Shannon was a wonderful host. Texted me on arrival to make sure we had everything we needed. She went above by filling my request to have a Christmas tree up. Our family got to decorate it together; wonderful memories made. We will definitely stay here again.

Great house, with a great layout. Beds extremely comfortable. Well stocked kitchen. Shopping nearby. Super close to State Farm Arena. Headed into downtown Phienix, drove north on 51 up by Cave Creek. Vistas stunning. Great communication with Russell & Shannon! Would absolutely book again.

This was such a nice place to stay for our grandson's graduation! It was very clean, had nice spaces to gather and had everything we needed for the days we were there. The neighborhood was quiet (except for the coyotes, which we loved to hear). We would definitely stay again.

We never been to Arizona. What a great home to stay in! We have used VRBO many times and this is the first house stocked with so many things to cook with and towels to use! We were even able to make an Easter dinner for our family! We definitely will be back!

We came to Arizona to golf and this house was perfect! It had everything we needed and more! Beautifully decorated, clean and cozy. We enjoyed it and didn't want to leave. We would stay in this wonderful home again.

The house is cute in a quiet neighborhood. The house is very well stocked. The home has newer appliances, newer furnishings, comfortable furniture, lots of TVs. The hot tub was nice after a long day of travel. Good location to get to entertainment, shopping.

This was our 2nd stay at this property. Pool was warm and the house is cozy, welcoming and the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare our Christmas dinner. Plenty of towels and TV's.

This house was exactly as described ! Perfect area for our needs... Jacuzzi worked great ! Beds were very comfortable, kitchen was fully stocked.... Tv's were easy to use.... Very happy with everything.... We will be back !!

We had a wonderful time visiting with family and meeting our new grandson. This beautiful home had everything we needed. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything you needed to cook full meals. Plenty of towels, including beach towels for the pool, which we enjoyed very much! The home was very comfortable, felt like home. Easy check in and out. It is close to grocery stores and restaurants. After 6 months of winter and a cool, rainy and windy spring, it was so relaxing to enjoy the warm weather and heated pool. The owners are very accommodating and reply quickly. The house is well stocked with cooking utensils and the best bath & pool towels too! This was our second stay there and we already booked for 2023.

We came here to spend a couple weeks at spring training, thank goodness it opened up so we could watch a few games, We got to see the Kraken play also, Most of the rest of the time was spend sitting by the pool and watching March madness of the large screen tv. The House was very well stocked with everything you could think of. The pool was amazing and the hot tub was great. The Hosts were easy to get ahold of and got right back to you if you had a question. It is in a very quiet neighborhood also. If you are on the fence about booking it, do it.

We very much enjoyed our five week stay at Shannon and Russell’s comfortable house. Shannon was very responsive to any questions and the home is clean and well stocked for guests. The location is quiet and close to grocery shopping, dining and easy access to travel anywhere. We thoroughly enjoyed the use of the spa and heated pool and look forward to returning.

We were at this property for two months as a winter get away. We really enjoyed our stay because the owners go out of their way to make sure that their guests have everything they need to be comfortable The property is well maintained and nicely landscaped . The mattresses, furniture, bedding, towels, and supplies in the kitchen are top notch. We never thought that we'd enjoy the pool as much as we did during a winter stay. We used blow up rafts to float in the pool and read almost every afternoon. The owners have the rafts there for their guests. The pool is kept nice and warm. There's plenty of comfortable outdoor seating with an outdoor heater for early morning and evening enjoyment. The backyard gets lots of sunshine as it is faces south and west. The high speed internet worked great, there's a wireless printer on site, and all the rooms seem to have smart televisions,. The TV in the great room is quite large and swivels so that you can do meal prep while you enjoy your show. We were able to park our truck with an extended cab in the garage. We look forward to returning for another winter retreat from the Pacific Northwest winter drear and appreciate this impressively "ready for guests" home.

This is our first experience with VRBO and didn't quite know what to expect. The house is wonderful and matches the description. The outside space is amazing. The pool is well heated and spa is fabulous. Plenty of room to lounge outdoors sitting around the heaters on chilly evenings. The house is fully stocked with everything you need. We will be back. Thank you to Shannon and Russell for accommodating our needs and being so gracious.
