.
It has a really nice enterieur and is equipped with everything you need. It is located in a gated community with direct Beach access and our kids loved to be in one of the pools.

Our family of six greatly enjoyed our stay. The home was clean, spacious and very well equipped! We enjoyed the pool, hot tub, pickle ball courts and basketball court! The proximity to the local beaches, zoo, Midway museum and La Jolla was terrific. We would definitely stay again.

We enjoyed every minute of our stay. Amazing location. Peaceful.
